Guest Reviews
- Ramy (9/5): -
- Shanna (8/5): - Enough room for everyone Master bedroom was kinda hot even with the air on and the fan, and the closet was locked. There’s nowhere to hang your clothes in the master bedroom.
- Hodges (10/5): -
- Hodges (10/5): - Beautiful and relaxing
- Steffani (8/5): Nice roomy house near Texas A&M campus, but far enough away to be out of the busy traffic! - Nice house in a good location. Near Texas A&M campus, but far enough away to be out of the busy traffic. Communicated with the property manager about some issues with ants, garbage left by the previous tenant, and unclean bedding in one of the rooms, and never received a response. Could definitely use more pots and pans, a strainer, etc., but we made do.
- Amy (9/5): It was clean and a great location but with no extras. - Great location and plenty of room! It was very sparse. Not all beds were made up with full sheet sets and extra sheets were stained. No body wash or kleenex provided.
- Charlotte (5/5): It was nice, but we will be re-renting next year. - The house was a nice size, in a nice neighborhood. It was conveniently located near the event center we were attending, which I planned. When I sent them a message, they did reply rather quickly. We did have a few issues. The floor was filthy, my grandson took a shower and put on socks the 1st night we were there, and within 15 minutes they were filthy (pic attached). The description stated in bedroom 3 there was a 1 twin, 1 full, and 1 bunk bed (pic attached), but upon arrival, there was only a set of bunk beds in this room, which left us one bed short. In one room, the bed was unmade, and there was a blob of something black and sticky on the floor, which we had to clean up and make. The smoke detector started chirping on Saturday, when I reported it to the management company. The reply I received was "We will have our team check the battery", which did not help us for Saturday night. The lid to the trash can inside was broken (pic attached), and the couch had a good-sized rip in it (pic attached). I brought up the trash & recycle cans, but the trash was full, and we had no place to put our trash. Our check-in time was 5 PM. We had originally had the house for Thursday - Sunday, but we cancelled for Thursday night. We inquired about an earlier check-in, but we were told that it would not give the cleaning crew enough time to clean.
- Franchelle (3/5): Although the neighborhood looked nice, this was not a pleasurable experience. - The neighborhood was new, and the home was a smart home. The house literally smelled unclean, and there were multiple stains on the walls. The garage trash can was overflowing upon our arrival. Upon our arrival, an electric breaker had tripped, which required my husband to locate/reset the “outdoor” breaker at 11pm at night. Extremely unsafe in these times! And worth mentioning we experienced two racial encounters while at the property. I know this is not the property owner’s responsibility, but this could be beneficial to the next renter. A neighbor blatantly toke pictures of me with his phone while I was sitting on the back porch, and the next night another neighbor sitting across the street in their car until my husband and I adjourned into the house.
- Jeff (9/5): Superb -
- Shantelle (10/5): We stayed here as we visited Santa's wonderland. It was the perfect location, 10 minutes away. -
- Misty (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean, easy to get to and a great neighborhood. N/A
- G. (8/5): Neighborhood Getaway - The house was clean and well maintained. 85" TV in the living area. Gas stove, cookware, and utensils provided. Food and retail options within short driving distance. Needs more seating and furniture (dressers, night stands, patio chairs, etc.).
No Wifi access, small patio, and some beds were too low.
