• robin (3/5): Soso - Location is good I had no power in my capsule. The room stank of BO as well. The showers didn't have hot water or a shower head.
• Paris (6/5): You get what you pay for - Location and free storage. Staff was very nice Trash by the bed and the loud people coming in. They gave our bed away by accident the second night but they gave us a free upgraded to a studio across town.

• Antonia Liska (8/5): - Ich war in einigen Hostels in Hong Kong und dieses war definitiv das beste. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Für Mitarbeiter war sehr engagiert. Die Dachterrasse war toll. Das Bett war etwas kurz für mich aber für ein paar Nächte voll ok.
• Arman The Great (3/5): - I didn't have much expectations. I didn't meet a single person or got any response from them. I kind of just went in, found a bed, woke up and left. Then went back for a receipt during day, still no reception.

• Fion (5/5): The location is good, but the price increased for 60% which is not justified - The location is great. Near MTR station, lot of restaurant and shopping places. Only two shared bathroom in a room, it can become quite busy during peak hours, so be prepared for potential wait times. Hot water may be limited; it's best to keep your showers around 10 minutes. In colder weather, aim for under 5 minutes. I had to rinse my shampoo with cold water, which was quite uncomfortable. Cleaning needed to be improve. There is no air conditioning inside the capsule, the ventilation was insufficient even at the highest setting. During hot summers in Hong Kong, you might want to consider leaving the door open while sleeping, although this may compromise your privacy. This is my second stay here, and I noticed a 40% increase in price.

• Shih-Biao (7/5): - 地點好，離銅鑼灣地鐵站150米左右、也有很多小公車始發點，要前往港島各地都很方便。附近購物商場餐廳很多。離維多利亞公園約800米，如果是參加路跑活動是個很理想的住宿點。床位是拉門，需要用感應卡才能開啟，覺得很安全又有隱私感。 房間太狹窄，置物櫃太小，浴廁只有2間不敷使用，公共交誼廳也很小。價錢太貴。

• Mika (8/5): Perfekt - Die Kapsel war super, leider keine Steckdose IN der Kapsel aber Außerhalb, dafür konnte man sie abschließen und es war eine Holztür, also hatte man am Abend nichts gehört. Ich war extrem zufrieden und das Personal war top. Es war etwas schwer zu finden, aber sonst alles super. Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt bei den wichtigen Bahnstattionen.

• Molly (3/5): Cheapest place I could find, worked to sleep at but it is not good or nice - I liked the location It was very dirty. The showers were very cold. Little smelly.
• Усян (8/5): Достаточно хорошее место - При заезде присылают информацию как добраться, советую не пренебрегать ей, потому что наружной вывески у отеля нет. Расположение рядом с метро. Недалеко так же есть порт чтобы попасть на другой берег. Есть круглосуточный супермаркет рядом. При заезде дают тапочки, полотенце и зубную щетку. Кровать закрывается на замок с электронной карточкой, ну так же есть и шкафчик с замком. Есть микроволновка, термопот. У кровати розетка, переходник не нужен. В лобби есть черепаха. Немного шумно, даже если закрыть капсулу. В моей капсуле не работали USB разъемы, так что была только одна обычная розетка. Туалета два, мужской и женский, иногда может быть очередь. Нет холодильника, по крайней мере я его не видел в лобби.

(Hint: I know someone who left behind some food in the fridge -I believe it is rice biryany - so whoever is there next feel free to grab it) Not clean, bedding is not washed/dirty and smells bad, often problems with my key that it didn't worked anymore...

• Zain (8/5): It's comfortable stay while interview in US Counslate Hong Kong. - Breakfast was not available and there is only microwave oven and fridge in kitchen.
• Francesca petrolo (9/5): - The receptionist is nice and reliable, he upgraded the single bed to a double bed for me. The capsules are well equipped and comfortable. The room is not so big , but there is the bathroom inside. The facility is small.
• Jessica (1/5): - Je n'ai aimé que l'emplacement et l'originalité des équipements. Franchement ceux qui commentent pour la propreté c'est juste une blague... Où avez-vous appris à être propre? Mes draps sentaient une odeur. Et j'ai fais l'erreur de choisir le lit du bas, car le cadre de lit, de la porte et en dessous du matelas c'est rempli de salissure. Il y avait surement des insectes car je me suis réveillé avec des boutons sur les chevilles. La propreté ce n'est pas juste faire le lit et nettoyer les draps partiellement... C'est faire un ménage de font lorsque c'est nécessaire. Les toilettes et lavabo étaient bouché à mon arrivée et le lendemain aussi. Et les partager avec tout le voisinage n'est pas facile. Le type de l'accueil devrait arranger sa manière d'être avec les clients... l'hôtellerie n'est pas fait pour lui. C'est beaucoup trop cher pour un service médiocre

• Fung (7/5): Good - This hotel offers a great location, good value, and privacy. However, my request for early check-in at 1 PM wasn't accommodated, despite a 2 PM standard check-in time. This made it unsuitable for resting during my lunch break. Offering early check-in options, perhaps for shorter stays between 12 PM and 3 PM, would be incredibly beneficial for office workers looking for a place to relax midday.

• Tunahan (1/5): I don't recommend - Moroccan man is a very good person. A hostel with a very good location Everywhere was very dirty. There were huge rats on the balcony. The day our stay ended, a lizard appeared in the place where my friend was staying.

• Wojciechowski (2/5): Very poor - the man that runs the place is a legend. seems to manage everything by himself. sadly the place is really bad with the double bed capsules actually being single bed sizes and the toilets didn’t flush.
• Jennifer (1/5): Exceptionally bad place to stay - Never stayed in such a bad place before. There are 2 bathrooms for 24 people. If someone showers, you cant use the toilet. The place was filthy and unsanitary. Garbage overflowing. Used feminine products just piled up. Toilets would not flush- full of waste. Gross!!. Got locked in my capsule- the door jammed. Had to get someone in the room to help me out. It was terrifying. It's a fire trap- stairwell access was blocked.. Someone was smoking in the reception toilet. It was loud. There are no curtains on the windows in the women's dorm and no places to get dressed except the bathroom which is small and filthy! I mean, nothing about this place was good. It's expensive for what you get, which is very little. I left after one night and they refused to refund me for the other nights. So- save yourself and do not risk staying here. It is hard to be unhappy with a capsule place but honestly, its dangerous and unclean. I cannot believe this place has a high rating, it is not at all reflective of reality.

• Embla (6/5): Okey. Not worth the money. Good location, bad facilities. - Good location Not covers or sheets on the bed and bad bathrooms. The staff was noisy in the room in the evenings doing makeover of the room.

• Vlad (6/5): Could become a better hostel with some attention - Location is good next to the Causeway Bay station. The directions provided from the property via message was very helpful. They provide you with dispensable towels and toiletries and in general the hostel is clean. There are sockets outside the capsules to charge your devices and there is a small balcony where you can sit outside and use your laptop or eat your meal. The WiFi was good. There are only 2 toilets so most of the time you had to wait. When getting in the toilet the floor was always full of water since the shower has no door. While there is an electric kettle you have to bring your own water and coffee/tea to prepare a drink. The rooms have small lockers but keys were not provided. The common area outside/balcony was a bit messy with instruments and lots of things here and there, proper cleaning required.
• Wendy (5/5): Sadly not a good experience - The capsules give enough privacy as you're sharing a room with other guests and also a secure locker where to put your belongings. Also, during checking they provide a toothbrush and paste, disposable towels, and flippers in case you don't have any, so that's a plus. Also, the receptionist is a very kind and friendly guy. The place was quite dirty and only two bathrooms for multiple people (each with 6-8 guests at least) so it made the waiting time quite awful especially for shower time. There's dust and hair everywhere inside the capsules and the room air quality is so bad because there are multiple restaurants nearby that their extraction system and the smells get into the rooms, so we had to leave the window open all the time which for a big city isn't ideal due to the 24/7 noises from cars and people outside. Thankfully I just stayed 2 nights, and most of the time I was away, so it was mostly to sleeping a few hours per day.

• Ioannis (10/5): Exceptional - The Marocain man in the reception is the nicest guy on the planet. Extra polite and he will tell you tips of HK. the room was clean and very quiet!! Everything was amazing. Nothing.

• Feniks333 (10/5): Cheapest & best value stay, ticked all my boxes of service, price, location, cleanliness & comfort - Visited HK and was pleasantly upgraded from a shared bunkbed room to a single room with my own separate bathroom and toilet. Amazing! Typical of HK the 8m room was compact but the space was impressive, like a tiny home incl loft double bed, mini kitchen and area under the loft with a double wardrobe. Only paid $40 AUD so top value for HK Island on a Sat night. Location was great and close to metro. Discovered Bakehouse for brekky, so good! Plus, best of all was the friendly and helpful service. I will surely stay again on my next to trip to HK. Nothing I can think of it was great value and ticked all my travel needs for my HK stay.

• Nicole (4/5): Did not meet expectations; too bright and toilets need improvement. - Safe, friendly staff. Capsule is spacious for what it is; private and well lit. Comfortable for a capsule. With a little bit of effort, this place could be gorgeous and welcoming. Toilets - No soap, no TP, no shelves or hooks to place your stuff, most everything gets wet. No rubbish bin anywhere in the dorm room - absolutely none. (The place is missing a woman’s touch.) Sleep capsule - the location of where the lights buttons are stay lit up ALL the time. It’s hard to sleep. (If there was a way to turn it off, the attendant could have mentioned it when showing me the room.) The “AC” only partly worked. And it isn’t AC - it’s an inverted ventilation fan.
