• ARZU (6/5): - Konumu merkeze çok uzak değil, yürüyerek 20 30 dk. Toplu taşımaya da yakın. Etrafında cafe ve marketler var. Fiyat performans olarak düşünülürse iş görüyor. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için düşünülebilir. Ev sahibi çabuk geri dönüş saglıyor bu iyiydi. Orta düzeyde beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Temizlik orta derecede ne iyi ne kötü.
• Nilgün Nur (7/5): - Ev sahibiyle iletişim çok kolay ve çok hızlıydı. Konumu old town’a 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde, çevresinde marketler var. Kahve makinesi ve kapsül kahve de vardı. Mutfak gereçleri mevcut. Wifi ile ilgili bir problem yaşadık hemen çözdüler. Maalesef evde ilaçlanması gereken böcekler vardı. 4-5 tane gördük. Mutfak çekmecelerinde gezmeleri pek hijyenik değildi. Ev biraz eski olduğundan sanırım yerler, kapılar her yer gıcırdıyordu.

• Vira (10/5): - Гарна, затишна, доглянута, чиста квартира з усім необхідним. Поряд є парковки. Пішки легдо дістатися як до Європарламенту, так і до центру міста. Достатньо місця для 4 осіб. Рекомендую Шум з вулиці. З одного боку квартири проїжджа частина, а з іншого - залізниця. Думаю, що для центрального розташування квартири цей мінус є допустимим.

• María (1/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO - Nos forzaron la cerradura y nos robaron, tuvimos que dormir por la noche con la puerta sin cerrar porque hasta el día siguiente a las 9 supuestamente no venía alguien a cambiarnos la cerradura. El que cambiaba la cerradura no llegó hasta las 12 de la mañana, perdimos prácticamente el día esperando a que vinieran a solucionarnos el problema porque nos dijo que si nos íbamos antes de que nos cambiasen la cerradura que habría que llamarle luego con 2 horas de antelación para que viniera a darnos la llave nueva. Lo llamaba y me cogía el teléfono y me colgaba. PENOSO, Nos sentimos inseguras y en ningún momento apareció por allí a dar la cara o a darnos una solución. Las cosas que nos robaron las hemos perdido porque dice que su piso no tiene seguro de robo. NEFASTO TODO, NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

• Zaid (3/5): Sejour decevant - Je n’ai eu aucun problème de wifi La liste est longue: Il y avait une odeur assez desagreable dans le couleur de l’immeuble. L’appartement est meublé de maniere minimaliste. La TV est orientée bizarrement (on ne peut pas la voir depuis le sofa du salon). Le reste du mobilier est cheap On entend le train qui passe à coté et il n’y a pas de double vitrage. Il y avait deux cafards derriere le petit frigo ce qui est scandaleux sachant en plus que les ustensiles cuisines se situent dans la porte à coté avec une communication à l’arriere du meuble. Le matelas de la chambre est convenable mais les coussins sont absolument atroces. La salle de bain est inconfortable, l’évacuation de la douche est lente.

• Natalia (8/5): Estancia agradable. Personal muy atento y flexible. - Pequeño apartamento ubicado en una zona tranquila. Cuenta con lo necesario para un par de noches. A 20 min del centro de bruselas en transporte público. La anfitriona es muy agradable y responde rápido. Está cerca de la estación de tren y por las noches se escucha cuando pasa.

• Alex (10/5): Good value for a very convenient location - Spacious place, very close to the European Parliament. The kitchen is equipped with everything I needed, ironing facilities which were a big plus for me, the bed was comfortable. The communication with the host was ok.

L'appartement est proche des institutions européennes, parfait pour quelques jours, confortable (mais attention, les trains passent au pied de l'immeuble avec seulement une pause de 23h à 6h, ce qui ne m'a pas empêchée de dormir vu mon état de fatigue). Le canapé lit est aussi bien confortable. Je recommande fortement ! Il manque peut-être un sèche cheveux et un briquet pour les bougies?

• Mila Yazvi (10/5): Absolutely stunning - One of the best apartments in terms of value for money that I have rented. Minimalist, but it has absolutely everything you need for traveling. The cleaning lady does her job with soul: it's perfectly clean. The sofa folds out, it's comfortable to sleep on, so it's two separate comfortable rooms.

• Vytas (10/5): 3 night stay. - Clean apartment, friendly host in a very good location. For the price you pay it is everything you could want. Even had a small fridge to cool our drinks for the hot weather. Had a fan to cool us down, but also, the room we stayed in didn't get too hot. Nothing it was perfect.
• Tamara (8/5): Buen apartamento en el barrio europeo, bien comunicado con el centro - Está en el barrio europeo, no es el centro pero esta muy bien comunicado y se llega a la zonas de más interés rápidamente. El apartamento es suficiente para una pareja con dos niños. La cama es confortable y está todo muy limpio.
• *Serena* (8/5): buona soluzione per Bruxelles - Appartamento accogliente con ottima pulizia, spazi adeguati e rapidi feedback dei proprietari in caso di necessità. Buona posizione, vicina alla fermata del bus per il centro oppure 25 minuti a piedi. A pochi minuti dal parlamento e vicina a lidl e vari minimarket. Appartamento silenzioso tra una strada non troppo trafficata, la ferrovia e un parco. Non proprio adatta per famiglie per i seguenti motivi: viene fornita la culla/lettino ma non il seggiolone e abbiamo dovuto portarlo da casa (da Ikea costa 15 euro.....). Il nostro appartamento era al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi bisogna verificare quando si prenota. La cucina è equipaggiata ma non adatta per cucinare per molte persone, sono presenti solo due fuochi. Non è presente una lavatrice (per motivi di spazio).
• Begench (2/5): Issues with the appartment - I would like to share honest feedback about my recent stay at the apartment, as unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Below are the key issues I encountered: 1. No Air Conditioning (AC): The apartment does not have air conditioning. During my stay, the outside temperature reached 35–36°C, and inside it felt like an oven. There was only one small fan, which is clearly not sufficient for a family of four. I kindly requested an additional fan, but received no response, which I find unprofessional and disappointing. 2. Sleeping Arrangements: Although the apartment was booked for 4 people, there was no mattress on the sofa for the children. This made sleeping uncomfortable and confusing, as it’s unclear how the sleeping space was intended for four guests. 3. Location: The apartment is located quite far from the city center — it took around 35 minutes on foot. 4. Entrance Door Issues: The entrance code system is unreliable. Multiple times during our 2-day stay, the door did not open even when the correct code was entered. We contacted the property owner, who insisted the code was correct, but the lock clearly malfunctions. On some occasions, we could only enter when someone was exiting, or after waiting 5–10 minutes and trying several times. This was especially frustrating and created unnecessary stress during our stay. I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.

Bathroom was very small, not adequate amount of equipment to be able to cook for 4 people. One towel was dirty and stained upon arrival. A socket was hanging off the wall by the kitchen sink which was dangerous and remained unused or untouched during our stay.

Apartment is near train tracks, so it is quite loudly. The sheets had a smell of mold. The shower was dirty, mouldy.

• Angela (4/5): Not recommended - Nothing, we booked for two nights but left after the first, it wasn’t nice All a bit unloved. We had booked for three people and only the double bed was prepared. The sink in the bathroom is impossibly small. Need to be careful with a shelf’s corner in the kitchen (sorted by the host by applying a plaster on it!) or you will injured yourself. It is all a bit too cheap and run down.

The apartment was very nicely furnished and had a surprising number of different amenities (even a blow drier, iron and coffee machine!) Overall, great value for money! • Nuno (9/5): Superb - Good communication, flexibility for leaving the luggage earlier than check-in time and after check-out. Good light in the appartment. The master bed matress is a bit too soft. The sofa-bed used as second bed should be cleaned/washed somehow because there is a smell which is not nice for sleeping. There is a train line nearby with some night trains - the noise is very limited and there are not that many trains, but we can ear it at night.
• Mitsi (8/5): Very good - Location, clean, quiet. Close to bus stop that goes to city centre. Host very responsive and helpful. It was very quiet but around 11pm a guy came out of one of the apartments and were on a phone call on speaker clearly having a fight with a lady it was so loud. It kept on going for 30 min. My hisband went out and ask him if he can please go and talk somewhere else. It was quiet then.

• Eva2504 (8/5): Very good - Light, beautiful and cozy apartment that is centrally located. They even had coffee and tea as well! The train is running next to the apartment, it's not really bothering but you can feel and hear it a bit inside.

• Robert (7/5): Location is grea but some minor things to be aware of. - Location was great! Half hour walk gets you to the heart of the old town. Neighborhood was safe and ultra close to a train station (no cobblestone to drag your suitcases on either!) The floor was very creaky. Very very creaky. Every time someone woke up to use the bathroom it woke everyone else up with the creaking. Also, no fault of the host, but the people upstairs were very loud both nights we were there.

• Eva (9/5): Superb - The apartment was just the right size, nice, big living room, big bedroom with a very comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and in a good state. It's just 5 min. walk from the European Parliament. There was quite a lot of noise coming from both the stairs and the apartment above.

• Davide (8/5): Nice and clean apartment with a few improvable things - The apartment is clean and spacious enough for one or two people. The kitchen is well furnished, and I appreciated that the wardrobe had extra pillows and towels! The hosts are quite nice and responsive, they came over to check if everything was ok with the heating system. The sink is definitely too small, the smallest I have ever seen: it was even challenging to wash one hand at a time!!! Another issue might be the lack of an abatjour near the bed and the two floors of steps (not a problem for me, but maybe for somebody it could be).
