• Lola (8/5): - C’était très bien situé et il y avait un très bon rapport qualité prix! L’appartement en lui même était joli. On entendait beaucoup ce qui se passait en extérieur dès que les gens bougeait dans la chambre d’à côté on entendait tout.

More glasses would have been good as there was only one in the room but there was 2 of us staying.

• Angel (5/5): Wrong access code, other guests in our room, noisy environment, poor communication, and not worth the price. - There was a good working tv, two towels , empty clean fridge , a fan, a lock and good lighting. This stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The access code we were given was wrong, and when we finally arrived there were already other people in our room. The bathroom was advertised as private, but it was being used by other guests, which is completely unacceptable. Communication was terrible, and when issues were raised, the host responded by raising her voice instead of being professional and she also lied about the room being ready when it was infact not ready with other guests present. This meant that we didn’t stay in the room that we paid for which resulted in a downgrade. The environment was very noisy—kids were running around downstairs making a lot of noise, and there was also a baby crying. To make matters worse, when we arrived the host was doing someone’s hair and using a blow dryer, adding even more noise. There was also poor service/signal so we weren’t able to make/receive calls and there was a faulty plug socket next to the bed with a hole in it. Overall, this was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience, and we would not recommend staying here unless the price goes down as it’s not worth the money for the service/stay you receive.
• Barfoot (8/5): Fantastic value for money - Bed was so comfy and blackout curtains meant we had a brilliant sleep. Cutlery/pans meant we had everything we needed to make ourselves dinner. Easy access to the room with the codes & keys. No serious complaints, best night sleep we’ve had in a while. Isn’t clear that it’s a shared bathroom. The lock on the bathroom worried me a bit when showering but was fine. Walls are a bit thin but this didn’t bother us.

Didn't tell us it was a shared bathroom - the bathroom didnt lock. Im pregnant and couldn't use the bath - one of the reasons I booked. Clarity on entry wasn't great - confusion on gate, then aparentmoon then room.

• James (5/5): Good location, fine as somewhere to crash but nothing else - Location is great - 20 minute walk from Clapham. Room was clean and comfy. The shared bathroom was kept clean This is a room in a shared apartment. The room booking does state this if you read the right part of the page very closely, so we were expecting this. However, the doors are not anywhere near soundproof and you can clearly hear anything happening in the hall or other rooms. As a result, we felt like we could not leave our room to go to the shared bathroom as there were other guests hanging out or getting ready in the hallway, with room doors open until later in the evening.

• Ana (1/5): Horrible. - Estaba limpio y la cama es cómoda. Muy mal conectado, hay que andar o coger varios autobuses para llegar al centro. No había ni servilletas en el apartamento, ni papel de cocina. Dos platos, dos tenedores y 2 de todo. Fatal, la verdad. Un calor en la habitación HORRIBLE. Había 2 ventiladores que hacen más ruido que aire mueven. Bastante malo.
• Robin (8/5): Nice little place for short stays - Location was great for our needs and the flat was nicely presented and clean with all There were a few little bits missing that could have made life a little easier like a toaster, tea towels and oven gloves, one of the pans had dried on remains, id imagine this was probably just due to the dishwasher not cleaning it properly. The shower temperature situation wasn't great it did have a mind of its own and would mostly blow out scorching hot or freezing cold, Oh and watch out for the end of the bed as we were constantly bashing our legs into it as it stands out from the mattress a bit. These are just nit picks, we'd deffo stay again.

• Johnson (7/5): Value for money, clean and nice. - Right beside bus stops, not far from metro, so easy to navigate too and from. Can hang up clothes in wardrobes. Curtains were black out so could have a good sleep. Washing machine so useful. Television. Cats are gorgeous, and great value for money. It was a good stay but just some things to consider: Stayed for 8nights ran out of sugar, coffee, and salt etc. Only two of everything needed to eat, such as plates, bowls, cutlery, so it’s not super convenient for cooking own meals here. Though it is doable. Washing machine is loud so only use during day, but also no dryer or drying rack, so we hung clothes on open cupboard doors. Balcony isn’t a real balcony but can offer fresh air. Room has a shared bathroom and hallway so you hear doors opening and closing all the time, plus you can’t be in a hurry to use the bathroom if someone else is showering. Wifi is so bad couldn’t do any work and it got so bad after a few days I could no longer load instagram. Owner also walked in twice while we were in the room which was awkward… didn’t know if she was trying to provide a cleaning service or if she was being nosey (although she was very nice). First time she walked in while I was asleep (she didn’t see me) and she said “omg” then closed the door and left. Felt awkward about leaving the key in the lock box.

I didn’t like the fact that I shared a bathroom, while booking I thought the bathroom was in the room cause I selected the non sharing studio… anyway It didn’t sit well with me.

We were a little bit confused about the codes as we assumed the second code would be for the ground floor door to the building. Also we couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on. If we were there for longer we would have asked and I’m sure we would have been helped.

Had everything you would need I found it a little confusing navigating the three locks and it took me around 30-45 minutes to sort (might have just been me though). Also I did not spend too much time in the accommodation as I had plans. So I was in and out and did not use the kitchen. However in the morning I did notice that one of the hobs was on and I have no idea how long that had been left on so it could have been dangerous.

The hosts were lovely and incredibly accommodating. The shared spaces, especially the bathroom were spotless and cleaned daily.

Bed excellent I did not read properly that the bathroom was shared. When we left in the morning a car was parked in front of mine and took an hour before someone moved it, which made us late to get back for a family event. Could not work the TV.

Shower broke, toilet backed up, bed was a murphy bed so incredibly uncomfortable. Cupboard doors hanging off, I could go on and on. Hated it.

• Joelle (6/5): Nice studio flat but with shared bathroom. - The room.was clean and comfortable. The lady who we called about parking (Tanya?) answered immediately and was very lovely. We were surprised that it was a shared bathroom as that is normally mentioned in the information when booking. I did look afterwards and it's answered under "questions" but it wasn't clear and we wouldn't have booked if we'd known. The bath mat was old and looked dirty. On the facility list it mentioned a tumble dryer. There wasn't one, only a washing machine.
