Rejee (1/5): An unpleasant night spent in this hotel without any entertainment. - Sorry, i didnt like anything in this hotel. Very poor and not recommended for anyone to stay in this hotel. I have made my booking for 5 pax (double room and triple room) but when we arrived there they were reluctant to give us the room with AC stating that i have to pay extra for AC ROOMS. We left with no other alternatives and paid the extra money for the AC rooms. Request Booking.com to specify in your web site the rates for NON-AC Rooms and AC Rooms to avoid any confusion. This hotel is very poor and not recommended for anyone, pls see the comments : -No elevator to reach higher floors (1st and 2nd floors) -No privacy in the room, room doors are opening to the adjacent hotel rooms -TV Set not working, its more than 50 years old (could be 16" TV) -Experienced frequent power failures ...no power back ups -Location is not good, far away from the city -No food provided, not even plates or spoons -No hot water in the toilet, very old toilets, no tissues Not at all recommended for any family or solo traveller. Thank you

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a truly memorable experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thekkady
