• Ian (9/5): Just there for one night and it wasn’t enough. - Fantastic location a close walk from the town and with beautiful views over the bay. The house is beautifully fitted out and the outside terraces are lovely.

• Lindsey (10/5): Stunning apartment - Everything was perfect! The views from the sitting room and bedroom are breathtaking, the best view we have ever had on a Greek island! The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and has charm. It strikes a great balance between tradition with modern amenities. It has a lovely comfortable bed with crisp cotton linen. The attention to detail that the hosts have thought through, means there is everything provided that you may need. It has a very pretty garden, again with stunning views. The host Thanos, kindly met us at the Port. He is a very warm and considerate host, and makes sure your stay has everything covered. He has a great knowledge of Greek history (and the islands!) which we enjoyed. Thank you to Thanos and Anthi for a very special experience. Having to leave 🙏🏼

He was always available and he genuinely cared about us having the best possible experience in the island. The place is gorgeous. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well located. Very modest on the outside, you totally get amazed once you are in: tastefully decorated, roomy and cozy house with great view of Aegean sea! And amazing hosts Anthi & Thanos are extraordinary! The warm hospitality, delicious coffee and cookies, and breathtaking views made every moment memorable. The serene, empty beach with its clean waters became our private paradise, perfect for anyone needing a real escape. This place is more than just a stay; it’s an unforgettable experience, and I hope everyone who needs a break gets to enjoy it as much as we did.

• Roberto (10/5): STUPENDO 10+ - Tutto! L’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso, curato e pulitissimo. La vista meravigliosa. I letti comodi. La cucina grande e attrezzata ed anche il bagno é ok! Il giardino è bellissimo così come i 2 patii. I proprietari Anthi e Thanos sono stati eccezionali e ci hanno aiutato tantissimo! Consigliato al 1000%, ci torneremmo ad occhi chiusi! Abbiamo adorato stare lì e ci è dispiaciuto andare via! Niente! Sappiate però che il posto è arroccato, la strada ripida (normale per Leros) si parcheggia vicino e si fa un viottolo e la scala per salire. Ma la vista ed il posto sono talmente belli che non ci si fa nemmeno caso!

They made us feel at home, pampered and cared for before, during and even after our stay A level of generosity and authenticity that is difficult to find in these times. • Rachael (10/5): The most magical stay! - There is nothing else to write but absolutely incredible! The property itself is comfortable but with such well thought out, understated and cool style and attention to detail and the hosts have thought of everything. We wanted for nothing. Facilities were first class and you could easily stay a week or longer. The views were to die for, the garden and seating areas are just stunning and it made for a wonderful evening taking in the sunset from the terrace. The location is fabulous as it has the most breathtaking views out across Agia Marina and the bay but is only 3 minutes walk down to the town and its shops, bars and restaurants. The most wonderful thing though is despite only staying one night it felt like we were honestly staying with family! Thanos and Anthi were the most kind, considerate, thoughtful and welcoming hosts and we can’t say this enough! They were wonderful before checking in, Thanos came to guide us up to the parking of the property (which I would recommend you do as it is tricky until you know and the sat nav did not pick it up), but he also followed us to the port to return our hire car and then when we stored our luggage on check out he delivered it to us at the port before our ferry arrived. They made sure we had absolutely everything we could have wanted for and it was like we left old friends. I can’t stress enough that if you choose Elegeo Rockhouse for your stay on Leros it will be absolutely magical! Thank you Thanos and Anthi for your wonderful Greek hospitality - we will be back! • Konstantinos (10/5): Exceptional - The location is ideal and the view is stunning. I think it's the best balcony of the island. Inside, the house is very comfortable and beautiful. Three minutes on foot to the picturesque port of Agia Marina and at the same time there is a parking spot. The hosts, Thanos and Anthi, are lovely people.

• Doug (10/5): Delightful stay. - Such a lovely, spacious apartment with great views over the harbour. We liked the decor, a modern take on traditional style. The place was well equipped and everything was immaculately clean. It was good having a walk-in wardrobe and a nice garden overlooking the sea. We had a car and had no difficulty parking for free very close by. Thanos was a tremendous host and a pleasure to meet. He could not have done more for us, from picking us up at the ferry terminal to giving us so much local information. We left with smiles on our faces.
