• Patrick (10/5): Ein Traum - Es war ein Traum! Frau Elasa die allerbeste Gastgeberin! Bei unsete Ankunft waren Getränke, Snacks, eine Flasche Wein... für uns zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen, der Pool kann alleine genutzt werden. Könnte ich 100 Punkte vergeben, sofort! Alles super!

• neil (10/5): Wonderful - This was our second stay as we fell in love with it on our first trip. Superb. Views were beautiful. So peaceful. Elsa was so helpful and friendly. Wonderful in every respect. We couldn't stay longer!
• Roy (10/5): Very Special Place with Unsurpassed Views - Outstanding property, with great views of the Umbrian countryside (a few miles from Tuscany) from a perch above the area near Perugia. Very nice and attentive host. Comfortable, well equipped, safe, very quiet, in a house stocked with antiques. Beds were better than ours at home. There are a couple of things I could nit pick, but they would be overwhelmed by the special attributes of this home. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Dana (10/5): The best experience in my life - Hands down the best private stay I’ve had in my entire life! The property is located on the hill with a fantastic view on the neighbourhoods. The house was clean and well equipped; and everything outside and inside of the house was impeccable. The swimming pool was large and very clean. A big bonus was a number of entertaining things for our 2 year old. And, of course, the highlight was the hospitality of Elsa and her husband. They are the loveliest people with big kind hearts who helped us so much during the stay! I can’t recommend this place to everyone who wants to create great memories for life!!

• Ee (10/5): It’s run with a lot of heart - simply wonderful!! - Wonderful hill top location, beautiful grounds. the house is gorgeous, super comfortable, very well equipped and thoughtfully kitted, games, games badminton, table soccer. we spent loads of time on the patio for our meals - the view is simply stunning. the kids loved the pool. Perfect base fir excursions to Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Orvieto. Thank you Elsa for your very warm hospitality! We loved everything!
• Kerim (10/5): 5-star! - Fantastic place on a hill top, surrounded with a large garden and olive trees, amazing scenery. The house is very nicely decorated, with all kind of utensil and kitchen. Absolutely great place for children. Special thanks to Mrs Luisa for warm welcome and everything.
