Victoria (1/5): Could be lovely place if only it was clean! - Could be a lovely place as is an ideal layout and good location. It was not clean, the list is endless... vacuum full with dog hair and biscuits, used teabags under the sink, dirty skirt on the bed which meant I didn't want to sleep under the covers and used my dog as a pillow so my head didn't touch the pillows, curtains dirty, door frames and walls grubby. Ironing board had thick layer of dusty yuck, hairdryer box empty, neither helped me to get ready for a wedding! Fridge, hob and kitchen not clean so couldn't cook meaning it cost more having to eat out. Sent pictures to give the hosts an opportunity to explain etc but have heard nothing so being very honest with my review as just because it is dog friendly doesn't mean it doesn't need to be clean! I normally give a brief clean before I leave but couldn't bring myself to as not my dirt! Shame as like I said, could be a lovely place, but your holiday accommodation shouldn't make you cry!
