• Yvonne (7/5): Modernes Ambiente im Herzen von Psyri - Ganz einfacher Vorabcheck-In und Checkout, rechtzeitige Info zu den Eingangscodes (auch für Spätanreisende super), klasse und superschnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, die Erreichbarkeit ist auch einfach und man ist schnell an Metro-Stationen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. der Wochenmarkt) dran. Das Internet lief super und die Küche war auch einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet (Nespressokapseln sind ein guter Mitbringhinweis). Das Boxspringbett war sehr komfortabel. Mein Zimmer hatte nicht den schönen und großen Balkon und Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt, war nur im 2. Stock von 8. Etagen (zumindest aber nach Hinten raus, daher kein Straßenlärm). Dadurch, dass die Türen nur mit Eingangscode funktionieren, schließen sie leider sehr laut und generell sind die Wände sehr hellhörig im ganzen Haus (der Gastgeber hat für Lautstärkemessung vorgesorgt - gute Präventividee, aber in diesem Falle nicht hilfreich). Nachts als Frau allein sind die Seitenstraßen in dieser Gegend zur Winterzeit zumindest sehr dunkel (ein etwas unsicheres Gefühl). Der Müll muss im Anschluss des Aufenthaltes selbst entsorgt werden (Ort ist zwar beschrieben, aber nicht auffindbar gewesen / Müll wurde somit 2 Häuserblocks später öffentlich entsorgt - eher unschön).

Building entrance in a back street, a bit unconfortable after dark. Weak sound proofing between apartments - we could hear the neighbor snoring.

This caused me a problem when I arrived at the building in the middle of the night. Later, by chance, a guest helped me with that.

Proche de nombreux sites à visiter, en limite du quartier psyri tres sympa, beaucoup de commerces alimentaires autour. Appartement situé dans un quartier animé mais la rue n'est pas très bruyante. Appartement confortable et bien équipé Laverie au sous-sol Stockage de bagages gratuit avant l'arrivée et après le départ +++ Roof top accessible librement Immeuble entièrement rénové et tres bien entretenu. Acoustique désastreuse avec les appartements voisins (on entend la moindre petite chose qui tombe par terre dans l'appartement du dessus et la porte d'entrée de l'appartement de l'autre cote du couloir qui claque). L'intimité entre les wc et l'espace de vie est assez limitée... Un petit coup d'aspirateur sous le lit n'aurait pas ete du luxe

Personale inesistente, tutto gestito in modo automatizzato, che rivela la sua pecca in caso di necessità: siamo rimasti con la porta della stanza bloccata per un'ora e mezzo ( problema risolto poi cominciando a dare colpi alla porta che alla fine si è aperta, mentre messaggi in automatico continuavano a darci i codici di accesso, se non si fosse aperta secondo me avremmo aspettato il giorno dopo per un aiuto di qualcuno dello staff). Ovviamente per i due giorni successivi avevamo il terrore che il problema si sarebbe ripresentato.
• Arnab (8/5): Overall good stay. - Large property with small apartments almost 1 kms from centre. Near to metro (200 mtrs). You have all that you need in the small apartment. Check in was very smooth. Help available on whatsapp. locker facility available. Clean sheets, comfy beds, working AC's. We had coffee machines with some coffee pods which was nice and couple of water bottles as well. It had the necessary stuff except the television. Toilet and bath is attached to kitchen with big 2-3 cms gaps on door which cannot be locked. It was a bit odd when you are with your family. The neighbourhood is very dirty but manageable if you are on budget travel. However the building itself feel new and is very clean (not like the neighbourhood). Dirty underbeds. Cleaning staff probably never vacuumed them.

• Diana (8/5): Incongruencias. - Me gustó el lugar, cuidado, limpio y dejaron todo para un estancia de 7 días y para la cantidad de personas, la cocina bien equipada. La habitación incluía sofa cama en la oferta y no habían, eran sofás solos y tuvimos que acomodarnos como pudimos, el sofa era cómodo asi que estuvo decente. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba asi que era un punto negativo para ello, y tampoco la secadora de pelo funcionaba. Como todo es tecnológico no podía hablar con nadie más que mensajes para solicitar ayuda, que eran mensajes programados.

I immediately took a taxi to the hotel (arriving at 10:24 am). Upon arrival, my code was no longer valid; they had already changed it. I messaged the host informing them that my medication was in the refrigerator and that I needed to retrieve it because my flight was at 11:00 am. The host replied telling me to send an email explaining that I had forgotten an item in the room and that he would message the staff to deliver my medication and that I would have to wait. I told him to reactivate the code so I could retrieve my medication, but he kept sending automated messages the entire time without any empathy, as I needed my medication at that moment and was experiencing hyperglycemia due to my diabetes. At 10:44 am he released the code, I entered the apartment, but it was too late to get to the airport in time for my flight. I missed a flight due to irresponsibility and lack of empathy. • Milan (10/5): Hezké ubytování na hranici starých Atén dvacet minut od Akropole. - Velmi dobrá lokalita kousek od Monastiraki, takže v pěším dosahu Akropole (20 min) i dalších pamětihodností. V blízkém okolí levné obchody i slušnější restaurace. Budova nově zrekonstruovaná, apartmány dobře vybavené. Místní pracovníci milí a nápomocní. Možnost bezplatného uložení zavazadel ve schránkách po check out, kvalitní wifi, mnoho nádobí. Trochu matoucí byla komunikace, kdy nám nejprve přišla zpráva mailem, ale pokyny jak se dostat do pokoje přišla nečekaně jenom na whatsup. Ale možná to bylo způsobené tím, že jsme ubytování rezervovali narychlo těsně před ubytováním. Blízké okolí budovy je poněkud nepořádné a špinavé, ale to bohužel není v Aténách výjimečné.

• Pietro (10/5): Tutto perfetto e curato nei dettagli! - Il design sobrio e aggiornato, caldo e minimal allo stesso tempp. Comoda la cucina, comodo il letto e tutto é oensatp nei minimi dettagli. Unica cosa che la doccia si allagava un po' sarebbe servita qualche asciugamani in piu come tappetino, qualche capsula di caffe in piú, e sarebbe stato tutto super se ci fosse stato un grande specchio per vedersi a figura intera. Ma per il resto tutto molto bello

• Michelle (8/5): - Large, well equipped unit. It was clean and within walking distance of museums, metro and historical sites. I would stay again. My unit did have a city view of sorts - a decrepit back alley. The building policy required users to remove their trash from their unit. However, the building didn’t provide a trash receptacle so it had to be dumped in whatever receptacle could be found on the street.

• Mary (8/5): Comfortable convenient and spacious - Clean, comfortable and good facilities, excellent pillows! Very spacious. Luggage storage and hassle free check in. Slept really well! Not very soundproof so we could hear other people in the hall, lots of litter blew down onto our balcony from the floors above which we had to clean before leaving as it would look like it was us. The balcony door didn't have a handle on the outside so I nearly locked myself out!

Trop de mail/sms pour les informations… trop de formalités de check-in/check-out Devoir vider des poubelles avant le départ. Immeuble bruyant. Ne pas se sentir en sécurité dans le quartier le soir.

• Noa (3/5): - The location was really bad - in the heart of a beautiful village but with no view of anywhere, small and damp. The room was very ugly decorated, it was cold at night and there were no extra blankets and the heating was old and didn't work. There wasn't even a kettle in the kitchen. We had a problem with the hot water that wasn't solved by the hosts, we were very disappointed

• Sarai (9/5): Estancia estupenda en Atenas - La habitación estaba muy bien, estaba limpia, era cómoda y tenia todo lo necesario en la cocina para cocinar alli
• Michele (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno ad Atene - - La struttura è davvero molto carina e super centrale; dotata di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole; compreso il servizio lavanderia - Un po’ più di pulizia a livello del pavimento non avrebbe guastato! - Sarebbe perfetta sé avesse il bidet e se avesse un attaccapanni vicino alla doccia dove poter appendere il telo! Tutto il resto è davvero molto top!

• Moreira (10/5): Breve mas confortável. - A parte dos cacifos felicita imenso para podermos visitar sem ir carregados. Existe um mercado próximo. A rua tem um aspeto um bocado degradado.
