• Matthew (10/5): Awesome place for our family while we visited the Mt Fuji area! - This was a great place for our family of 7 (2 adult children + son-in-law and a 10 and 14 yr-old)! Loved the home! Traditional Japan feel and very spacious. We were a little bit surprised with the note that advised us if the upstairs tenant felt we were being too loud, they would call the police and we would be evicted. We aren’t loud, so it wasn’t an issue, but I was a bit taken aback by the warning.

• 48112e95b61971b93ef42b2a8f40a38b (6/5): Wir waren zufrieden. - Die Lage war gut und vor dem Haus hat man gute Sicht auf den Mount Fuji. Traditionell japanische Einrichtung, die Benutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockner war sehr einfach und grosszügig. Besonders gefallen hat mir die "Untertisch-Heizung". Das Haus ist ein bisschen schwierig zu erreichen mit dem Auto, da die Strasse sehr eng ist. Es war an diesem Tag / Nacht sehr kalt. Die Heizung im Hauptraum hat es nicht geschafft, die anliegenden Räume zu heizen. Es lagen aber genug Decken bereit, um nicht zu frieren. Die beiden Futons im Hauptraum hatten es wärmer, die Futons im Nebenraum waren nicht vorhanden, es gab in einen zusätzlichen kleinen Raum eingequetscht ein schmales Doppelbett.

• Yuan Sheng (7/5): Living experience was fine, just the communication portion with the host was terrible. Refer to picture for me and neigh - Property was decent. Everything as stated in the post. Host not helpful. Host kept saying she had sent the passcode of the keys to the house to my registered email 3 days prior. When I called her initially, she just mentioned “check your inbox” and hanged up my call. When I informed her that I have yet to receive it, she kept insisting I check my inbox. We were stranded outside in the cold without any help for more than an hour. Thankful for the neighbour nearby who offered to help call the host to explain everything.

• Kian Moh Terence (10/5): Very pleasant stay. We will stay there again. Highly recommended. - The house was huge, really big for a family of 5. It comes with all the facilities we need. The view of the Mt Fuji was really good. The house is near to a big supermarket and attractions. There is another Air BnB upstairs. They are not noisy but their foot steps can be heard from downstairs.

• SAORI (3/5): 他のお客さんとのトラブル対応 - 設備は揃っていました。施設は広くて良かったです。 カーテンがなく外から丸見えの窓が何箇所かあり、朝日も眩しくて眠れませんでした。 同じ施設に宿泊される方が私の車を塞いでしまい。駐車場から出られなくなったので対応を施設の方に求めたところ、「当事者同士で解決してほしい。こちらが行くなら代行費用をもらう」という旨の話をされました。 話し合いで結局来てもらえることになりましたが…。 色々と不安要素が多かったです。

• Kenji (6/5): 広くて良いのですが - 部屋が広いし備え付けの調理器具や洗濯機に乾燥機まであり助かりました 駐車場までの車道が狭い　夏場は草がより車道を狭くする　今時の車はセンサーが付いてます　ピーピー鳴り続けるストレスはできるだけ味わいたくないので草刈りお願い致します 刀　を利用しましたが上の階の　兜　の部屋からの足音は結構響きます　22時になったらピタリと静かになったのでまずは寝れて良かった 台所と風呂場の横の窓にカーテンは付けて欲しい 外から丸見えです
• AKEMI (7/5): - キッチンの物品が充実していた エアコンがパワフルでよく効いた テレビが大画面ですごい 畳が綺麗 リビングで床に座って過ごし　普段テーブルと椅子で生活しているので　足が痛くなった リビングの高さのある畳に座ってみたけど　上手く使えなかった リビング内にあるお布団に移動するさいフレームで足をぶつけて痛かった ペット同伴の清掃料金が　一泊一頭5000円　2匹2泊だったので2万になったのはちょっと辛かった もう少し安いとありがたい

• Mark (8/5): Great traditional property with a responsive host. - Great traditional Japanese style living. Very spacious. Kitchen could do with a few necessaries like salt, cooking oil etc. Having a washing machine was useful for a couple of washes. Everything was ideal until we had neighbours in the property above who had no respect for noise etc.
• Joshua (8/5): Cool traditional house - Very cool traditional house. Huge spaces. Fridge, microwave, etc all good. Being 6'3, I kept hitting my head on all the doorways, but that's a me problem. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, made very loud noises but didn't work so had to have 1 minute showers to avoid the whole house fogging up.
