• Lemarchand (7/5): Séjour sympathique - L’établissement est très bien placé et les appartements sont bien aménagés ! Il y a une odeur de cigarette sur les serviettes de bain et nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude un matin.
• Keysha (3/5): - L’appartement est très bien Placé avec une vue incroyable sur la montagne 1) L’annonce indique qu’une plaque de cuisson est fournie, ce qui n’était pas le cas. Nous en avons fait part à l’hôte qui nous a affirmé que si sauf qu’au bout 3 nuits dans le logement, je pense que nous aurions vu cette plaque de cuisson... 2) Il n’y a pas de wi-fi. Dans le couloir, il est bien indiqué une connexion wifi avec le code mais impossible de retrouver cette connexion sur les téléphones (nous avons questionnés les autres locataires qui avaient le même problème)... 3) Le meilleur pour la fin: TOUT les jours il y avait une coupure d’eau. Oui vous lisez bien. L’eau ne coulait plus de la douche, toilettes et lavabo et ce pendant DES HEURES! La première fois nous avons été surpris en revenant le soir et en espérant prendre une bonne douche de s’apercevoir qu’il n’y avait plus d’eau dans tout l’appart. Inquiète, je me suis empressé d’envoyer un message à l’hôte qui m’a tout simplement dit que la coupure était général à tout l’immeuble. L’eau est revenue le lendemain. La deuxième fois, j’ai renvoyé un message et comme réponse j’ai eu que l’eau reviendrait vers 18h. Le troisième jour, je renvoie un message qui restera sans réponse jusqu'à maintenant. Je trouve que pour un logement que nous payons, la description et le confort ne sont pas respectés. Je déconseille ce logement.

It's a shame because with a little renovation it would look perfect.The yard with a lot of old furniture stacked up, but that's not the most important thing since we didn't stay there.

• Brun (1/5): Trotz guter Poditionierung, Nicht empfehlenswert - Entfernung von Dtaftzentrum ca. 200m Der Zustand der Wohnung war leider inakzeptabel. Die Ausstattung war größtenteils notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert (Schränke, Kühlschrank, Steckdosen), was auch ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellte. Das Badezimmer befand sich in einem besonders schlechten Zustand: Die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig, der Knopf war defekt, das Innere war mit weißer Farbe gestrichen, die sich bei warmem Wasser löste. Zudem war sie stark verrostet, verstopft und mit improvisierten Halterungen ausgestattet. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass dies für eine Unterkunft im historischen Zentrum „normal“ sei – was wir nicht akzeptieren können. Da wir unsere Silvesterpläne in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten, konnten wir kurzfristig keine Alternative finden und sind schließlich einen Tag früher abgereist. Insgesamt ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt. Nicht empfehlenswert.

• Irina (7/5): Spațios și bun la preț - Locația este ideală, aproape de centru vechi, se ajunge de la gară direct cu autobuzul. În timpul nopții s-a oprit căldura și cand m-am trezit era extrem de frig. Am comunicat ora de sosire (16). Când am ajuns (15:45) era un muncitor care făcea curat și mi-a spus ca mai durează o oră. Nicio camera nu se inchide cu cheia si nu am avut încredere sa las bagajul, deci am fost nevoiți să mergem sa mancam până era gata curățenia.

The overall vibe of the apartment was cozy. The "kitchen" was quite small and the parking space was hard to come by, since the street was very busy especially in evening hours.

• Nicoleta (7/5): Molto carino l'appartamento 1 - Molto rustica e piacevole la struttura, stile medievale con tanto di belvedere di natura fuori dalle finestre. Letti comodi, casa calda, con lo stretto necessario per una casa per turisti, senza troppe pretese siamo stati bene e tranquilli. Bagno troppo piccolino con una porta difficile da aprire e chiudere, avendo la piccolina appresso si creava sempre rumore. Asciugamani che odoravano di aria chiusa, ma sembravano puliti.

Bár picike apartman, de jól elfértünk, a belső udvar nagyon tettszett. Nagyon kicsi a hűtő és a tűzhely, nehezen tudtuk megoldani a hozott vagy vett élelmiszer elhelyezését. Nagyon meleg volt, jól esett volna a hűtött ital, de palackot lehetetlen volt betenni hűlni.

For our group of seven, it was shocking at first, but soon we were laughing and ended up enjoying our one-night stay. The place has a mystical charm, almost like stepping back into my grandma’s world 30 years ago, yet it’s close to the city center and convenient for everything you need. -

• Jonathan (8/5): Great location with 5 beds in Brasov - Lovely apartment in a fantastic location in Brasov. The apartment has 5 separate beds. One is on a small mezzanine over the kitchen, and the other 4 are upstairs. One of these is separated into another room with some curtains for privacy. Very close to the Black church and the square in the old town, the apartment has everything you need. I was allowed to check out late with no issues at all, which was very kind, and I really appreciated it. This would suit a family or a group of friends. The washing machine probably needs to be repaired, but we were offered the use of another one nearby. The front door latch doesn't work, so the door must be locked from the inside. This could likely be fixed quite easily. These are minor issues that don't take away from the excellent location etc.
• JAROSŁAW (7/5): - Wszystko było OK,jak za te pieniądze. Co prawda prysznic nie działał ale za to budynek usytuowany w samym centrum starego miasta. Straszny ścisk na uliczce- stare miasto, brak miejsc postojowych lub jak są to wszystko zajęte. Auto musiałem pozostawić kilka przecznic dalej. Ale to był tylko jeden nocleg więc do przeżycia. Wynagradza za to lokalizacja, zaraz obok głównego deptaku.

• Martyna (9/5): Great location and value for money. - Location was amazing, both to see the Old Town and Mount Tampa, and it was very easy to get to the majority of attractions from the apartment. It was in a quiet area, close to shops and restaurants, and even in the summer heat the apartment was relatively cool. I stayed with family for a total of five people, and despite the small size of the apartment there were plenty of beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Would highly recommend, and it is great value for money. The bathroom was quite small and there's not much space to hang up towels, but it is totally doable regardless. I would have also liked it to be a bit cleaner, but overall, the price and location definitely make up for that.
• Antri (1/5): Χαλια - Ειμαι πολυ απογοητευμενη με το κατάλυμα Μολις μπηκαμε μεσα αντικρισαμε μια ερειπωμένη αυλη…ενημερωσα οτι θα βρισκομασταν εκει η ωρα 15:00 και πηγαμε 15:45 και ακομα το καθαριζαν και περιμεναμε και ακομα 15’ μεχρι να καθαριστει,ηδη αρχισε να φυσαει και να βρεχει…καμια σχεση οι φωτογραφειες στο booking..το μπανιο ηταν σπασμενο εβγαινε το χερουλι της μπανιερας…απο την πορτα της τουαλετας εβγαιναν μυρμηγκια…οχι ενα δυο μυρμηγκια αλλα εκατονταδες οταν τους ενημερωσα απλα ηρθε καποιος και ψεκασε αλλα σε 1 ωρα περιπου ξανα τα ιδια..ααα και ξεχασα οτι στην αρχη μου ειπε να παω εξω να βρω το μπαουλο και να ψεκασω εγω..το πλυντηριο δεν δουλευε και οταν ενημερωσα την οικοδεσποινα μου ειπε θα μας στηλει καποιο να τα παραλαβει και να μας τα φέρει πισω καθαρα και στεγνα τα ρουχα μας…αλλα μας τα εφεραν βρεγμενα δεν υπηρχε ουτε απλωστρα για να τα στεγνωσουμε εμεις τελεπωρηθηκαμε παρα πολυ με τα παιδια..εστια φουρνου δεν ειχε μεσα..τα φωτιστικα ηταν κολλημενα με τενια για να μην πεσουν…το wifi δεν δουλευε…και μου εστειλε μηνυμα οτι δουλευε την προτελευταια ημερα που θα φευγαμε…Γενικα δεν το συστηνω σε κανενα..

• Alexandru (8/5): Estancia cómoda y agradable. - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y céntrico, caben bastantes personas y es acogedor, buena relación calidad-precio. Todas las camas están en la misma habitación, y solo hay una cortina de separación. La entrada no es lo mejor; entras por un portal al aire libre lleno de cosas tiradas o cajas (no sé de quién será), pasas también una puerta tras subir escaleras donde hay otras 3 puertas que vivirá gente imagino, hay un trastero lleno de vejeces y cosas… . Para añadir la terrazita con las sillas está fuera de la casa y es comunitaria.
