• Liliia (10/5): - Дуже комфортні апартаменти. Недалеко від центру. Дві ванних кімнати - в одній душ, в другій ванна. Будинок новий. Дуже затишно. Прибудинкова територія огороджена невеликим забором. Коло будинку дитячий майданчик та спортивні тренажери. Рекомендую ці апартаменти!

• Daria (8/5): - Квартира была чистая, светлая и просторная. Всё устройства работали. Кровати были удобные. В одной из комнат очень сильно дует с окна. Когда мы заехали, то было холодно в квартире, было впечатление, что отопление включили незадолго до нашего заезда, на следующей день квартира прогрелась и было тепло.

• Dovydas (10/5): I liked it. - Great place to stay. There is a paid multi-storey parking nearby, and a tram stop is just about 200 meters away. Convenient self check-in. The apartment is clean, cozy, and spacious, and very quiet — no noise at all, with calm neighbors. Special thanks to the host for preparing the apartment so quickly and allowing us to check in much earlier than 3:00 PM. All instructions were sent on the morning of the arrival day. The only small downside was the lack of a clothes dryer.

Дом новый, квартира чистая, тёплая и светлая. В ванной тёплый пол, есть полноценная ванна и хорошее давление воды. Большая кровать с удобным, достаточно жёстким матрасом и мягкими подушками — спать одно удовольствие. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: микроволновка, плита, холодильник, чай, кофе, сахар, телевизор. В коридоре много места, удобно даже с ребёнком — в доме есть лифт. Расположение отличное: всё рядом, до нужных мест можно быстро дойти пешком.

It was very disturbing that the fire alarm started working upstairs, and automatically the sound was heard also in our room and caused a lot of panic at 2 at night; from sleep we thought something was burning. Still that alarm is a bit in the head because through sleep panic still comes

Я не нашла в квартире утюг и ложку для обуви . Все остальное было отлично )

• Vlasta (7/5): - Stan je čist. Ima šampone, fen. Lokacija nije idealna. Smještaj smo iznajmili zbog balkona, a balkon nema svrhu. Nema stolice i ne može se ujutro popiti kava i zapaliti cigareta. Okoliš zgrade loše izgleda. Nema malih zdjelica, nedostaju noćni ormarići u spavaćoj sobi. Nedostaje mali stolić u dnevnoj sobi. Čaše držite na podu Nema kava aparat ni toster.

• BrunoGronow (8/5): - Very clean and fresh apartment in a relatively new building. Would have been quiet as well, but we had to keep the windows open due to the heat. It was 28C during our stay in Riga, and the apartment was cery warm as well. Don't visit during the hottest time of the year and you'll be fine. Nice place!
• MARIA ESTHER (9/5): Muy recomendable - Edificio estupendo, todo nuevo y muy limpio. Las camas muy cómodas, y tenía un pequeño balcón. Pudimos aparcar. El Supermercado cerca y tenia muchos detalles de cortesía, detergente, cápsulas lavavajillas, café, té, bolsas de basura, gel, champú…. En las calles paralelas había muchos bares y restaurantes. Hacia un poco de calor y como en todos la luz entra desde muy temprano. Está a media hora aproximadamente del centro, aunque el camino es muy agradable.

The apartment has a strange smell coming from the bathroom which was all over the apartment when we arrived, to clear out the smell the windows had to be open all the time, which is not ideal because the apartment is in the city center with a lot of noise throughout the night...

• Mari (10/5): Erittäin viihtyisä kokemus! - Huoneisto oli uusi, siisti ja viihtyisä. Iso plussa kahdesta suihkusta ja WC:stä! Asunto oli rauhallinen. Asunto oli uusi, siisti ja viihtyisä. Majoittaja oli ystävällinen ja kertoi ajoissa kaiken informaation, joita tarvittiin asuntoon pääsemiseksi. Saimme käyttää muun muassa kahvia, teetä ja pesuaineita. Niistä iso kiitos! Sijainti oli mahtava. Läheltä pääsi käyttämään julkista liikennettä. Tulisimme uudestaan ja suosittelemme ystävillemme! Olimme kaikkeen tyytyväisiä, mutta pieniä kehitysehdotuksia: Asunnossa kaipasimme mikroaaltouunia, saksia ja leivinpaperia, sekä myös hieman useampi astia olisi riittänyt paremmin kuudelle hengelle. Olisi ollut myös mahtavaa, jos auton olisi voinut parkkeerata lähemmäs asuntoa ja ilmaiseksi. Kuumalla ilmalla asunto oli aika kuuma, ja kaipasimmekin viilennystä.

Очень удивлены были тем, что в апартаментах был чай, кофе,соль, сахар, масло подсолнечное и все химические вещества для стиральной машины и посудомойки. Ничего.

• Natalia (10/5): Great apartment to stay in Riga - Great apartment! Very clean, fully equipped, spacious. Free parking in the inner yard is super comfortable. The host is very helpful and answers quickly. Contactless check-in is also an advantage. The pillows need to changed to the new ones.

• Jasmina (10/5): - We really loved the apartment. The location was also really good (about 5 minutes from the tram station and you can also walk to the city centre). We got really clear instructions on how to enter the building. The apartment was clean and spacious and it was also comfortable. There is also a balcony which is great. There are 2 wardrobes - one at the entrance and one in the bedroom and there is a plenty of space. We loved the apartment so much that we will stay there again when we get back to Riga. The host was responsive, so I can say all the best. There is nothing we didn't like. Maybe it would be nice to have some additional things in the kitchen (like a bottle opener, etc.) but this is a minor thing. Also we're used to have a bedside table, which we missed a little bit, but again it's a minor thing, because there is enough space to leave your personal belongings in the bedroom.

• Inga (9/5): - Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean! Instructions to check in and check out were clear, the apartment has everything you need - from kitchenware to washing machine. It was a bit chilly the first day and the first night. We found where the thermostat was but it took about 24 hours to heat the apartment till the temperature was comfortable. But apart from that everything was perfect!

Faltan estris de cuina, com un pot petit per escalfar llet o draps per poder aixugar plats molls. Vam arribar amb els peus molls de la neu i vam mullar el terra, quan vam anar a buscar estris de neteja per treure l’aigua del terra, no em vam trobar i vam haver d’improvitsar. Pocs coixins per dormir. Eren massa tous i haguéssim necessitat més. Tot i així, repetirien l’experiència perquè ens ha agradat molt l’apartament

• Aida (10/5): Sve je bilo savrseno - Stan je perfektan, lijepo uređen, komotan za više osoba, ima dva kupatila.Odsjela sam sa prijateljicama i bile smo zadovoljne i stanom i boravkom u gradu. Vlasnik nas je dočekao, bio je ljubazan. Apartman preporucujem ko želi da posjeti ovaj lijepi grad.
• Vaiva (10/5): - We had a pleasant stay. The flat was clean, warm, and very bright. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The place is 20 minutes from the central by walking, so it is not very far. The area looked safe, so we didn't have trouble walking in the middle of the night. It would be awesome to have a toothbrush holder in the bathroom. :)
