• Jacopo (9/5): Appartamento confortevole alle porte di Ortigia - Appartamento in eccellente posizione per visitare Ortigia, pulito e confortevole. Nonostante l'affaccio in strada, il piano alto e l'ottima insonorizzazione lo rendono silenzioso e tranquillo. Serena accoglie i suoi ospiti con gentilezza ed è sempre disponibile a fornire ogni utile indicazione e suggerimento. Senz'altro da consigliare. Parcheggio auto difficoltoso ma c'è da dire che durante il nostro soggiorno era in corso una fiera nelle piazze adiacenti

• Andrea (9/5): Bonito y evita ZTL - Instalaciones reformadas y con encanto. Pudimos aparcar en zona blanca gratuita en una calle de las inmediaciones. Se ubica en la zona límite con la ZTL,, buena ubicación para visitar ortiga evitando ZTL. Tienes una mesa con 2 sillas en el patio interior exterior por si quieres disfrutarla. El agua de la ducha no tiene mucha presión. La cocina no tenía placa o fogón para cocinar.

• Roger (10/5): Lovely apartment in a perfect location - The location was great especially if you have a car with plenty of free on street parking in the streets around the property. The hosts were very helpful and the apartment was great with everything as described and a very short walk to Ortega, past Archimedes 😁 good quality local restaurants everywhere! The bed mattress was a little unforgiving - very minor comment.

• Ervin (10/5): Máskor is szívesen visszajönnénk erre a helyre. - Modern és kényelmes szállás. Kedves és segítőkész vendéglátó. Nagyon sok látnivaló a közelben. Kocsival nehéz parkolóhelyet találni, de végül sikerült a közelben egy díjmentes helyen leállni.

Parking proche, très bons restaurants dans la rue. La cuisine n’était pas équipée pour cuisiner, pas de plaque de cuisson. Uniquement machine à café, micro-ondes et grille pain. Dommage, il y a la place pour installer une petite plaque.

• TAKA san (10/5): 次も泊まりたくなるアパート - 清潔、機能的、部屋に関しては申し分ない。部屋へはエレベーターも有る。オルティージャ島へもとても近くロケーションも良い。コインランドリーが建物の1階にある。オーナーは親切で好印象、WhatsAppで連絡する。近くにレストランも多い。500mlの飲料水とリモーネをプレゼントとされた。次回もまた泊まりたい。 特にない。

• patrizia (8/5): Capodanno ad Ortigia - La posizione molto vicina a Ortigia,con la possibilità di parcheggiare senza pagare.La struttura molto accogliente, arredata con buon gusto,con tutto ciò che può servire per un piccolo ristoro, macchina del caffè, bollitore acqua per il the, naturalmente con capsule e bustine e qualcosa da mangiare per uno snack ,fette biscottate, marmellata e Nutella Forse un po' le scale, è un appartamento al secondo piano di un palazzo antico,c'era l'ascensore ma era un montacarichi e non mi sono fidata

• Joan (6/5): Très décevant d'avoir choisi cet endroit pour l'ascenseur et de le trouver en panne à l'arrivée. - L'emplacement et la propreté J'avais réservé ce logement UNIQUEMENT PARCE QU'IL AVAIT UN ASCENSEUR car il se trouvait au 2e étage et que je ne pouvais porter ma valise jusqu'au 2e étage étant en convalescence. Or l'ASCENSEUR ETAIT HORS SERVICE et ce depuis longtemps. J'ai réclamé en arrivant et la seule réponse que j'ai eue c'est que "ce n'est pas de notre faute que l'ascenseur soit en panne et nous ne savions pas que vous étiez convalescente. On m'a proposé de me trouver un endroit équivalent mais je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles. Je pense que LA MOINDRE DES COURTOISIES eut été de ME PREVENIR d'autant que la réparation de la panne allait visiblement prendre du temps. Voir photo à l'appui J'ai dû demander à quelqu'un à l'arrivée de monter ma valise. Pour le départ la gérante est venue me descendre la valise. Mais le DESAGREMENT de n'avoir PAS D'ASCENSEUR a gâché mon séjour. Sans compter que le RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX DEVENAIT TRES DIFFERENT. J'ai réclamé une réduction mais la propriétaire n'a rien voulu entendre. Je me retourne vers vous pour cette réclamation. Vous pourrez apprécier par vous-même l'état de l'ascenseur en voyant la photo que j'ai prise à l'arrivée. L'ascenseur n'a évidemment pas été réparé pendant mon séjour.
