- Darv (8/5): Very Danish, Pretty good experience, Affordable, Loved the laundry! - It wasn't obvious where to meet host, but there was some long term tenants that we met that helped us locate the hosts. It turned out great, but it was a bit confusing at first (just had to get the lay of the land). There was a road under construction and we had to find an alternative route (we came from the south and once we got on the north side of the area, the directs took us there). It was a little bit outside our desired area, but it was quaint and very homey. Would have likely some screens on the windows (no A/C and we were concerned about bugs coming in with windows open). Apartment is right on the road and it was a bit noisy but worked out pretty good with ear plugs. The beds sheets could use an upgrade (some holes in sheets and the duvet was a bit "unfresh"), beds were "ok". For the money, it was a good deal however. The bathroom and laundry is on the entrance level and the apartment is up a pretty steep set of stairs (common for Denmark from my understanding). It was a good value, which we greatly appreciated. I think having a designated parking spot would help (we had to compete with other tenants and ended up on the road so I brought in all of our luggage so that it was safe). Wifi password was mis-printed on instructions (needed some capital letters where it wasn't listed, but the long term tenants helped with that)
