• Zahid (1/5): - This apartment was not there at all. It takes money and doesn't contact you. I booked this apartment for four days, but when I got there, I waited for an hour and didn't get the key, so I booked somewhere else.

• Luigi (1/5): Die herbste Enttäuschung einer Buchung - NICHTS! BOOKING COM hat was angeboten, was es nicht gibt. Hat damit die Vereinbarung nicht eingehalten. Das ist ein sogenannter Vertragsbruch und hat sich noch nicht dazu geäußert. Möchte jedoch 20 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr zurück halten, weil es nach der Bearbeitung auf der Maske so eingerichtet ist. Es bleibt nur der Weg der Stornierung. Ich hoffe die Tage etwas von dem Apparat "Booking com" als Reaktion zu vernehmen. Die angebotene Unterkunft gab ES NICHT!! Sie war weder tel. als anderweitig erreichbar. Es gab keine Klingel. NICHTS. Was ich jedoch schmerzlicher vermisse ist eine Reaktion von booking com auf meine Beschwerde!!

Worst experience with the property owner and bookings.com Write multiple emails and havet got replay from bookings.com Haven't expected this On 7th February, we experienced an unexpected issue regarding our hotel reservation made through Booking.com. Despite having a confirmed booking, upon arrival at the hotel we were informed that there was a problem with the reservation from the Booking.com side. The hotel authorities stated that the booking details/payment confirmation were not properly reflected in their system, which caused inconvenience and uncertainty regarding our stay. Due to this miscommunication/technical issue, we faced difficulty at the time of check-in and had to spend considerable time coordinating between the hotel and Booking.com support to resolve the matter. The situation caused unnecessary stress, delay, and disruption to our planned schedule.

When I arrived in the room and saw the bed with the dirty sheets (it seems like someone sleep on them previously and the owner didn’t change them) I went to discuss with the owner about this problem and he replied to me with “you pay less money if you want to be clean pay me more or pay more somewhere else” and I said to him to cancel the reservation and give me the money back to go to live somewhere else and he didn’t agree(I told this to him 3 times) so I forced myself to live there in this condition. I didn’t have problem with the other issues that the room was having as you can see in the next photos , the only thing that was a problem to me was the dirty bed because I know that I stayed in a cheap room but I didn’t expect a dirty bed, I payed 89€ and I want from him to return the money or at least the half , because I made the cancellation of reservation and he didn’t accept it. From what you will see in the photos. You will understand that the apartment is at least dangerous for someone to stay there. It’s really easy to have an electric shock. Also it’s really dirty and pieces of the wall have fallen away.. Also don’t give him the opportunity to rent his house throughout you because it’s dangerous for people to stay there.

• Кудесница Life (1/5): - Арендатор мошенник,взял деньги и не отвечал на телефон, пин код был неверный,дверь открвть не смогли,даже соседи помогали и звонили к арендатору на номер телефона, я отправила на ватсап сообщение, он просмотрел и отключил интернет,с 15:90 до 20:00 мы с супругом простояли на улице и вынужденны были уйти,я пожаловалась в службу поддержки ,но ответ был от арендатора как я поняла что мол мы неприезжали,у меня были все докозательства и скрины того,что мы были у подъезда этого дома и даже внутри,так как нам лткрыли соседи,я попрасила обратно свои деньги после такого инцендента,на что мне просто 13 евро перевели на карту,люди это афферисты и мошенники,нужно заявить на них в полицию. When we informed him that we would go to the police, he replied: “Go and do whatever you want.” We were forced to book another hotel because of this situation, and the money was not refunded despite sending multiple complaints. I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid.

It smells like a elephant died there. They show pictures online of a nice apartment but when you ate going for the key, they put you in this shithole

Говорит что до вашего прихода вода была, звоните в водяную компанию.Фотографии не совсем соответствуют действительности, грязище- жуть, всё поломанное, в аварийном состоянии - квартира как после наркоманов.Сдавать такую квартиру вообще не законно!!! Самое ужасное что Букинг это допускает! И не удаляет его!

• Maria Alejandra (2/5): Buena ubicación / Pésima limpieza - La ubicación y que el dueño/a no molesta para nada. El/Ella da las instrucciones de entrada y salida. Estaba terriblemente sucio, que sea barato no justifica el deplorable estado. No es igual a las fotos, ya que está más deteriorado. El baño no tiene tapa, la ducha es una manguera, no hay bote de basura en la cocina. No hay sabanas limpias, están sucias en el armario y si uno quiere las pone. Nosotros tuvimos que comprar sabanas. El piso está sucio y tiene polvo en las esquinas. Nada que rescatar con respecto a la limpieza. Por ese precio sabíamos que no había lujos, pero la limpieza me parece que aún siendo barato debe ser esencial. No sé sabe si se puede contagiar una enfermedad y eso sería terrible.
