- Saliha (1/5): I will not recommend it. Arrogant owner. Dirty place… - The only thing I like is the location. The first thing the owner has a foreign number. I sent an email to have his local number. He never answered back. I tried to text him on whats up the number did not work. I called many times booking. Com and informed them about the issue. They contacted him but he never answered back. When I arrived to Asilah . I asked locals no one knows the name of the street. And I tried to use on google but it has no location. So I spent 45 minutes walking lost to try to find the flat . At the the end the owner sent me a message . I was so frustrated and tired and my son was sick. I told him please can you come to show us the way. He refused and asked me for 10 euros to charge me for showing me the way. I was begin him but he has no mercy in his heart. He sent the location on google message. But the connection didn’t work. And I asked a men to speak with him to explain to him where was the place. It was just around the corner. I was so disappointed. As soon as I arrived he gave me the key. The flat was so filthy. A lots of hair in every where. The toilet seat was dirty. The fluff everywhere. The kitchen was disaster….there was oil and pieces of bread Very dirty . The sink was dirty. The shutters of the window was filthy. There was no toilet paper. No towels No carpet. The beds were so hard and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. I was so disappointed. Booking .com should take action and to deal with careless people like the owner. The value of money I could have rented in a good place . I think they didn’t clean the place from the people before. The only thing was clean were the sheets.
- Mai (8/5): Very good - Good location, friendly host. There was an overbooking and we had to move into other rooms. But they were completely fine. Just the street was bit loud during the night, but nothing severe.
- Toff (1/5): The worst stay of my life - The person who’s property it is lives up stairs from the apartment so was able to meet us at the property. But then everything went down hill from there. Please be warned, the host barricaded us in the property we was unable to get out at all. I tried to contact him and message him but no answer. He rented the property out knowing full well he was hosting a wedding there for the weekend. We had building work go on for 24 hours solid people setting up Marquees directly outside the property where we couldn’t even get out of the property. Then there was banging music all night from his apartment above then the music started and the cheeky idiot after finally coming to the property to get the keys had the audacity to ask if we wanted to come. I have never heard or experienced anything like this in my life. When I contacted him and asked for a refund he said no tuff. Stay well away from the property and him. I have numerous videos and pictures of the whole horror stay well away
