• laura (8/5): Un ottimo punto di partenza alla scoperta dell'Andalusia - Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e adeguatamente attrezzato. La posizione è appena fuori dal centro della città vecchia ma prossima a tutti i mezzi di trasporto e ai parcheggi (utilissimi se si arriva in auto). Nonostante la vicinanza allo stadio cittadino e a numerosi servizi commerciali è risultato silenzioso e tranquillo. le porte dell' appartamento dovrebbero essere sistemate o sostituite. In generale una maggiore attenzione a piccoli dettagli come ad esempio la disponibilità di mollette per il bucato o un kit di benvenuto (ad es. Una capsula per lavatrice o lavastoviglie) renderebbero il soggiorno ancora più godibile
• Maja (1/5): Our money shuld be paid back. Shame on Booking - should check the rentals before advertising it! - Nothing. At all. Can get asthma in a day there. The apartment was in terrible condition. It was full of moisture with an unbearable smell even with the windows wide open, the door frames were damaged so the doors couldn’t close, and there was no hot water in the bathroom at all. Overall, it was an awful place and not suitable for guests at all.
• András (10/5): Ajánlott! - A 2026 februári spanyolországi viharok kárt tettek a lakásban, így a személyzet egy másik apartmant biztosított számunkra a teljes foglalás idejére. Ezért konkrétan ezt az apartmant nem tudom értékelni hiszen nem jártam ott, csak a másik lakást ( Hispalis Puerta Carmona) és a személyzetet. Egy szóval mondva: NAGYSZERŰ! A szállásadóval e-mailben és WhatsAppon tudtunk kommunikálni, minden nagyon simán és korrektül ment. Az apartman nagyon jó helyen van, 10-15 percre gyalog a fő látnivalóktól, néhány percre több buszmegálló és bolt is található (a kedvencünk is, a Mercadona). A lakás egy gyönyörű andalúz lépcsőházban van, már maga ez is látnivaló! A környék nagyon csendes, sem nappal, sem éjjel nem volt zaj. Jól felszerelt a konyha (főzőlap, fagyasztós hűtőszekrény, kotyogós kávéfőző kávéval, mikróhullámú sütő). A szálláson mosógép, vasaló és ruhaszárító állvány is található. Hűtő-fűtő klíma is van. Még egyszer hangsúlyozom hogy ez az értékelés a Hispalis Puerta Carmona apartmanra vonatkozik, de személyzet hozzáállásából kiindulva a Nervión is biztosan jó hely. Az időjárás okozta beázásról a szállásadó nem tehet, azóta valószínüleg ki is javították a kárt. -

• DELPHINE (8/5): - Bon emplacement, tous les transports en commun à proximité. Le logement était très agréable et bien décoré. Excellente communication avec l'hôte qui a été flexible quant aux horaires. Quelques nuisances sonores nocturnes dans l'immeuble même si elles ne sont pas du fait du propriétaire.
• Hadan (6/5): Bel appartement très bien situé - L'emplacement est excellent, dans un quartier résidentiel et commerçant, proche du centre historique, grâce au tramway, au métro ou aux bus. Il est également facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport grâce à la ligne directe EA dont l'arrêt se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Bel immeuble bourgeois, sécurisé, avec portier. L'appartement est grand, calme et globalement bien équipé en électroménager. Le salon et la cuisine sont très agréables. Le ménage pourrait être amélioré. Les équipements électroménagers sont inégaux : grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et téléviseur écran plat récents et en parfait état, mais pas de cafetière électrique (juste une cafetière italienne dont la poignée s'est cassée le lendemain de notre arrivée), un grille-pain défectueux et le pommeau de la douche cassé. Nous avons néanmoins joué de malchance car une fuite s'est déclarée dans l'appartement de l'étage du dessus et a rapidement inondé l'appartement, d'abord le couloir devant la porte de la salle de bains puis la chambre principale. Cet incident s'est malheureusement produit pendant les fêtes de Noël et la conciergerie a tardé a réagir. Nous avons passé la moitié de notre séjour à placer des récipients et étendu des serviettes sur le sol pour éviter que l'appartement soit inondé. Cependant, les propriétaires ont été réactifs en fin de séjour et nous ont proposé un dédommagement à la hauteur du préjudice.
• José Luis (8/5): No tittle - Situación El cuarto de baño y la ducha. La mascota de un vecino ladrando a altas horas de la madrugada. Circunstancia que se ha repetido varios dias. Muy molestos.

• Vishal Bharat (8/5): - Good location, 5 mins away from Seville train station with metro and tram connection. Had restaurants nearby with a shopping plaza right opposite. Metro to tourist attractions was just 2-3 stops away. Host was excellent with communication and the apartment was neat and clean with all amenities. Everything was good.
• Isabella (8/5): Molto soddisfacente. - Posizione perfetta in un quartiere moderno per muoversi con ogni mezzo di trasporto e non lontanissima dal centro. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili. Qualche piccolo intervento di miglioramento andrebbe fatto sugli armadi e in bagno.

• Rosa Maria (10/5): Estancia estupenda - El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días y conocer la ciudad. Tiene todo lo necesario, es muy cómodo y la ubicación es inmejorable. El chico que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos facilitó todo tipo de información.

• CARDENAS ARAUNA (9/5): Excelente lugar - Buena conectividad,barrio tranquilo,frente al Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan, variedad de lugares para comer .Estación metro Nervión a pocos metros para visitar el casco antiguo.. Nada que comentar..

• Dayna (7/5): Nice location, good for families - The location was nice, with a nearby metro and connections around the city. There was a bit of construction on the adjacent road (the road was closed, but I think this probably reduced the noise a bit) at that time. The apartment faces a school, so it can get quite noisy during school hours but I wasn't there around these times, so it wasn't an issue for me. It has a washing machine, which was also a major bonus. It didn't seem as if the apartment was cleaned very thoroughly before arrival (hairs throughout, dirt and crumbs over the floor). Also, the water for showering was a bit inconsistent - it was about 3 minutes of warm water before it turned ice cold for about 5 minutes, and then got a bit warm again.

• Magdalena (9/5): Superb - The flat is comfortable with new furniture and very efficient check-in service. It is conveniently located near the shopping centre but 20 minute walk from the centre which was not a problem for me but might be an issue for some people.
• Angéline (9/5): Superb - The apartment is nice and clean. A very good location, close to the subway. You ll find everything you need if you wanna cook. Not much. It is a little bit noisy as the building is not very well insonorised
