• Alejandro_77 (9/5): Departamento centirico y muy euipado - Lugar muy bien ubicado cerca de todo, muy equipado y cómodo . Con días fríos aún sin encender la calefacción era cálido. Claudia muy atenta y esta on line para cualquier consulta o necedad. Nada en particular.

The location isn't exactly at the center but it's very walkable While the parking was useful, the arrangement isn't very convenient when you have to climb through the parking lot. As far as the apartment, it could use some maintenance with the creaking doors and we would have appreciated bed side electrical sockets. The most significant disadvantage though was the noise at night, it's a busy street and you can hear everything. On a weekend night we could barely sleep, we're not at all sensitive to noise but it was awful

• Etsuko (7/5): - The apartment was in a good location. There are many cafes and restaurants around. It was also good that it was close to the bus stops. Convenient to go to Cerro Otto, Cerro Catedral, etc. This is not directly about the apartment, the noise at night was unbearable. Every night from 2-4 am, motorcycles, cars, rubbish collectors, ambulances going back and forth. It was so loud, as if we were in the tunnel of a busy motorway.

• Ellen (10/5): Cant imagine a better stay in Bariloche - The apartment is great. The view on the lake is absolutely fabulous, the bed and shower are great and there’s lots of space. Honestly, I could easily spend a couple of months here. Location is right outside of the center (5 min walk) and Ubers are waiting right in front of the apartment. Host is easily available and for a short stay everything you need is in the kitchen. The apartment was a little too hot for me even though the heating was off. That said, rather a little too hot than too cold.

• Cheryl (9/5): Great location and cosy studio apartment - The location was excellent. Easy walk to the main centre ( chocolate shops!!) and the lake shore. The apartment was fully self contained with lots of extra small touches that were appreciated. Claudia was excellent in communicating and also giving handy advice whenever we messaged her. We paid $16 USD per day for parking ( garage next to apartment block) which you do need in Bariloche. Not much free/ accessible street parking in the area. Small supermarket close by . The bigger one was within walking distance. The apartment was cosy and spotlessly clean . Would highly recommend staying here.

• David (10/5): Wearher was bit off but will try again in the future. - Central Downtown Location. Beautiful furnishing and well appointed kitchen with washer/dryer. Heat and ac. Owner is very detailed in access and will stay in constant contact via WhatsApp. and is very helpful. Should put felt under the dining area chairs so they don’t sound so loud on the beautiful ceramic tile. But honestly that is all i can think of except perhaps a bullet light on the dining area for working in the computer. Trivial.

• Sau Lan (10/5): This studio is a lovely place to stay in Bariloche. - This apartment is centrally located and the views of the lake are a bonus. Guests can walk to the center of town in a few minutes. The kitchen is the best equipped that we have ever stayed in. It provides everything, including oil, vinegar and mate. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer combo plus a clothes line. Claudia, the host, was very responsive. The bed is comfortable. A loveseat/small sofa would really enhance the experience. Right now guests have to sit on the bed to watch TV.

Muy buenos restaurantes y opciones para desayunar a solo pasos del alojamiento. Depto muy bien equipado, con lavadora. La vista muy linda también Estacionamiento en el edificio tiene costo adicional. Si no debes estacionar en la calle y es dificil encontrar lugar. Aparte de eso todo perfecto. Nos encanto.

• Bernie (5/5): - The host was very attentive and responsive and I appreciated that very much. The problem was the studio was so hot, 85 + degrees, it was not possible to live in the unit during the day. The host explained she was in the process of getting an air conditioner. Also the stove shuts off after 15 minutes for safety reasons. Good to cook breakfast , but forget about cooking dinner for 3 or 4. The dryer does not dry properly. Having said all that, the location is great and I would stay there again after the air conditioner is installed. I am a property owner and I hate writing negative reviews, but it was really difficult being in the studio with 2 young adults and myself with the heat.

Lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía: aire acondicionado, televisión, refrigeradora, lavadora secadora de ropa, secadora de cabello, plantilla de cocina, horno de microondas, cafetera eléctrica… delicioso champú y jabón de baño. Algo fundamental, Parqueo … pues Bariloche es recomendable rentar carro para conocerlo con comodidad, la ruta de 7 lagos, circuito chico, villa suiza, y demás lagos! En realidad todo favoreció una estadía de disfrute

However, something feels a little missing. The rooms need more light. The heavy window coverings (curtains) should be replaced with lighter ones to let in more daylight. You get a view of the lake and mountains however blocked by many buildings. Where the small apartment is located is very noisy. Also the room is extremely stuffy so you have to leave the window open making the street noise even more intense. The tiles in the bathroom were very dirty . Crockery was chipped. Overall the apartment was underwhelming. I think it’s better if you are planning to stay in Baraloche to go a bit more upmarket and take advantage of the beautiful lake.

A vista incrível, tudo organizado, amamos ficar hospedados nesse apartamento em nossa lua de mel! Tudo ótimo! Apenas uma sugestão: colocar um espelho maior no quarto, já que havia apenas um no banheiro, o que não permitia ver o corpo inteiro.

• Tonever (9/5): Ótima estrutura e bem localizado - O apartamento é bem localizado. Não é no centro da cidade, mas é muito próximo do centro cívico e da Rua Mitre. Dá pra chegar lá tranquilamente a pé. O quarto tem muito boa estrutura, com cooktop, forno, microondas, geladeira, utensílios de cozinha e máquina de lavar roupa. A anfitriã Cláudia é muito atenciosa e prestativa. O tamanho do quarto e do banheiro são bons e a cama é espaçosa e confortável. A limpeza do quarto pode melhorar um pouco. Quando chegamos lá, o quarto não estava totalmente limpo e precisamos complementar a limpeza do piso.

• Belen (10/5): ESPECTACULAR - Nuestra estadía fue espectacular. El departamento tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario: horno eléctrico, cocina, lavarropas con secado (¡un golazo porque volvimos con toda la ropa limpia!), camas comodísimas y un baño impecable. Éramos dos adultos y un nene, y estuvimos súper cómodos. La limpieza al llegar fue impecable. El edificio es muy tranquilo y silencioso, y además cuenta con ascensor, lo cual se agradece después de caminar todo el día. Desde el departamento se disfruta una vista preciosa de la avenida y el lago. La atención de Claudia fue de diez: siempre atenta, nos permitió ingresar un ratito antes porque íbamos con un nene, y estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. En resumen: todo perfecto, limpio, cómodo y con muchísimos detalles que hacen la estadía mucho más fácil. Sin dudas, volvería a elegir este lugar mil veces más. Además, la conexión a internet es espectacular, lo que me permitió trabajar cómodamente durante la estadía. Cuenta también con televisión y, en nuestra habitación, una bañera ideal para relajarse a la tarde. La ubicación es excelente y muy segura. Apenas bajás del edificio tenés todo lo que necesitás a mano: kioscos, almacenes, cajero, alquiler de ropa, heladería, excursiones restaurantes muy bien valorados en la misma cuadra, heladerías, alquiler de ropa de abrigo, farmacia… ¡de todo! La verdad, no hace falta ni ir hasta el centro (aunque queda muy cerca)porque alrededor hay absolutamente todo. Todo perfecto

• Tiago (6/5): Pense bem - A localização é muito boa e a host sempre respondeu as perguntas de forma rápida e resolutiva, São aproximadamente 24 estudios por andar então terá muito barulho pelas paredes e corredor, chuveiro a água quente não é constante e oscila bastante a temperatura, solicitamos gentilmente se poderíamos sair pelo menos uma ou duas horas após o check out devido ao nosso voo ser final de tarde (ela ainda teria 2-3 horas para arrumar o quarto para o próximo hóspede visto que o check in é às 16h) porém ela não liberou… internet muito ruim! a dica que deixo é que existem muitas ótimas opções na região e sugiro que procurem com bastante calma, ao procurar hotéis para o último dia(acabei optando por ficar um dia a mais) achei vários mais baratos, na mesma localização e em melhor estado de conservação.
• Hafeeza (10/5): Exceptional - The property was tastefully decorated, spotless on arrival. The host was very accommodating, easy to communicate to and gave us plenty useful tips to navigate the area easily. Location was excellent. Short walking distance to mitre street. Would recommend 100% Everything was excellent !
