• Annette (8/5): Heel fijn! - Bed lag lekker- de plek middenin het centrum- vlakbij mijn zoon die daar studeert. Fijne bank in woonkamer. Ik zou als tip geven om het licht in de steeg/poort te maken. In donker is vrij lastig om sleutel in sleutelgat te krijgen.
• Iris (9/5): Hele fijne accommodatie! Aanrader! - Heel sfeervol! En fijn appartement! Niks gevonden….. was gewoon fijn om er te zijn!
• Laura (8/5): Wat een fijne B&B - Wat een heerlijke plek, jammer dat we er maar 1 nachtje waren. We voelden ons gelijk thuis zodra we binnen stapten. Wat een sfeertje. Wij persoonlijk vonden de kussens op het bed wat aan de dunne kant, maar dat is natuurlijk per persoon anders.

• Carlo (10/5): - Locatie in de binnenstad, mooie straat met leuke horeca en gezellig cafe onder. Geen overlast van horeca. Sfeervol ingerichte ruimten, alles was aanwezig en voorhanden. Wij waren er voor één nacht, maar voor meerdere nachten ook heel geschikt. Ook fijn dat onze hond welkom is. Niets. Anders is het gewoonweg zeuren

• Jose (9/5): Super fijne plek om te zijn en om nog eens terug te komen! - Locatie is super! Appartement heel mooi en straalde warmte uit. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Er was een festival tijdens ons verblijf waardoor de straat was afgezet. Aangezien dit niet fysiek was zijn we doorgereden de straat in om de bagage uit te laden. Achteraf bleken er camera’s te staan. Bewoners hadden ontheffing kunnen krijgen. Dit van te voren te weten was fijn geweest. Daarnaast boven erg warm en beneden frisjes. Maar dit zijn kleinigheden, het verblijf was echt super!

• Axel (9/5): Für einen Besuch in Leeuwarden ist das die optimale Wohnung. - Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Rand der City. Catrien hat eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, Kaffee, Tee und Duschzusätze. Unsere Hunde waren willkommen.

We stayed here for New Year’s and truly enjoyed the war - We rented these apartments for New Year’s and were completely satisfied with our stay. The apartment is very cozy, with a warm atmosphere and a true feeling of home. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay as a couple. The holidays passed calmly and pleasantly, exactly the way we hoped. Many thanks to the hosts for such a wonderful place and for taking great care of their guests.
• Evert (8/5): Heerlijke woning, - De woning was mooi schoon, leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks de tip om het raam dicht te doen bij lawaai van het cafe van de buren hebben we hier 1 nacht toch heel veel last van gehad waardoor we zo moe waren dat we niets meer hebben gedaan de rest van de dag. Denk dat het de taak van de cafe eigenaar is om zijn gasten stil te laten vertrekken. Dus niets tegen de gastvrouw zelf.

• Willie (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in het centrum - Heerlijk zo'n tijdelijk eigen plekje midden in de stad. Fijn appartement, mooi ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien.

• Timea (10/5): Very pleasant, well-located accommodation with a caring owner. - The owner prepared the accommodation very carefully. The kitchen has a coffee maker with coffee, kettle, a variety of teas, brown sugar, sweetener, microwave...etc. We also found everything we needed in the bathroom. ( towels, hair dryer). The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. There are shops a few minutes' walk from the accommodation, where we can get everything. The living room was a bit noisy, but the upstairs bedroom was very quiet, so we could relax there. Some may have a problem using the stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us.
• Bee (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice apartment with a big living room, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds right in the city centre. No complaints.
• Martine (9/5): Haven of peace, good value for money - I loved the feeling of space and quiescence. The lighting is great. Functional for work, cozy for easing off after, reading lamp by the couch. Although I was there for just one night and didn't use much in the kitchen, it looked like it had everything for a longer stay as well, also when one wants to stay in for dinner: gas cooker, oven, fridge ánd freezer. I love the way Carlien dressed up the place with love and attention to detail. For me, it was perfect. Just one detail that might be helpful for some: the flat itself is up one staircase and the room+bathroom up another staircase, si if you have reduced mobility or lots of heavy suitcases, you may want to bear that in mind.
