• Nicole Bettina (10/5): Gemütliches, ruhiges Hostel. Absolute Empfehlung - Absolut gemütliches Hostel in ruhiger, sicherer Gegend. Das Bett war super bequem, die Klimaanlage leise und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die duschen sind toll, mit guten Wasserdruck und d ist alles sehr sauber. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche die man nutzen kann. Gewürze usw sind auch vorhanden. Während meines Ausflugs nach San Blas konnte ich meinen Rucksack im Hostel lassen. Es ist einfach alles so schön unkompliziert dort. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und sehr schnell. Das Hostel liegt zwar nicht genau im Zentrum, aber Uber ist so günstig in Panama und auch die Metro ist nur etwa 10-15 Minuten weg. Mir hat es gefallen, es ist ruhig, mit kleinen Supermärkten in der Nähe und eine Wäscherei gegenüber. Auch die Besitzerin ist wirklich herzlich, kümmert sich um alles und gibt auch Tipps. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.
• Arantxa (8/5): Prima voor een nachtje - Inchecken ging goed, personeel was vriendelijk en het bed sliep prima. Badkamer kon wat schoner en niet heel veel ruimte in de slaapkamer, maar prima voor een nachtje! Vrij ver van leuke restaurantjes etc, maar voor nog geen $3 stond je met de Uber op een hele leuke plek.
• Djeska (8/5): Canon! - Mais Stéphanie est une crème. Une perle rare. Gentille. A l' écoute. Le lieu est agréable et propre. On n' a pas l'impression d'être dans un hostel. Mais plutôt chez elle. Séjour topissime L' emplacement est le seul point que j' ai moins aimé. Un peu excentré. Mais on survit. Et vu la qualité de l'hostel, ce n'est pas insurmontable.

• Rony (10/5): The perfect hostel - Everything! There are not many places you feel at home right away- but Stephany the owner is such an amazing host and her energies are all over the house, creating the most cozy friendly atmosphere. The place is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped so you can make your own food and save a lot of money. Beds are very comfortable, both in private room and the dorms. Great water pressure. Great air conditioning. It’s a bit away from the hassles of the city but uber cost just a few dollars to get to anywhere important. The area is safe and quiet. Also flexible check in and check out I’m highly recommend! I loved everything ♥️

• Denis Bogo (10/5): Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen! - Stephanie ist wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Hat uns bei Problemen/Fragen sehr gut geholfen! Das das Zimmer etwas kleiner ist hat uns nicht gestört, sollte aber jedem bewusst sein bei dem guten Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles super!

• Nath' (9/5): - Deuxième séjour après quelques jours dans la jungle. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Stéphanie pour toutes questions ou problème. La cuisine et les espaces communs, le tapis de gym ! Chambre assez petite, petite arrivée de fourmis, la salle de bain était en dehors de la chambre (et partagée)
• Erik Mathys (10/5): Hostel hosted exceeded our expectations by far - Stefany, the owner, treats guests like family. That alone makes it a very special place. We stayed in the room with ensuite bathroom. There is a kitchen and large fridge for use by guests. The electronic fab keys for front door and room door felt very nice. The neighborhood is very walkable and has a wide barrier of offerings. There are multiple steps up and down in the house, as is frequently found in Latin America. This could make the hostel difficult to negotiate for someone with mobility issues.
• Caitlin (9/5): Great spot for a short city visit - Simple, comfortable and clean hostel. It was a great place to rest our heads during our short trip to Panama City! Also appreciated that it was very quiet and peaceful. A very small thing - the bath towels were clean, but a little bit old and rough. I think some softer ones would be great!
• Eric (9/5): We enjoyed our stay very much. Mostly due to the friendly staff, a well-equipped kitchen, & good AC. - the staff was very kind and accommodating. The kitchen had plenty of good equipment to use. This included sharp knives, multiple pots and pans, and communal spices. The best was comfortable and the bathrooms were kept very clean. The area outside of the room was very hot during the day. But the AC in the room worked great!

Not further to say it is just a fantastic and awesome personality! Can't really say! It was just good to be there. Keep doing a good job.

La habitación no tiene ventilación natural es encerrada, llena de polvo, el polvo cae del techo, la cama las sábanas olían a polvo, las toallas parecían una lija no secaban raspaban. El baño no es excepcional pero es lo menos peor, el aire y WiFi funcionaron ok.

• Noé (10/5): - Todo está muy limpio. La cocina está muy bien equipada, y hay una nevera grande. También tienen un congelador aparte. El interior está decorado con amor y detalle, es funcional y cómodo. Lastimosamente no tiene jardín. Cada huésped tiene acceso electrónico a través de una puerta de alta seguridad a cualquier hora. Nada de tocar timbre, despertando a todos, y esperar hasta que abren. La atención es excepcional, la anfitriona es muy amable, atenta y ...multilingüe.

• Wendi (10/5): - The wifi worked well. There was shampoo and soap. The kitchen was clean with all cooking supplies and the host is really sweet. There is AC the whole day not just after 8 or 9 pm. Closer to a market with everything.
• Aleksei (10/5): Lovely Panama - Everything. Quiet district, a big supermarket nearby, a metro station in 15 minutes, and an awesome host. The hostel has a pretty big kitchen, all the dormitories and toilets are clean, they give you a towel. There's also an AC which works perfectly. Everything was amazing!
• Christian (10/5): Sentirse como en casa en Ciudad de Panama - Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato personalizado de Stephanie y de su madre hacia nosotros. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y seguro que volveremos a ir a Oye Bonita Hostal. Barrio tranquilo y seguro. Hay medios de transporte cercanos como Metrobús y Metro. Se puede acceder a otras zonas de la ciudad desde el hostal, así como también hacia las zonas más turísticas.

• Theresa (10/5): Herzliche Atmosphäre und sehr saubere Zimmer - Eines der besten Hostels in dem ich je war!! Vor allem Steph (die Besitzerin des Hostels) ist so lieb! Sie spricht wirklich gut englisch und ist super gastfreundlich. Sehr herzliche Unterkunft in der man sich nur wohlfühlen kann!! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt auch eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Nichts

• Rebecca (9/5): This is my Panamanian home away from home. - Stefany was beyond helpful in making me feel at home and answering every question. Her English and enthusiasm are impecable. House is in safe area near a laundry , corner store and nearby traditional restaurants. 20 min Uber to Casco Viejo or Albrook Mall( it takes that long to get anywhere in P. City.) Neighborhood noise seems to be on par with rest of Panama. I had ear plugs.

She treats everyone absolutely wholeheartedly, helps you in every possible way, even integrates your life into hers by bringing you a lot of love from both her and her family members.. She is capable of all that simply because she loves what she's doing, it's her life instead of just a job.. I'd definitely come back to my "home" no matter how far away I am.. It's a place where all of your worries go away the moment you enter, because she does all the worries for you.. 😄😄😆😆 Absolutely nothing..
• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - My friend and I stayed twice during our trip together and we loved it both times. The location feels very safe, there is a small shop over the road where you can get SIM card and larger ones within 15 minutes walk for food shops. All the facilities are very nice, clean, and well equipped, and you’re also able to pay for laundry if you need to. The highlight was definitely the owner Stephanie, who is a natural host and can give you so much great advice as she knows and loves the city so well! She is a super kind and thoughtful person who made our time in Panama City extra special 💕

• Michael (10/5): Brilliant place to soend some days - The room we were staying in qas so comfortable. It was pitch black at night so we had a fantastic sleep. The Air Con was brilliant. Stephanie, the owner, was so so friendly and helpful and really got us out of a little hole we were in. She didn't have to but went above and beyond to be as helpful as she could be. So very grateful for this. We will pass through again in a few months and will definitely stay again as the hostel was perfect. All that you want in a hostel. Nothing

Thete is a kitchen and there is a coffeemaker. Good matras, safe neighbourhood. You need an uber to get to town. The rooms have no windows. As everywhere in Panama the shower does not get hot.

I liked the location, which was very nice and quiet. And i particularly liked how clean the place was. No lockers to put away things. The bathroom was particularly hot and stifling, and the AC didn't cool enough.

• Christien (10/5): Wonderful hostel with such a friendly and helpful host! - We had an excellent stay at OyeBonito Hostel. Stefany is a great host, contact before hand was excellent and she even picked us up from Albrook station and drove us to the hostel because she was in the neighbourhood which was much appreciated after a long bus journey! The hostel is very new and everything matches the photos, comfortable beds, air conditioning and good wifi! The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. We stayed in both the dorm and the private room. The dorm felt nice spacious and the private room was very comfortable. Stefany was always on hand to help us and gave us so many good tips! The only thing I would add is a small reading light by the beds! But other than that everything was great

• Derek (10/5): Solo calm travelers will feel at ease in OyeBonita Hostel. - The experience was nearly flawless. Steffy makes her guests feel like a part of the family. In fact, it is beyond a family feel as she helps her guests out with any and all questions. I would highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers. It is a bit off the tourist path. This was fine for my purposes. Yet, for some it is quite far from the more energetic parts of Panama City.

Great information on places to g - The property is conveniently located near the metro into the city an easy 10 min walk. The owner is the nicest person I have met so far, she provides towels, shampoo and body wash in the dorms.

• Helmer (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean place to enjoy panama city. Close enough to the metro station, about 15min. Nice mattress, AC. The WC is inside the 6 bed bedroom. The owner and it's mother run the place and they were very helpful , helped me set the 7 day data Panamanian sim card and even offered me a tradicional Panamanian meal, it was a nice friendly touch. It was a bit difficult to find hostel, since there is no sign outside, I had to ask the neighbors. So if you don't have internet available, remember to ask specific instructions before going. Bring cash, since you can not use credit card . Overall it was a nice experience
• Maria (10/5): If you pass by Panama city, definitely stop here! - I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay than this. The staff is the kindest and nicest you can find, and they made me feel part of the family since the very first moment, trying their best in helping me -you can tell they have travelled a lot. The room was super clean, the bed comfy, the toilet very modern. and was furnished with A/C. I loved the owner’s personal touch in decorating the hostel with her own art.

She was kind and welcoming and so helpful with me after my phone was stolen in Ecuador the day before I arrived. I cannot thank her enough. The hostel is clean and comfortable and I would 100% recommend this place.
