• Schäfer (8/5): - Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und auf meine Fragen und Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Ich hatte das Studio Nr 11 mit großem Balkon und fantastischer Aussicht. Ich durfte mein Zimmer vor Ort aus dreien auswählen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und verkehrsgünstig mit Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen in dem bequemen Bett. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Bei Bedarf sind jedoch Ergänzungen möglich.

• Ian (6/5): DISAPPOINTING FLATLET WITH GREAT POTENTIAL IN A HIGHLY DESIRABLE SEASIDE TOWN - Given the comments below, the flat "room" was large with a kitchen area and a minimal amount of equipment for cooking but with a good fridge. The bathroom was spacious [but slightly dangerous as it was also a walk-in shower room]. Cleaning was excellent and on a daily basis. Furniture was of a good standard with a lot of storage. Bedding was comfortable with additional blankets, etc. There was a small table with three chairs and just about enough space to sit for a meal. The outside was lovely with a pleasant gated garden area and reasonable privacy and a table but with only 2 of the four chairs serviceable. I required a two bedroom flat or apartment, though only for two people, as I sometimes sleep badly. I was disappointed to find there was only really one ground floor huge room, comprising the flat itself, with a rear section partly walled off to form the second bedroom. I do not see how this could be a two bedroom property as there was no outside light or ventilation for the whole flat except the door and one very small window. The back room was stuffy and only partly separated from the main room so privacy might have been an issue for some people. The TV was pretty impossible to watch given some kind of damage to the screen. I did raise these points with the owner but no real avail. Promises were made about improvements next year! It was a shame that the huge area was so poorly utilised being mainly bed space and no seating other than the kitchen chairs. I felt this was really a two or possibly three person flatlet and assumptions had been made about our needs being just two people. The other accommodations from what I could see were of a high standard. Our arrival was not really accompanied by being shown around though I accept there may have been language limitations. It was very brief.
• Virée.à.2 (8/5): Séjour agréable - La chambre est grande, le lit est confortable. C'est un peu excentré mais ça reste gérable à pied. On ne voit pas beaucoup notre hôte par contre elle est très aimable et très réactive par message. Le prix est un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations et à l'emplacement, comparativement aux prix pratiqués en Crète. Les autres occupants ne sont pas forcément très discrets et ça raisonne alors beaucoup dans le couloir.

• Alessia (8/5): - Avevamo un monolocale con angolo cottura, molto grande e luminoso, e terrazzino con vista sul mare. Il cucinino è piccolo e poco attrezzato, ma va bene per preparare qualcosa di veloce. Le camere vengono pulite quotidianamente. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla, vicino al centro che è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in 10 min. Parcheggio su strada, ma si trova facilmente posto. • FERNANDO (9/5): - Estudio con terraza y camas cómodas. Equipado con pequeña cocina y terraza con muy buenas vistas a la playa. Aire acondicionado en la habitación. Se puede aparcar cerca, y puedes ir dando un paseo a la playa o a la zona del puerto. Muy buena relación calidad precio

• Ioannis (8/5): Καθαρός χώρος αλλά απρόσωπος από την ιδιοκτησία. - Ολα καλά Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ,η γυναίκα μου με πατερίτσες και ανέβαινε τα σκαλιά μέχρι τον δεύτερο όροφο. θα μπορούσε να μας βάλει τουλάχιστον στον πρώτο όροφο,από την στιγμή που κανένας δεν ξέρει πιο θα δωμάτιο θα έχει αν και αριθμημένα,και είχαμε ειδοποιήσει μια βδομάδα νωρίτερα.

• Μιχάλης (5/5): Ωραία τοποθεσία κακή επιλογή χώρου - Ήταν καθαρό. Δεν είχε κλιματισμό στο ένα δωμάτιο μόνο ανεμιστήρα. Δεν είχε ντουλάπα στο ένα δωμάτιο. Η κουζίνα ήταν ένας πολύ μικρός χώρος που έβαζε μετά βίας ένα άτομο, με μια πρίζα μόνο.

• Hermann (6/5): Preis-Leitungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Zu teuer für Lage und Ausstattung - Wir hatte das große Appartement unten rechts (2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils zwei Betten). Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmer relativ groß, das Bad auch geräumig und schön. Die Küche war eine Katastrophe. Ausstattung kaum vorhanden. Die Pfanne und der Topf waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Man konnte sich eigentlich nur einen Kaffee machen, kochen war unmöglich. Es gab nur eine Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer, in dem meine Tochter wohnte, gab es keine. Entsprechend schlecht hat sie im Urlaub geschlafen. Diese Information habe ich nicht auf Booking gefunden. Wir hätten das Appartement dann nicht gebucht. Die Terrasse war aus gelben Beton und einem Plastiktisch und ohne Aussicht. Extrem hässlich. Die Lage war nicht gut. 20 Min ins Zentrum, 15 Min zum Strand. Zurück bergauf.

Απαράδεκτο άλλα να αναφέρονται και άλλα να προσφέρονται!!!!!ο βασικότερος λόγος που το κλείσαμε ήταν τα τμ !!!!
