Guest Reviews
- Julie (10/5): The best 🏆 - A real home from home. Comfy sofas, well equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery and crockery to enable sensible use of the dishwasher as didn’t need to wash cups/ plates constantly. There were dishwasher tablets, wash pods, washing up liquid and hand soap all provided which few properties do. The garden was perfect for a chilled space if you were lucky enough to see some sunshine. The location was perfect for accessing the fells and Fitz park, away from the busy town centre but an easy walk to the shops, restaurants and pubs.
We have stayed in Keswick many times but this house was the best by far. Floors can be slippy, take some anti slip socks or slippers.
- Antony (10/5): - House was clean and very comfortable, would definitely go back
- JANINE (9/5): - Lovely comfortable house.Clean & everything you need.
Location good walk through Fitz Park to Keswick & Latrigg walk right on the doorstep. Very wet weather but still beautiful

- Lauren (10/5): Amazing house in wonderful location - Lovely property, great facilities, stunning views. Really good selection of kitchenware, games for kids etc. nice to have a garden and parking space in Keswick. Perfect location for being able to walk to town and Fitz park. Only one bathroom and toilet only downside
- Anna (10/5): A lovely stay in Keswick - The house is excellently located within a short walking distance from lots of walking routes and Keswick town center, pubs and cafes. The views from the front of the property are beautiful. The house itself is well maintained and has a lovely conservatory type area upstairs with a balcony to enjoy the views. The garden is fully enclosed and secure for dogs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The beds are very comfortable. Only very minor issues, did not detract from the enjoyment of the stay. There is only one bathroom/toilet which for 6 people can be a problem. The smoke/heat detectors are triggered very easily from the steam after a shower, the bathroom window was locked and therefore we couldn't open it and the extractor only does so much, however we found a way around it to make sure the bathroom door was closed after someone had used it. The kitchen layout is a bit fiddly for emptying the dishwasher as you can't open one of the cupboards / reach to the higher cupboards very easily (if you're short) when the dishwasher door is open.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (10/5): This was the perfect property to spend Christmas. The house is comfortable and the location is great - It was very easy to access the property
- Jason (10/5): Quality rental - Immaculately presented, high quality everything. Super comfy bed, dog friendly with fully enclosed garden. Chargeable EV charger a very convenient bonus. Location excellent 10 mins walk through the park to town centre and 4 mins to the Pheasant Inn, bestpub food in Keswick. Good recommendations and instructions in manual. V convenient for Threkeld railway track, Skiddaw, town centre and getting out and about Some might find one bathroom challenging if a larger party. Fine for us as a couple.
