• Leslie (6/5): It was all right for a one night stay close proximity to the airport, but for any longer, it certainly wouldn’t be consi - It was clean and convenient to the airport. Everything new. We didn’t see any staff, but emailed them and they turned the heat on. All in all, it was OK for one night. Getting up and down the steps to get to the entrance in the back garden was a chore. It needs some kitchen equipment microwave and washing up facility for dishes, etc. Rather than washing cups and plates in the bathroom sink The low ceilings in the bedroom are not easy when you’re 6 foot tall.

• Lauren (10/5): Lovely little stay house with amazing hosts cool hot tub nice facilities and all over amazing place - The owners were lovely and welcoming was my birthday and made it nice and special for us The hot tub was lovely the room was stunning all the facilities are lovely and clean they make sure you have everything you need there’s lots of shops nearby very easy to order food I went to an event nearby and easy to get Ubers All over this was an amazing stay definitely stay here Vic and Ben are amazing hosts and I’m looking forward to hopefully staying here again if I come to Manchester again Everything !!!
• Wanda (10/5): Perfect preflight hideaway - Perfect for our needs- somewhere comfortable and clean to stay before a morning flight. Ben recommended a local restaurant which was excellent and within walking distance. The apartment was very warm and cosy. We didn't use any cooking or washing facilities so can't comment. Tea and coffee were provided. We'd seen comments about the low bedroom ceiling which are correct but we didn't have a problem. We'll be back! There are a number of steps up and down both to access the apartment and inside. These aren't steep or excessive but they might be an issue for someone with mobility issues. There wasn't much to dislike at all.

• Ludmilla (7/5): Fint sted for overnatting til en natt - Det var veldig fint og rent i leiligheten. Alt var godt tilrettelagt og verten er tilgjengelig hvis man lurer på noe. Det er tv både i stuen og på soverommet. Det var desverre en ganske sterk mugg lukt i leiligheten, ellers hadde den definitivt fått bedre vurdering. Det er nok bedre om vår/ sommeren når man kan lufte godt gjennom. Helt greit for en natt, men ville ikke anbefalt stedet for lengre opphold.

• Naz (8/5): - Location was excellent, just outside Manchester centre, Old Trafford and Trafford Centre was very close. Hot tub was a lovely addition to de stress at the end of the day. Host was very helpful and on hand to assist. Lots of shops close by, including restaurants. Only one issue - bedroom ceiling was a little low - im 5ft 10in and could just stand up straight, son who is 6ft plus could not -otherwise perfect stay.

A mi-chemin entre le centre de Manchester et l'aéroport (bus qui circule toute la nuit à 3 minutes à pied). Un seul petit problème. Il ne faut pas être trop grand pour la hauteur du plafond de la chambre.
• Mclean (1/5): Not the cleanest - Very nice modern bathroom This is a basement apartment, The apartment smelled strongly of damp and we considered it not clean. We left after an hour and stayed at a premier inn as we did not want our suitcases to take on the smell.

• Barbara (9/5): - Excellent location just off the M60. Very comfortable and a good size space. Very easy to check in with the key lock. Love the outside patio area.
• Sophie (9/5): Lovely clean place - Lovely little place, very close to the airport. Check in was super easy. Left little breakfast bits, fresh orange, milk and oat milk. Staff were super helpful and even let us have a free beer as the card machine for the honesty bar wasn’t working. Nothing not to like, apart from being quite cold. The heater just blew out cold air. Can’t be helped as it is in a basement but can imagine in the winter months it does get very cold.

Great hosts,very attentive Ceiling in bedroom is low just need to remember so you don’t bang your head,when you flush the toilet it makes a noise. These things wouldn’t stop me from staying again though.

Auf Nachfrage hiess es, Frühstück nicht inclusive. Dann gab es ein Willkommenspaket mit Käse, Brot, Butter, Bananen, Joghurt und O-Saft. Aber keine Spülmöglichkeit. Sehr niedrige Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung. Wir sind 1,87 m und 1,90m und konnten im Wohnzimmer und Bad gerade so stehen. Das Schlagzimmer hatte, wenn es hochkommt, 1,75m Deckenhöhe. Dies alles wurde nicht ausgewiesen. Wlan schlechter als ausgewiesen, streaming schlecht. Da es eine ausgebaute Kellerwohnung ist, ist sie latent feucht.

Perfect for an overnighter if you’re going to a gig like we were or if you’re flying out of Manchester . • Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Ease to get too from airport. Very clear directions and no more than 15 mins away. Everything we needed when we arrived. Arrived quite late in evening and after travelling all day we had a lovely hot shower and went straight to bed. Bed so comfortable. Tea, coffee, milk, orange juice and cereal/pastries waiting for breakfast. All you need and a lovely little hideaway. Only issue and it is a very small issue, height of ceiling in bedroom very low so if you are quite tall like my husband could be a hazard.
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - This is a perfect stay for those travelling to and from the airport. Ben was a terrific host who was very friendly and always responsive to our needs. The stay was small but very neat, clean and modern, and surprisingly quiet for so close to the airport. The airport transfer was flexible and convenient. Breakfast was very generous and appreciated! The ceiling in the bedroom is very low, and taller people can't stand up properly. It's not a huge problem for a temporary stay, but might feel a bit closed in for longer stays.

• Cynthia (8/5): Good location near to the airport. - The location was close to the airport and car rental return. Everything was clean and the bathroom was lovely. It was quite difficult to find the correct house in the dark. It was not well lit, we could not find a house number, and the instructions were not clear that we would need to access the location through the garden gate. The low ceiling height in the bedroom was also a bit of a surprise.

• John (3/5): A nice little place but the noise is horrendous - Cozy little spot for a couple or small family fairly close to the airport. Unfortunately, the noise. We arrived around 3:30pm and for 3/4 straight hours, the dog was barking constantly. It is true that the noise from above is highly jarring. Enough so, that I booked The Clayton Hotel right outside the airport and went there instead. Im sure the owners and the dog are lovely, but for us, it was just a bit much.

• Tracey (8/5): Airport hideaway - Lovely space, very cosy, co op shop only across the road and lovely Indian restaurant on recommendation from Vic. Busstop only 6mins walk away to get to the airport. Close to the train station too. Nothing
• Gillian (8/5): Clean, easy to get too, comfortable, great location. - Great location, easy check in, clean, comfortable, suited our needs perfectly. My brother lives around the corner, we usually stay at a Premier Inn which then requires booking taxi's etc. This way, we could walk to my brothers in 5 mins. I had booked for four, in the end just my daughter and I went, but for a couple of nights, this accommodation would have suited all four of us. The hosts have another property, which sleeps 8, we will keep this mind when there are more of us. The ceilings are low! This is mentioned in the description, so we were expecting it but it was still a bit of a surprise! I am 5'7, my head grazed the bedroom ceiling, and my daughter is 5'11. The living area is fine, but if you're over 6', you may stoop in there too. The fridge was stocked with milk/dairy-free milk and orange juice but was not on. I checked the power point, it was plugged in and on, not sure of the issue.
• Lynette (7/5): Accommodation before an early flight - We booked for and early flight at Manchester Airport. The location was good.The double bed was very comfortable . The property itself was someone's basement which was fine for what we were using it for but I had young children and we could hear people walking about and dogs running and barking (my daughter was scared),meaning we didn't get the best sleep for our early flight. Which was the reason we booked.

Weather was bad and we didn't want to risk being delayed on the road. Ben was great and set up the apartment for us at short notice. Just what we needed for the short time we were staying. Tea, coffee juice and snacks were all provided. Gave us peace of mind in a comfortable spot All good

• Lee (8/5): Worth a stay, just remember the bedroom has a very low ceiling - Really clean, nice size. Perfect for what we wanted. The bathroom and shower was fantastic, good quality towels. The height in the bedroom,.no matter how many times you remind yourself how low the ceiling is, still managed to hit our heads a few times. The sign on the frame to the bedroom is about 5mm overhang, I hit my head in this as well.

• Vilnis (4/5): Disappointing - The sitting room was comfortable for sitting in. The suite is in a converted cellar and has very low ceilings so for example it was not possible to stand upright in the bedroom, and both my wife and I hit our heads on the bedroom door jamb. At 172 cm I am not a tall person.
