Maciej (10/5): Exceptional - Very good value for the price and very pleasant and kind owner. Close to Rome and closer to the beach if you are with a car. It should be said that the bathroom would require renovation to meet best standards. It was clean though.
Szabolcs (10/5): Coming to Rome next time we would happily choose this property again. - Benedetto waited for us and showed us all we needed to know about the apartment, which was very clean, was equipped with all amenities and everything was in place. As we rented a car, this location was a perfect choice both for getting to the beach and having some city walk in Rome. Nothing we can mention.

Nasimi_t (9/5): Superb - A little bit far from center, but its a Rome, so it was interesting to travel through the city. This townhouse is located in a quiet area of Acilia, near a Eurospin supermarket - its a good value for a budget tourist. You can walk about 1.7 km to Eschilia bus stop and take 709 bus to reach Eur Fermi metro station. The host mr. Benedetto was very helpful. we cant find a proper kitchen knife for coocking and it will be good if there be a pair of slippers.
Noam (10/5): Thank you very much for the service and accuracy, the apartment is lovely. - The landing in Rome was at 21:00, I picked up a rental car, I made a mistake and forgot to buy a sim card for the cell phone, I left for the apartment when I have no possibility to call the host. I got to the place with navigation software but I had no way to call the host and let him know I had arrived. To my surprise, the owner of the apartment was waiting for me at 11:00 PM at night. I couldn't believe he was waiting for me at night... for me it was the most charming thing. The apartment is getting stronger and pleasant, with a fenced and private yard including parking with an electric gate. On Friday, 100 meters away, there was a neighborhood farmers' market... We really enjoyed the place and a huge thank you to the owner of the apartment who was kind and pleasant. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a shopping center and restaurants at good prices. We loved everything... the apartment and the kind attitude of the owner of the apartment.
Vendula (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. It is approx. 15 minutes from the train that takes you to the center of Rome in 15 minutes. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. A big plus is the owner Benedetto who is very helpful.
