• Rita (8/5): Superlage, super Blick. - Eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen. Eine sehr wertige Ausstattung. Sehr steile Treppe. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. TV funktioniert nicht. Bettdecken wurden nachgeliefert, aber zu klein und zu dünn. Keine Haken zum Aufhängen der Sachen. Schlechte Ausstattung der Küche

La réactivité de l'hôte à nos demandes (un plat pour le four ;) L'équipement de la cuisine est très minimaliste, voire insuffisant. Peu de couverts, de plats, et d'instruments pour cuisiner. Dommage quand on a autant de produits frais sous la main :)

• Thierry (8/5): - Idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire de Nervi qui vous amène à Gênes en un quart d'heure, nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté pour garer notre au parking de la gare qui a des tarifs raisonnables l'appartement donne sur le petit port .Ce lieu permet de combiner des vacances à la mer et la visite de Gênes
• Biljana (9/5): Beautiful sea view apartment - Beautiful apartment with an amazing sea view. Perfect location, walking distance to the bus and train stations. Several restaurants and supermarkets are around. The apartment is very bright, with big windows. Fully equipped. It was easy to communicate with the owner through WhatsApp. The walking path to the train station is spectacular, along the sea. At night, you can hear the waves. It is a perfect spot to explore the area, we truly enjoyed the place. I thought the bedroom was separate. It is one open space including a double bed, a sofa bed, a dining table, and a kitchen. However, it was very comfortable as there were several big windows. At night, if you sleep with an open window, you can hear people talking outside. The restaurants close at 23:00, and unless random people are hanging out outside, it is very quiet. In the morning, there were some construction works a bit further from the house.
• Pierre (8/5): Bon séjour avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. - L’emplacement avec la vue sur ce petit port et la proximité des restaurants et de la petite plage du port Le matelas un peu ferme et le bruit jusqu’à minuit et demi, dû au restaurant en dessous. Avec les fenêtres fermées c’est mieux.

• Jiyeon (6/5): Nice view but needs improving - Really nice view and everything worked ok. Ac was leaking in the side which was situated above the bed… it was leaking whenever i turned on and it was not staying cool at all… For the view and the atmosphere of the place id give the 10/10 but it was rather difficult to communicate and the communication didnt went well so i ended up waiting around for 20minutes outside with my heavy bag. Simply I was not felt being cared for the place and for the value of money, i’d give 7/10. Needs improving communication(especially on speed), fixing the ac(that doesn’t leak and also actually stays cool…), perhaps doing the proper check in formality - for instance ive left my city tax €7 instead of €6 because they didnt come to meet me and collect and i had no change…😅
