• Jose (7/5): - La ubicación. Eleonora fue amable y atenta y todo es según las fotos. Limpio correcto y cómodo. Vajillas bien surtida.y ropa de cama y baño limpias. La cerradura de la puerta del apartamento estaba bastante oxidada y era muy difícil cerrarla para evitar romperla no pude en ningún momento cerrarla con vuelta de llave. Es cierto que tiene una puerta de acceso al recinto que si se podía. No tiene aire acondicionado. Es cierto que no lo ponía pero por la noche pase algo de calor algún día.
• IVAN (7/5): Apartamento La Palma - La terraza y la mesa para comer fuera. La cama es comoda. Y tienes de todo para cocinar y sartenes que no se pegan. Ele ha sido muy agradable y buena anfitriona. Los cogines de las hamacas de terraza hay que cambiarlos. Se podría mejorar mucho con una pequeña inversión en cortinas y tema electricidad (habitación).

• Nathan (8/5): Brilliant stay, great location. - Great location, nice and secure, the place was very well equipped and the hosts were lovely and helpful when needed. Nothing major. The draws by the bed are falling apart and could do with replacing and the sofa isn’t very comfortable.

Interlocutrice sympathique, arrangeante, réactive et les infos données sont claires et complètes. Je recommande vivement. Pour améliorer l'hébergement : faut changer le parasol extérieur qui est déchiré. Une fenêtre ne ferme pas de manière securisée. Cependant, nous avons systématiquement baisser le volet électrique pour pallier ce problème quand nous sortions.

• Edwin (7/5): Calme et reposant (si tout va bien) - Bon emplacement, Wifi va bien, nous avons eu le bungalow Lanzarote (souvent les gens ne précisent pas le nom du bungalow) calme, cuisine bien équipée, télé avec YouTube, chambre à coucher assez grande, beaucoup de linges disponibles, chaises longues avec coussins, communication avec Ele fonctionne bien, bon restaurant dans le coin Canapé pas confortable, matelas du lit à remplacer, cour intérieur agréable mais à partager avec d'autres, serrure de la porte fonctionne à moitié, fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement

• Neil (3/5): Stayed in many places in the Canaries and this is the worst, you can do better! - The shared outdoor private area Pictures must have been taken when it was first done. A bit more run down now, probably 2 star at best. Flaking paint coming off most of the walls inside and out. Bedroom cabinets, the doors just fall off. Pans that don't work on the induction hob. Foisty smell in the bedroom. Small creepy crawlys coming up the bathroom sink drain, not pleasant when your trying to brush your teeth. Although it says no air-con, a floor standing fan just doesn't cut it. If you are happy sweating all night then fair enough. I'm not a snob but air-con is essential over there. Cleaning and service charge are extra (Booking.com) so doesn't work out good value. Checkout time is stictly enforced to the point of aggresive behaviour of one of the male hosts who doesn't understand 'personal space'.

• Reiner (4/5): Leider enttäuschend - Lage war ganz gut, und wir hatten die meisten Tage unsere Ruhe, das heisst war keiner weiter da. Empfangen wurden wir durch niemanden, Schlüssel im kleinen safe am Eingang. Leider hat der (mittlere) bungalow doch erhebliche Schäden gehabt, auf Nachfrage vor Ort wurde aber nicht nachgebessert. Da war z. B. Die duschbrause nicht nicht mehr hielt, die Fenster die sich nicht schließen lassen, der undichte duschschlauch, die abgefallenen fussleisten, die Türklinke der Haustür die fast abfällt, die kleine kommode im Kleiderschrank die zusammen gebrochenen ist, fehlende einlegeböden im kleiderschrank. Im allgemeinen wirkt Mobiliar zusammen gewürfelt. Am unerträglichsten war jedoch die Hitze im Schlafzimmer die Dank fehlender Klima und Fenster regelrecht stand. Der ventilator brachte überhaupt nichts ausser krach. Also schlafen im klimatisierten Wohnzimmer auf ausgezogener couch, die sehr sehr unbequem war Dank spürender streben im Rücken.

• Cris (8/5): - Il bungalow è grazioso, ben attrezzato, in particolare la cucina, che pare piuttosto nuova. L'area esterna è molto carina e utilizzabile anche per mangiare sotto il gazebo. La zona è tranquilla e comoda per le dune. La camera da letto è caldissima, senza finestre e non ha aria condizionata, ma solo un ventilatore. L'aria condizionata è in sala ma fa poco per la notte Manca una tenda oscurante per cui di notte entra la luce dei lampioni

• Lubie (9/5): A very pleasant stay. - A large, well-appointed bungalow in a peaceful neighborhood close to the beach, shops, and other amenities. The patio and kitchen windows let in so much natural light and provided a great view of the front yard, which was a highlight of our stay at the bungalow. The host was very helpful and attentive. The larger bungalow's window-paned front side may cause you to experience a loss of privacy as the front yard is shared with residents from the other bungalow. I really advise installing a door on the shower or enlarging it to prevent water runoff. It leaves the bathroom moist and the humidity is sensed in the whole bungalow. The last thing is a large window pane on the bedroom door that is practical during the day. Though the hall curtains do not shield against early morning incoming sunshine. Therefore, I advise thinking about some little changes in the bathroom shower and installing some blinds on the bedroom door.
• Alexandra (8/5): Would return! - Location was amazing! Bed was super comfortable and the property was equipped with everything we needed. First impression was a little odd - there are some really peculiar curtains in the front window! But they opened so it wasn’t an issue.

• Eleonora (6/5): a bittersweet feeling for a hostess who doesn't care about her guests - The house is very spacious. I really like traveling and I had never been before in a place where the host does not care at all about the well-being of guests. Booking said toilet items were provided. By telling Ele that we had not brought any gel or shampoo (or hand wash!) and sending her the screenshot, she replies we are right and she’s modifying the text, but she’s not giving us anything. The room and bathroom have no windows and the house overheats.
• Miles (10/5): Nice location and very good communication with the host. - Ver clean and nice kitchen. Location is great close to the beach and about 10 min walk to Yumbo Shopping Centre at the same time very quiet at night.
• Docherty (9/5): Great bungalow with a great kitchen for all the foodies. - Beautiful well equipped kitchen and lovely garden. The only slight complaint was the lights in the lounge need to brighter or they need some lamps.
• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - There was simple and easy access to the property. The bonus was that the property was secure, and I felt safe as a solo traveller. The property was spacious and clean with everything you'd need for a week stay.

Ample free parking around & very close to the beach, bars & shops. There was nothing I could fault. Perfect!

• Marc (9/5): Superb - Great location, close to the beach and shopping centers. Very nice garden with lot of privacy. Bungalows good equippped. And finally Ele is a perfect host, she responds very fast on requests/questions and helps wherever she can.
• Stefano (10/5): Top notch - Location was fine as there are a few supermarkets and pharmacy about. The distance from the flat and Jumbo/Av de Tarajana is about 20 mins on foot. Ele made sure we settled in the flat just fine as out flight from the UK landed late at night which was lovely. Everything was perfect. Ele is friendly, professional and always ready to accommodate any requests you may have. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
• Shogo (9/5): spent nice quiet days with easy access to most of the places. - A nice, clean and cozy place. No odd smells like other old facilities. There were some lack of information. e.g., broken furnitures (I was not sure who did it.), amenities and compliments
