• STANley (1/5): This is the worst service we have ever received from Booking.com - nothing no keys In the box to get in no help Available from anybody in the company by phone email or message Left on the street with my family And the bags Eventually when I threatened the police I had to get alternative accommodation for my family at 9:00 PM Try finding an alternative two bedroom apartment in the same area , at one hours notice ???!! No follow up call no call on compensation Still awaiting A call on compensation 7 days later

• Daniel (4/5): Disappointing - Location to attractions and services was the only good thing about this place. Place needs a lit of work. Location is adjacent to a row of restaurants and the apartment windows are terrible for abating nosie. Very loud from 2100-0200. Bathroom shower faucet handle needs repair, shower head needs repair. Also, apartment is up 50 steps, 3 flights of.stairs and the stairs are very narrow and carpeting is torn creating a trip hazard. Not good for older folks our large luggage.
• Fanni (1/5): Awful, not clean, misleading pictures of another property, no elevator,not for staying with children - N/A When we arrived , we have been negatively surprised that the front door of the building is not the one, demonstrated on the pictures of this apartment in Booking. Then , we needed to find a key, which was not previously explained to me where to find it. I needed to call twice the Urban Chic support to find the door of the property and the key for the property.  The apartment was situated in a very different building than the one I have booked and the one that is on the pictures of the booking offer   Then - the stairs! Horrible- high stairs and no elevator for anybody!!! Imagine how do you drag your luggage to hight steps of the stairs in a very narrow tunnel of staircase . To reach the highest floor via the stairs with your luggage, is a horrible experience! The fact that the place is not properly constructed for people with walking issues , children or people.with disabilities, Is very disappointing! Also there is no sign for the fact that there is no elevator to reach the property,.and on the booking offer, it is noted that an elevator is one of the services provided- Not True!!! I was not able to climb the high stairs, holding my heavy bag, without an elevator. When we reached the apartment -we have discovered that we were scammed. The apartment was very different from the property that I have booked.and on the pictures of the offer in booking! There was a different , older furniture in every room, different pictures on the walls ,.different sofa and a different table in the dining room. There was a broken window in the bedroom and the property owner has put a tape on the broken part. There were also - broken tiles in the bathroom and broken part on the frame for closing the windows. I called the property owner / manager - Urban Chic to make a complaint and to send them the pictures I have made the day of my arrival. They did not sent anybody to fix the window. Then - there was no wi-fi in the apartment.

• Serena (7/5): Location was great but property itself outside n inside apt, was really run down - Location was great It was rundown, ceiling lamp had no bulb n they didn’t replace even tho we told them about it. Huge vacuum cleaner in the wardrobe so we couldn’t hang our clothes inside. Laundry cupboard was broken in Toilet roll n washing detergent not provided. They brought the toilet roll later but said they can’t leave the washing detergent outside our apt ‘for safety reasons’!!

The reason i chose this apt coz it was clearly stated, elevator to upper floors, please define UPPER FLOORS when its only 4 storeys high & with people who have health issues?

After the fuse blew yet again we ended up spending the last two days with no lights in the kitchen, living room and bathroom, eating outside and taking our showers using the lights from our phones.

The location was superb, just a 10-minute walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station and within easy reach of Piccadilly Theatre and Piccadilly Circus. The apartment was cozy and with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. The free WiFi and flat-screen TV were great for relaxing. Being close to attractions like Madame Tussaud's and several theatres made it easy to enjoy the best of London. I highly recommend this apartment for its convenience and comfort!
• Jane (10/5): Really good! - Staying at the place was a real delight! The location is unbeatable, steps away from Oxford Street and Carnaby Street, making shopping and dining a breeze. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, from a fully stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The bathroom was spacious with a hair dryer and towels. With Piccadilly Theater nearby and easy access to public transportation, exploring the city was a breeze. Overall, the place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone! I stayed here for a day only, but I hope that my next stay will be a longer one.
