• Tataranu (9/5): Great stay - Great and friendly host, the check-in /check-out process was a breeze. Everything in the studio seemed clean and neat. The location is close to the Metro and some cafes and markets.
• Samuel (9/5): - Cet appartement flambant neuf est très grand pour Amsterdam (40 m carrés). très propre et très bien équipé. Il est situé à cinq minutes de marche d'un métro. De plus, mon dépôt a été remboursé très rapidement après mon départ.
• Anna (10/5): Molt bé! - L'estació està a 3 minuts caminant i tens dos supermercats grans a 5 minuts. L'apartament molt bé. El llit de matrimoni està format per dos matalassos individuals i es separaven.

• Diane (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - Very comfortable nice place. Close to the Metro and grocery stores. Didn’t always feel safe being an older woman on her own but it was fine.

• Matylda (10/5): - Everything was good, and the location was amazing. Close to everything that is necessary. I would definitely recommend staying there.
• Carmen Victoria (10/5): Completo y buena relación calidad-precio - Me pareció mucho más bonito en persona que en las fotos, además muy completo: microondas, lavadora-secadora, cafetera de cápsulas, secador de pelo, lavavajillas… hasta el detalle de bolsas reutilizables para hacer la compra, eso me pareció un puntazo. Como parte negativa, decir que me alojé yo sola, a finales de enero, y siendo la primera vez que visitaba la ciudad, y sí que es cierto que la primera noche sentí algo de inseguridad. La puerta que da a la calle es translúcida, y al ser un bajo con terraza, entre las luces de la noche y los ruidos sentí un poco de miedo. Salvo esto, es un sitio muy cómodo para refugiarte después de un día largo y en el barrio hay tiendas para todo lo que necesites.

• Petra (3/5): - Besitzer hat alles gut erklärt bzgl Schlüssel. Die Lage ist ganz gut zur Metro und Bus Station. Der TV hat Netflix und Co installiert/angemeldet. Alles sehr ungepflegt und dreckig, das Geschirr im Kasten hat einen beißenden Geruch, die Couch hat Flecken über die man lieber nicht nachdenkt, überall an den Wänden klebt krauses schwarzes Haar, der Boden knarrt mega laut, außerdem sind große Risse in der Wand zum/im Schlafzimmer. Sollte man vor 16 Uhr anreisen wollen, zahlt man für jede Stunde davor 12,50€ Gebühr.
• Heck (5/5): - Sehr nah an der Bahnverbindung sowie an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Das Apartment war sehr schmutzig insbesondere das Geschirr der Backofen. Die Arbeitsplatte und der Tisch waren extrem ekelhaft und auf dem Sofa konnte man sich nicht hinsetzen, weil überall Flecken Haare und Krümel waren. Das Sofa war richtig ekelhaft. Wir haben dann Handtücher drüber getan, um uns überhaupt setzen zu können. In der Wand zum Schlafzimmer war komplett von oben nach unten ein Riss, sonst konnte man dort sehr gut schlafen. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und man kriegt auch nichts von der Nah gelegenen Metro mit. Der Vermieter hatte zwar angeboten das Haus Keeping noch einmal in das Apartment zu schicken. Wir haben dann das was wir benutzt haben bis auf den Backofen. Alles erst mal selber abgewischt das Sofa konnte man ja schließlich nicht reinigen deshalb haben wir darauf verzichtet. Der Vermieter an sich ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .

• Marko (6/5): It's fine, but if you have time and money to look for another places, look. - Location is conviniet - close to metro, but that is it. Even though there is kitchen, there is no basics for cooking - salt, peper, oil, vinegar, seasonings. There is dolce gusto machine, but no coffee pods, no tea. Also, in bathroom there is no shower gel and hair shampoo. Bed matress you fall through. Place is not cleaned properly in long time. Also, you enter the studio directly from street. Literally one step you are in apartment, the other on the street which can be shocking in the begining.

• AMC (8/5): - The host was very helpful both before and during check in and provided good information. Apartment was a nice size and very comfortable inside. Also, very handy for the metro and only a short ride from the centre of town. And a good supermarket nearby. Overall we were happy with our stay but have a couple of suggestions: 1. Lighting over the kitchen counters and stove could be improved - fine during the day but we were prepping dinner by torch light 2. As the main window is on a pathway, could do with transparent curtains or window frosting to improve privacy 3. Signage to assist choosing the right shower settings

The location was convenient during the day (25 min to the central station) but not so much during the night. The neighborhood could be scary for someone at first but it was really fine, supermarket really close. There was some crumbs in the drawers and the terrace was really dirty.

• Melanie (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Check in hat gut funktioniert Es war nicht sauber, es wurden falsche Angaben zur Ausstattung gemacht (Handtücher und Toilettenpapier nicht ausreichend verfügbar, keine tägliche Reinigung), Anbieter war nicht hilfsbereit. Mussten leider direkt wieder abreisen, haben keine Erstattung bekommen.

• Mynhung (6/5): The apt needs renovation but ok for a one night stay. - The apt is near a pond. The apt was a bit out of the way. But we used the train which took us about 40 minutes to get to the city center.

• Sadeka (9/5): Overall a comfortable and cosey place to stay. - Self-service the kitchen was equipped but didn't have a toaster. It would be nice to keep some tea and coffee and instant milk available for guest would be a nice touch. However overall was a great stay. That there wasn't a working TV
• Romane (8/5): Nice - This appartement was fully furnished, the owner was really nice and our stay went really well. There is a 2 minutes walk to the metro and there is a supermarket just 5 minutes away. The Johan Cruijff arena was easily accessible (we really enjoyed our Taylor Swift concert ;) ) It is an excellent value for the price. It was not perfectly clean but nothing unacceptable. The location might not be the most beautiful in Amsterdam but we still felt safe.
