• Lucan (10/5): - I was a very nice and cared for guesthouse, nice energy about the place, location was great, close to town but nice a calm.the host was really nice and helpful. Will definately book again when I come back to Kandy. Highly recommend. All was good
• Georgina (10/5): All is good also the owner is very accommodating. - Spacious , good location . Too big for me . I stayed awake the whole night as I was scared being alone in a big room upstairs. Otherwise all is good . It’s just me .

• Lara (3/5): Sehr günstig, aber nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage ist ruhig & das Haus hat eine netten Eingangsbereich. - Die Begrüßung des Gastgebers war relativ kühl - Flecken auf dem Bett und unangenehme Bettdecke, außerdem ist die Matratze durchgelegen - das Badezimmer ist auf dem Flur und ist dreckig, wir hatten Ameiseneier überall auf dem Waschbecken - die Handtücher sind in die Jahre gekommen - das Zimmer ist sehr duster - das Zimmer hat nur einen Ventilator (was bei der Buchung klar ist), allerdings ist es so warm im Zimmer, dass das Schlafen schwerfällt

• Myriam (10/5): - Superbe logement, très bien entretenu, nous avons adoré séjourner ici lors de notre passage à Kandy. Le logement est situé dans les hauteurs de la ville, la vue est très belle, et l’application Pickme permet de se rendre en centre ville rapidement et à bas coût. L’hôte est très agréable et passionné de plantes, ça a été un réel plaisir d’échanger avec lui !

• Alva (10/5): Superbra boende! - Väldigt fint boende utanför kaoset i Kandy! Hade definitivt kommit tillbaks! Rent och fräscht, fint badrum, bra fläkt och bra balkong. Värden var väldigt snäll och hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde.

• Sofia (10/5): - Mystique Hideout is the right place if you need to slow down and come back to yourself - with the best sleep ever in Sri Lanka. The city is easy to reach, breakfasts are amazing and if you wish, you can spend some time in the wonderful garden - with a cup of tea. Suraj has a big heart, this place feels like a home to me, because of him. I will definitely come back!

• Sylva (10/5): - Nejlepší ubytovani, co jsme za 14 dní cestování měli. Naprosto čisté, světlé a prostorné. Preferujte velký pokoj s balkonem a budete mít nádherný výhled. Skvěle jsme se vyspali, je tu ticho, což se zdá v Kandy nemožné. Majitel nám zařidil vyprání oblečení a poskytl nám vše, co jsme potřebovali. Jako přijemný bonus je to, že nám majitel nevnucoval žádný výlet ani průvodce ani jídlo a my tak měli klid. Cena za toto vše je opravdu nízká - platili jsme za dva dny a 2 osoby 22€. Doporučujeme! Vše bylo skvělé.

Kept cleaned & smells lovely wth sandlewood incense & herbs. Enjoyable walk after bus trip to Shops close by. Good priced tuk tuk available. Love the purple cotton towels & bedding.💜

The facilities were clean and comfortable and the host was very friendly and didn’t hesitate to help at any time. Very good value for money. The location is a little bit hard to reach. There’s no open access to the kitchen.

Tout était confortable et propre et l’hôte est très gentil. Je recommande vivement cet établissement! C’est un peu éloigné du centre mais le quartier est calme et sûr.

• Gwenaelle (7/5): Could be better - The room was big and clean Almost all the plugs don’t work even on the extension, it was not practical to charge our phone The bathtub seems very fragile, I thought I would come through it every time I took a shower The shower hook needs to be replaced, I couldn’t put the shower head on it, it was very annoying to take a shower while holding the shower head The location offers a good view on the mountain but it is a bit far from the center (about 20 min by walk but it’s up and down hill and very steep !)

Very peaceful and good location for all tourist places. Suraj, the host is very kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend the stay if you want to go to stay in Kandy.

• Yukiko (7/5): - 部屋も広くて、窓から見える景色がとても綺麗です！朝もさまざまな鳥のさえずりが聞こえてきて、癒されました😊 部屋にはタコ足配線をつけてくれていたので、電気機器の充電も快適でした。 お祭り帰りで暑かったこともあり、そこまで不便ではありませんでしたが、給湯器の不具合だったのか、シャワーのお湯の温度がなかなか上がりませんでした。
• bribie (7/5): Mystique Hideout - The room was a good size and very clean. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was delicious, and Suraj was a great host. I was unwell and needed to rest, but it was difficult as there was constant loud music coming from a neighbour's house.

• Len Philip (10/5): Had a lovely stay with these wonderful people - Our room was big and had an amazing view. The owner and housekeeper are absolutely lovely and welcoming people. The housekeeper even spoke Italian:) We had breakfast there which was super delicious! So I recommend trying what they cook because they’re really good. If you don’t mind staying a bit more in the silent side streets of Kandy, it’s perfect here, and also better to sleep through ;) Also the rooms have warm water showers.

• Marianne (10/5): Magnifique - Nous sommes restés 2 nuits au Mystique Hideout et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Excellent accueil de l'hôte avec un thé à l'arrivée. La chambre est très grande, lumineuse et confortable. Nous y avons très bien dormi, c'est très calme. Nous étions ravis d'avoir un balcon dans la chambre avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner ainsi que le dîner tous les jours, c'était délicieux ! Nous aurions aimé y rester encore plus de temps. Vous verrez la maison est magnifique. Pour vous y rendre, passez impérativement par l'application pick me sinon ils essaieront de vous arnaquer.

• Clémence (2/5): Peu recommendable - Bien situé, maison au calme On ne s’attend pas à de grandes prestations quant au prix, en revanche, le strict minimum est attendu. Salle de bain pas propre, taches sur le drap housse, pas de couette, cafards dans la chambre et la maison.

Затычка в ванной нужна и заменить нагреватель воды, он почти не справляется уже. Так хотелось ванную набрать... На Шри Ланке это большая редкость.

My room was so clean and nice I like the furniture they have used to build the place... it's totally worth for my money to stay at there.. owner also an pretty good man he treated me very well...
