• Marcus (10/5): It was absolutely wonderful - Very modern and clean large rooms especially the suite, lovely sized pool and pool are with sunbeds and recliners for your leisure. Private entrance to your flat makes it feel like you are at home. These are very modern rooms with AC and a lovely balcony with a view of the cretan mountains. Theres nothing you won’t like about this property

• Theresa (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - absolut empfehlenswert - Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Besonders der Pool hat uns super gefallen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war total gut, mit einer großen Auswahl und allem, was man sich wünscht. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, und auch die Zimmer insgesamt waren sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach 1A – mitten in der schönen Old Town, von wo aus man bequem zu Fuß zu vielen gemütlichen Tavernen spazieren kann, in denen das Essen richtig lecker war. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, und unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nichts!

• Serge (6/5): Nous avions hâte de quitter cet hôtel - Il y a une belle piscine L’accueil a été froid nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup d’explication du fonctionnement de l’hôtel Nous n’avions pas déjeuner inclus donc nous demandons comment ça fonctionne il ne répond pas vraiment â la question et il ne nous incite pas â déjeuner à l’hôtel nous avons trouvé ça très bizarre Pour la chambre nous avons dû faire notre lit à l’arrivée,il y a un salon pas de télévison un petit frigidaire une cafetière à capsule qui se vidait de son eau, une chambre avec du rangement et une télévision, une minuscule salle de bain aucun rangement et un minuscule balcon c’était notre troisième hôtel en Crète et c’est le premier qu’on se sentait vraiment pas à l’aise

• Britta (10/5): Schöner Urlaub in einem modernen ,kleinen und familiären Hotel. - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nahe des Ortskerns. Es ist jedoch im Hotel und auch im Poolbereich sehr ruhig, sodass man wunderbar schlafen und entspannen konnte. Das Frühstück am Pool haben wir morgens sehr genossen und es war wirklich toll, dass man am Vortag immer seine Wünsche für das nächste Frühstück auf einem Zettel eintragen konnte. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und sehr bemüht, sodass wir uns dort richtig wohl fühlen konnten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und die Duschwand zu schmal, sodass man nach jedem Duschen den Boden trocknen musste. Ein paar weitere Handtuchhalter wären schön gewesen.

• Jessica (10/5): Saubere und süße kleine Anlage! - Super niedliche, kleine und saubere Anlage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Lage fantastisch!! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, es war eine super Entscheidung dort zu buchen! Ausreichen Liegen vorhanden, es gibt morgens keinen Stress, es geht alles gesittet voran am Pool. Supermarkt gegenüber.

• Femke (10/5): Perfect! - Iedereen is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze doen er alles aan om je een top vakantie te bezorgen. De kamers zijn comfortabel en het eten is ook heel lekker.

• Andrea Sofia (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Der Pool war schön. Es gab genug Liegeflächen. Es war schön modern alles. Die Zimmer waren groß genug und modern. Das meiste Personal war sehr freundlich. War ein schöner Aufenthalt… An sich war das Frühstück Okay.. Wer aber Wert auf Vielfalt am Büffet legt, ist hier leider nicht richtig. Ich kann das Konzept verstehen, da es ein kleines Hotel war und man vermutlich damit vermeidet viel Essen wegzuschmeißen. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist es okay ansonsten ist es nicht so toll jeden Tag das gleiche (kleine) Angebot zu essen.
• LUCIE (10/5): Parfait - Deuxième séjour dans cet hotel depuis l’année dernière. Tout est trés bien, l’hôtel est confortable et le personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner excellent ainsi que la restauration proposée.
• Shani (9/5): Lovely hotel with great pool and staff - The location is great near Malia old city and the nice restaurants and far enough from the Malia night crowd so the hotel was nice and calm, The pools were amazing, we spent most of the days at the pool. At night - the pool lights up beautifully. The design is modern-nordic.Rooms were nice, clean, quite and spacious. Breakfast was very good and rich. The staff was friendly and very helpful Would definitely consider to visit again in the future, it was a great getaway experience

• Corina (10/5): Great, we truly recommend it, especially if you have a little child, he’ll love it - Really great location, super friendly stuff, they did everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. They even welcomed us with gifts for our toddler (that were super appreciated during our stay) and a bye bye gift as well. As our flight back was early in the morning, they helped us with some to go breakfast. The pool is nice, the location is great, close to supermarket and super good restaurants. Super thoughtful owners and stuff, we truly enjoyed it, really recommend! The breakfast is really great but the variety is reduced and is a bit weird you have to choose in advance what you’d like to eat the next day. But the products they use are really good, especially the fruits.

• Edgaras (10/5): Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay that perfectly combined comfort & staff friendliness - We liked almost everything about our stay. Although Malia is known as a party destination, the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it very relaxing, while still being close enough to easily reach everything. It’s also near the old town, where you can find many authentic Greek restaurants. The staff deserve a special mention — they were truly wonderful, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about their guests. They made us feel welcome from the very beginning and were always ready to help with anything we needed, which really made a difference in our stay. The hotel is also perfect for families with babies and small children. The pool area includes a kids’ zone, the outdoor kitchen has a highchair available, and cots can be provided in the rooms upon request. The sunbeds around the pool are also fantastic — very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and we also enjoyed the outdoor gym and the convenience of the large parking lot. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. If you’re staying for several days, having the same food every morning can become a bit repetitive. Adding more variety would make the experience much more enjoyable for longer stays.

• Gonda (9/5): Heerlijk, fantastisch hotel! - Heerlijk, luxe hotel; zwembad was top, kamer mooi met alles erop en eraan. Wij vonden de locatie fijn, aan de rand van het oude centrum waar je heerlijk kan eten. Strand is ongeveer 20 min lopen. Personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam. Wij vlogen vroeg naar huis en kregen nog een lekkere ontbijtbox! Ontbijt mag je elke aangeven wat je wilt eten. Op zich een goed systeem, alleen onze tip is: breng hier een beetje variatie in. Als je namelijk meerdere dagen in dit hotel bent, mis je de variatie.

The only thing that bothered me was they sprayed the sheets with cheep spray that I didn’t like the smell

Due to the number of rooms in the hotel, the pool area was unable to become incredibly busy. It led to a truly relaxing experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Nothing.
• Giedriusbu (10/5): Recommendation to stay here by Adele and Isabele :) - Everything was perfect from the very beginning: staff very polite, met us with welcome homemade lemonade, very good apartment with kids with separate room, cleaning staff also very polite and did very good job every day, very comfortable beds and pillows. Good selection of breakfast, also drinks, snacks and food. Pool was big and amazing, nice view to mountains. Efcharisto to all the members: Andriana, Ari, Maria, Aleksandra, Johnny and all others ;) perfect stay and we will come back ;) Only thing that could be changed: same breakfast selection every day. So, if you stay for 10 nights it get's routine. You have very good food from the menu, so maybe to let choose and from the menu ;) And no sea view which can not be changed in any way. But very nice view to the mountains

Location is great walking distance to old town and grocery store across street It would be good if the showers were more closed off to prevent water on floor. Would also be good to have additional shelves or rack in bathroom for towels.

• Raymond (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't be any more helpful. They were not too busy when we visited so they upgraded us to a larger room free of charge. The room itself was lovely, very big and featured a nice balcony area. The hotel is on the outskirts of Malia so is quiet and peaceful, even in the evening, whilst being just a few minutes walk from the old town, filled with lovely restaurants and a few minutes from the main strip and beach area. Breakfast was always a treat (I would recommend the pancakes). Would definitely stay again when visiting Crete.

The place smelled great, the pool was nice, food was good, location was walkable to the several party places near the beach. The staff were a family and you can see how much they cared about everything. Really delightful hospitality.

Close to our favourite Potamos beach. Restaurants around were amazing. We loved the bed, pillows, super comfy! Nice set of cosmetics. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safe parking. I love the little green garden, we had breakfast there and wines in the evening. We are going to be back For sure! The Only problem could be For people who have heavy bags and live on a higher floor - No elevator :)

You got tea and coffee pods and water and even bathrobe, slippers, toiletries and toothbush set. The air con was in both rooms at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, nice and quiet but just a short walk away from the strip. I highly recommend this hotel !!!! Nothing
