- Eastwood (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and value for money The button on the toilet was difficult to push down
- Raiwin (6/5): Pleasant - Small TV
Poor noise insulation from other rooms
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Meg (8/5): Nice group stay - Property is in a very good location, near a shop, takeaways, pub, Starbucks, Tram station etc. Instructions were easy to follow and Paul was very friendly & helpful- provided the code when collecting the fob from the shop. Plenty space in the apartment & there was 5 of us. Fresh milk in fridge. Would stay again as we found it much better than the nearby Ibis for comfort and amenities, and the cost was split between 5 of us. Figured out the wifi and it worked absolutely fine as well. Only minor things car park takes a bit of manoeuvring around go find the space (once parked no issue tho!) Doors slam shut so keep a shoe handy and the main corridor smells strongly of weed & seemed dirty (the apartment doesn’t have that smell to it at all)
- Cauhé (7/5): Good -
- Luke (2/5): Awful - Area was perfect Property is badly damaged, definitely not suitable for children with broken doors and balcony door not locking, strong smell of cigarettes and weed throughout, building work being done until 2/3am along with loud neighbours
- Nathan (9/5): Superb -
- Hunter (9/5): Good value, Clean - Location and price was fantastic, there was only one fob with the appartment for getting in and out, this meant when someone was going home with the kids i had tl ho bavk with them so we would have fob to get in again later on.
- Jane (9/5): Comfortable apartment with good facilities and close to transport links. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and perfect for our short stay.
Excellent communication with the host.
The property comes with a parking space and has direct access to tram stop for easy access to city centre.
Definitely recommend this host and apartment.
- Allan (9/5): Superb - Excellent area for going to old Trafford 10 mins walk.flat was excellent space for 4 people..right next to tram line..and shops local..would use again Doors slamming shut and maybe tell us how to work the oven..oven was also a bit dirty but quick wash ..no problem
- Michelle (8/5): Great stay to watch Man Utd play - Location was ideal for visiting Old Trafford for a match only a 10/15 min walk. There is tram stop outside which would be great if visiting Trafford Centre or Manchester City centre. Comes with a secure parking space which is a necessity as it is difficult to park especially on match days. Local shop (where you collect keys) plus pizza and kebab shop across the road and a Tesco express/McDonalds/pub a 10 min walk (pass the garage) Apartment clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Nothing
- H (7/5): Short Break - Location was brilliant , close to tram.
Host was very helpful on the phone,
TV, lounge area, spacious,, bedrooms clean and comfortable, new kitchen toaster and kettle, fridge large. Plenty of very hot water.
Free underground secure parking. Hot Water - the hot water makes a noise all night and day, which affected sleep.
Bathroom in need of TLC, grouting needs redoing as mouldy, light bulb out.
Kitchen - oven rings are worn, oven works but needs a good clean, dishwasher full of dirty water ( so didn't attempt to use).
Twin bedroom - the window doesn't seal, leaving a large open gap, which let in a cold draft.
Balcony needs a good power wash.
Lounge, no curtain and the blinds were not easy to use, due to lack of string and bent blinds.
Corridor leading to apartment is in need of a new carpet as presently filthy dirty and stained with .. (I dread to think!), and lights flickering.
A few days of deep cleaning, redecorating the bathroom and updating the cooking appliances would make this an exceptional apartment.
- Garry (7/5): Good - Great position beside trams and old Trafford. Free car space. Oven not working. Some damage to interior. Bathroom door had holes. Oven door damaged. Freezer door broken.
- Michelle (2/5): Definitely not exquisite - The only good thing about the property is the location to Old Trafford (10-15 minute walk) The property has A LOT of wear and tear, and is definitely not a three star. The main toilet would not flush, and the owner did not get out to repair it - so we only had an en suite for 6 people! Some doors were hanging on by the hinges, curtain pole wasn’t up so lots of a light. It’s position right on top of the tram so will hear that from first thing. The hob was severely marked with limited pans, the extractor and dishwasher were not clean, we found multiple clusters of dust about, plus an old disposable razor and hair in the bathroom. The towels were thin and just bigger than a face cloth so would recommend bringing your own. Just as a heads up the doors slam shut too.
I’ve requested a partial refund but not heard back!!
- Lucy (8/5): Very comfortable, safe and secure parking, fantastic location especially for the football! - We did not get emailed the key code so we were waiting a while until I could get the owner to answer my message to give me the key code. He was then very polite and helpful and gave me extra instructions and help about parking. Booking.com not emailing the key code and then sending me thank you for staying check out email before I had even stayed.
- Brett (6/5): fair value but needs a bit of a clean up, oven didn’t work, only 1 towel - location is ideal for old Trafford visit and on top of the tram station so super easy access to city it didn’t feel very clean. thinks we’re not fresh and the noise of the water heating above and in the flat didn’t stop all night.
- Matthew (5/5): Could be pleasant needs alot of tlc. - Location perfect. The smell of weed, apartment needed alot of tlc, holes in doors, broken blinds, mold in bathrooms, smell of damp, uncomfortable furniture, unable to open doors to balcony. Major works being carried out to exterior. Meaning noisy work starting at 8am.
- Abbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oluwamodupe (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (8/5): Great location for gigs. - Great location and help from the host when I spoke to him. Apartment was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Nice balcony. However, I was unable to log in to the WiFi as couldn't find the one listed when I searched, even when I put it next to the TV as instructed. The light switch wasn't working in the double bedroom as the knob was missing. This wasn't too much of a problem as used the lamp but it was at the other side of the room. Main bathroom looks a bit tired.
- Mccourt (9/5): Superb - Rooms was large and comfortable.
Well equipped with everything you need.
Safe pay for car , very helpful owner Paul and even people who gave key very helpful. Couldn't get WiFi to work .
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heyes (10/5): Had a great few days! - The peaceful environment, the beds are amazing and en suite shower is one of the best! The host Paul was also top tier 👌 That I didn't enquire about how to use the Internet sooner!
- Jacqueline (7/5): Not the best - Two bath sheets for 4 people over 2 days ? Where we to share ? Hairs in sink , floors weren't cleaned property basic but not cleaned properly
- Tom (4/5): Disappointing -
- Halima (2/5): I stayed with my adult son and, we both admitted that we had the most disrespectful, and unpleasant experience stay in t - The property is located in an area where it is very difficult to find unless, you are familiar with it. It is directly next a tram stop which makes it even more confusing and complicated to find. It is covered by a lot of construction work on itself, and other properties nearby. This again made it even more difficult to find the entrance of the car park. The car park is the most complicated one we have ever came across. We had to drive into a second floor, underground car Park, to find an allocated space with an almost faded number, to park our car. This took us nearly an hour to complete. When I was trying to find my allocated car park number and, was having a lot of difficulty, I called the flat owner for help and, to my surprise, he told me that he had never had a problem with any guest about that except, for one guest from Africa, who was not familiar with the UK at all. I found that abusive and disrespectful, considering that I am an African origin and, he must have figured that out from my accent, for him to do that.
Checking into the flat process was also very tiring and unpleasant. First, I had to go to a corner shop near the property to collect the keys. I wasn’t provided with a code to collect the keys, instead I was instructed to call the flat owner on arrival. I stood there in the corner shop, calling the number provided by the owner, repeatedly but, there was no response. After a long time the corner shop owner decided to help me connect with the flat owner and called him with his phone as well but, there was still no response. I only got connected to the owner after waiting for a very long time, and he refused to admit that we both gave him a call, which he refused to pick up. I then collected the keys and drove back to the flat’s’ car park.
Upon entering into the flat, we found that it was very dark, and all the doors are connecting to each other, and completely shut. It felt very scary, and confined. Nothing
- Jubael (7/5): Good - Great location, and not a bad apartment but very basic inside. Toilet seats missing in both toilets and very very basic amenities around the apartment. No wi fi working either.
- Rana (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable
- Abinivesh (9/5): Superb - Na Na
- Jack (6/5): Pleasant -
- Toks (7/5): Good -
- Mark (9/5): Comfortable and convenient located apartment - The apartment was comfortable and there were some extra provisions such as milk, coffee, tea and sugar which was great. It is very close to the tram station, so it is very convenient to get into town. It is near a couple of places to get snacks and basic meals. We also enjoyed playing the board game he had in the apartment. The host was very helpful with giving any information we required and we were also able to park our car in the car park too. The only things that could be improved would be the main bathroom lock being fixed and adding a toilet seat to the ensuite bathroom. Otherwise, everything else was good.
- Joseph (7/5): Good -
- Julie (10/5): You will not be disappointed - Easy to find.
Next to the Tram station!!
Sooo clean.
Everything we needed we were so impressed. Leaving
