• Екатерина (10/5): Exceptional - Apartments are perfectly situated: cafes, shops, huge shopping mall, river - all in walking distance. It is a quiet place near the city centre. Apartments are clean, cozy, new, have everything necessary for the comfort stay. The hosts are very nice, helpful people always in touch if you need anything. I sincerely recommend this place. The room was comfortable overall, though I did find that the curtains in the bedroom were a bit short and had small gaps that allowed sunlight to come through in the early morning. A bit more light-blocking coverage would have made for a more restful sleep. The rest was perfect.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped, making it feel just like home. The beds are super comfortable, and the hospitality is outstanding. Iva, the host, is a wonderful person who makes the stay truly special, and the reception staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed—highly recommended!

• Alex (9/5): Modern apartment with a fully stocked kitchen and good parking garage in a good location. - Good location, very good parking lot, spacious apartment, nice view. Very nice and hospitable owner. The cleanliness wasn’t the best. Hot water from the boiler gets used up very fast leaving you with no hot water left for showering.
• Mikhail (8/5): Very good - Great apartment in Belgrade's new area! The neighborhood is lovely with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and the biggest mall in the Balkans within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, modern, and on a low floor with a helpful concierge. The air conditioning worked well, and the owner was very responsive, even replacing a broken TV within 24 hours. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay! We did move the bed closer to the wall to create a safer space for our baby, and noticed that the bottom of the bed was broken. My wife unfortunately stepped on a small nail, and we found that it hadn’t been cleaned under the bed, so we took care of it ourselves. It wasn't a major issue, but worth noting. Additionally, the lights in the wardrobe didn’t turn off automatically, causing a small amount of light at night, which could only be turned off with the master switch. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable stay, and the location is fantastic.

The parking space is safe and secure, so you can park your car and go to the city center on foot. There is plenty of space for a family, bigger than you see at the photos. There were some spots (like under the sofa) that needed to be cleaned

• Daria (9/5): Superb - An apartment is super. There is a big and comfortable bed, a full kitchen, a clean bathroom, water warms up quickly. Location is the best: a shopping centre "Gallereya" nearby and you can easily walk to an old town on waterfront. Communication with a host was pleasure and any our questions were solved quickly. If the host could add some paper towels -it would be wonderfull.

• Kersti (8/5): Great apartment - The apartment is in good location next to Belgrad Waterfront, where you can walk, run, there are childrens playgrounds and restaurants. The apartment itself was very nice. It is in the new building, has a balcony, nice kitchen, living room and bedroom. Everyhing is new and in very good conditions. There were also salt, pepper and oil for cooking.
