• wesley (10/5): Perfectly secluded but everything else is steps away for you.( or a short scooter right, which I highly recommend rentin - The property is the perfect location for those that want relaxation cut into a perfect piece of the island. But if you want a party atmosphere there’s a beach club a walk away on the shore line. Really the best of both worlds for anyone. And the Hosts are wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful for my short stay. I really got the most out of my short trip here. Beautiful, secluded. And when I felt sociable or wanted a bit in the ocean, it was right there for me.

• Stephanie (10/5): Ein idealer Ort, um abzuschalten – wir kommen definitiv wieder! - Wir haben sechs Nächte im Nelinda Waterfront verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage mit direktem Meerzugang ist traumhaft und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Man merkt sofort die Liebe zum Detail in der Einrichtung - es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Jeden Morgen erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereitetes Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, lokalem Mozzarella und köstlichem Gebäck, das Raimo extra früh besorgt – einfach perfekt. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch Raimos Unterstützung bei der Organisation: vom Transfer zum Hafen über die unkomplizierte Roller-Miete bis hin zu ausgezeichneten Restaurantempfehlungen. Alles hat dazu beigetragen, unseren Aufenthalt entspannt und unvergesslich zu machen.
• Andre (10/5): The views alone made us want to cancel our flight home. - Nelinda is one of those places I almost don’t want to review, because if word gets out, it’ll be harder to book again. But Raimo deserves some kudos. My wife and I spent several days here, and it was exactly what we needed after the buzz of Rome: quiet, restorative, and perched right on the sea. As sea lovers, direct water access was a must. Nelinda delivered: crystal-clear water, a rocky reef teeming with life that had us drifting for hours, and even a natural hot spring just a short swim away. The views alone made us want to cancel our return tickets. The villa itself was comfy and full of beautiful flora. Raimo was welcoming and full of clutch tips. The breakfast? Well, let’s just say it deserves its own standing ovation: fresh-squeezed OJ, ricotta cornettos 🤤, mozzarella, bruschetta, fruit, and a rotating cast of delicious meats. Any hiccup, Raimo fixed instantly. On a scale from 1 to 10, Nelinda gets an 11.
• Beate (10/5): Amazing stay at Nelinda - beautiful property (garden, view, location, room) and caring hosts 🙏 - I really loved everything, the property is amazing and so private, location stunning, hosts caring and going above and beyond to ensure the guest is happy; the breakfast is beyond what I would have expected (freshly pressed juice, amazing cappuccino, great variety of choices, freshly prepared bruschetta). Loved the garden (there are banana trees, a lemon tree, beautiful flowers) and the patio where breakfast is served and where one can spend the day just relaxing and enjoying the view of the bay. Swimming in the bay and the bay ‘around the corner’ is wonderful (even hot springs in the water, ask Raimo where), I brought water shoes so I could comfortably walk the volcanic rocks to reach the other bay (I recommend to bring). So much more I could describe…. I will be back! I cannot think of anything

La posizione è ideale, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare e un giardino curato e rigoglioso che invita a rilassarsi. La pulizia e l'ordine sono stati impeccabili in ogni momento del nostro soggiorno. La colazione è stata ogni giorno un'esperienza gastronomica unica, con una varietà di piatti freschi e abbondanti. Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale è stata la gentilezza e l'ospitalità dei padroni di casa, che ogni mattina ci portavano un cestino di fichi freschi appena raccolti dal giardino! • Vanty (10/5): A perfect Italian summer house by the sea - All the previous reviews were right about everything. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed, ever. Raimo and Chiara and their daughter are so lovely. The property is gorgeous, right on the seafront with a little beach just steps below. They have an amazing garden with many fruit trees. I had fresh figs right from the tree! It was just the best experience. Super clean and comfy beds, the list goes on and on. Very safe and homey feel, they live downstairs and are available if you need anything but never intrusive. The taxi driver they use, Rino is so great as well. They also keep pastries out all day and night for guests which is such a nice touch. I wished I stayed longer!

La pente est raide ! Heureusement le propriétaire vient récupérer vos valises sur son scooter pour vous aider à l’arrivée et au départ.
• Julie (10/5): WOW! - Great location on the waterfront and close to the bus stop (at the top of the hill). Don’t let the hill put you off, my husband recently had heart surgery and managed ok. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fresh & plentiful. We used the beach club next door for lunch and even paid for beds there one day so we could use the facilities. We also had a great time using the paddle-board provided by Raimo to paddle round the bay to the hot spring. Raimo was a great host and provided lots of local information. We would definitely stay again. Everything was great
• Kathleen (10/5): Lovely, quiet and scenic gem! Thanks Raimo! - We spent 4 lovely days at Nelinda! It was a real delight to just sit and look at the water. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure Raimo treated us like family. He served us breakfast on the patio overlooking the water every morning with fresh squeezed orange juice and our favorite cappuccinos! He had many wonderful suggestions for restaurants and easy instructions for the bus which is just on the street in front of the property. He ordered us a taxi when we needed one which was a plus. The resort next door had wonderful food which was also very convenient if you don’t want to venture out! This is a gem off the coast of Ischia! Book it! You will not be disappointed! The walk to and from the property is a little steep! Not recommended if mobility issues!

Lovely breakfast with fresh local products, including amazing mozzarella. Beautiful views from the terrace at sea level. Even the 200m footpath to reach the house makes the experience more special. • Amanda (10/5): A little piece of paradise on Isola d’Ischia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We felt like we’d arrived at our own little piece of paradise! It was stunning, quiet and we felt like royalty. First of all…location. Oh my word! Right next to the sea and with access to the little pebble beach and even a paddle board provided by our amazing hosts Raimo and Chiara. Raimo was so helpful and kind helping us with car hire, restaurant bookings, and general advice on where to visit in the island. The breakfasts each morning were fresh, made with love and delightful! The room (we had the suite) had excellent air conditioning, a very comfortable king bed and a great shower. There was even a hammock and outdoor shower. Good to know… You’ll be walking a lot and paying a lot for taxis if you don’t hire a car. Raimo organised for us and we are glad we hired one (it was cheap and cheeeful…all you need!) Bring water shoes as the little beach has pebbles and stones underfoot. If you have mobility issues, it isn’t for you. The access path is VERY steep in places. And try not to pack too much (as we did)! Raimo used his moped to take our cases down and up and I feared for its suspension! Bring your mosquito repellent and your snorkel gear if you have it! Best restaurant was I’m giardiniero agriturismo that Raimo booked for us. It’s a must visit! (You’ll need to use the taxi service though).. Next door is a beach club…it’s fun and has good food and a great house white. This is a place to couples to kick back and relax and swim and do little else! It’s magical and made even more so by the fabulous owners/hosts Raimo and Chiara. It deserves all the five star reviews! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Raimo was so kind and helpful, communicating in advance on WhatsApp and arranging transportation both upon arrival and departure! He also showed us a map of Ischia and gave recommendations on restaurants and activities. We didn’t want to leave!

Raimo only rents two rooms so you will always have this wonderful place to yourself. We swam in the sea before breakfast and then tried to convince ourselves to explore the island. It is easy to imagine never leaving. The breakfast was generous and full of fresh and local foods and pastries. The garden is as intriguing as the sea around it.

Loved having easy and private access to the sea and a paddle board available to use whenever we liked. There are so many peaceful spots to relax and a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout. We read a lot of reviews about how amazing the breakfast was and it really was the best breakfast! We can’t recommend enough and we would love to go back!
• Paul (10/5): A perfect 6 nights in the best holiday accommodation we have stayed at. - We didn't like it, we LOVED it! Everything. Before booking this accommodation I read the reviews of the place and saw they had a 10 rating which is very rare. Now after spending 6 nights at Nelinda Waterfront, I can see why people gave it a 10 rating. Where do I start? Raimo and his wife Chiara are by far the best hosts of an accommodation of this style we have ever met. Nothing was too hard, every question we had about the island they provided. They were so generous with their time and hospitality, we felt like we were staying with close friends whilst still having the privacy we needed. Upon arrival we were greeted with a nice glass of prosecco and Raimo sat down with us to explain all things Ischia. A great way to start our stay. Every morning started with a beautifully presented breakfast presented on the patio by a lovely lady by the name of Teresa. Fresh pastries, orange juice, an espresso and a range of other little goodies. Delicious. The location is superb. It is a bit of a walk down a long pathway to their property but being absolute waterfront, it is worth it. You feel like you are on the bow of a boat when you are sitting on their stunning patio overlooking the Bay of Naples with uninterrupted views. The setting is magical and the way the whole property is set out, you cant fault it. They only have two guest rooms so you have a large area for only a small amount of people. The rooms were spacious and clean and are a stone's throw from the water. Seeing the sunset from your bedroom is something very special. The property adjoins a beach club and restaurant/resort which is an easy walk away should you want to use those facilities or grab lunch or dinner. My wife would happily book another holiday at Nelinda Waterfront and Ischia as a whole is just wonderful. Way less touristy than places like Capri and the Amalfi Coast. It really is a gem. Thank you again Raimo and Chiara for making our stay so memorable. You guys are awesome. Nothing!

The property was very high spec and the hosts were extremely accommodating. It is a ‘little gem’. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels/spas, however, this property definitely gave you a better sense of well-being. Can’t wait to return.
• Irina (10/5): the apartments exceeded our expectations - It was an amazing stay in a house by the sea. The owners were attentive and helpful. In the mornings they served a wonderful breakfast, cleaned the rooms daily, told about the island and possible leisure options, they organized a free transfer from and to the port. The sea was 20 meters away. During the day, coffee and tea with buns and biscuits were available. A very secluded place with hot springs in the sea. We will definitely try to come back here! A problem for the elderly and pregnant women can be quite a steep climb from the house to the road about 150 meters.

The breakfast was incredible with fresh fruit, home baked cakes and morning pastries available every day. We were very conveniently located close to a bus stop at the top of the road and Ramon was very helpful in providing good advice and information about where to go and what to do, with a very helpful taxi service on hand if required. We feel very lucky to have spent time here and are definitely planning our return.

It is as close as you can get to staying in a traditional Italian home in Ischia. Raimo and Chiara are amazing and make you feel at home. We will go back!

Raimo is a gracious and attentive host anticipating our every need, including great recommendations for dinner (and making reservations!), places to visit on Ischia, and arranging taxis. This is a beautiful property overlooking the sea- the view is spectacular! The room was lovely- clean, with updated bathroom, and comfortable bed. Breakfast everyday was delicious and generous. Raimo is worth getting to know and Nelinda is a dream. We started everyday with the words "We can't believe we are here!"

Exceptional in every way. - It is a perfect location for peace and quiet while still being easily accessible by car or scooter (or boat, if you look into it one day!) to the bigger nearby areas, while also having easy access to a small restaurant and a couple of shops on foot if you feel like it. - The respectfully timed daily housecleaning was lovely, and everything was spotless. Every detail is attended to so thoughtfully, and Raimo anticipates seemingly every possible need. - The additional outdoor shower (available for use by all guests, in both suites) is perfect. Be sure to give it a go. - The evenings often have nice music playing and a lantern or two out, and it can be hard to want to leave the B&B to explore further! - Raimo, the home's owner, started this space recently as a side project of sorts, on his family's historic summer property. He happened to be around and gave us a very warm reception and sage advice about things to do and places to go around Ischia. We had many interesting chats. He has opened his family's compound up to share its small piece of pristine coastline with guests, and yet it feels very professionally run. - No downsides. There is not a single thing I could suggest as an improvement. Please note: IF for some reason someone in your party has difficulty with climbing a couple of flights of stairs, or that sort of thing, please be aware that there is a slightly longer than usual walk from the place you can get dropped off or picked up by a car/scooter on your way down to Nelinda. This is a beautiful and lovely winding alley lined with friendly neighbors' gates and charming trees/ivy/flowers growing over the gates, but it is a little long for someone who has difficulty with ambulation, and I wouldn't want that to disappoint anyone. It provides for the most charming peace and quiet at the end of the road, right by the water.
• Kelly (10/5): Nelinda s little gem - Our stay at Nelinda s accomodation was the highlight of our trip. Raimo was the most wonderful host and his property was tucked away in a beautiful setting while still well located near the port and easy to access. All amenities were there, clean, beach towel, fridge etc .. and the breakfast was everything you could ask for !!! It is one of this place where it's hard to leave a review as you would wish to keep all for yourself. Raimo again made our stay unforgettable. We will come back.

The best breakfast we never had, in the common terrasse, just front of the sea. An host, Raimo, very kind, sympathetic and who wants to facilitate everything for his guests : he managed our motocycle location, our boat location, he indicated us the good restaurants,... Raimo's place is a delight and the best place to benefit from a very soft and beautiful stay in Ischia. Nothing at all

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a huge selection of Italian delicacies - we especially enjoyed the bruschetta. Raimo was the perfect host and he was always available if we had questions or to give recommendations around the island. Be sure to visit Il Giardino Mediterraneo for a memorable dinner. The resort next door is also a good place to spend a morning by the sea. We would definitely recommend visiting and hope to be back one day!
• Tanis (10/5): The most sublime stay in Ischia. - My friends and I had one of the best and most memorable holidays in Ischia, and we owe it all to our lovely host, Raimo, and his family. The property was absolutely stunning, our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfasts were outstandingly fresh and delicious and Raimo's recommendations (taxi service, boat tour, restaurants etc) were all top notch. He was so incredibly helpful in every sense of the word that all of our expectations were easily surpassed. In just five nights and four full days, we managed to see so much of the island, whilst still having a very relaxing holiday. We spent most days at the property, swimming and paddle boarding right on our doorstep. We will definitely be back next year and cannot recommend Nelinda Waterfront enough! We loved everything...the only thing that we didn't like was that our holiday wasn't longer!

Without Raimo as our host for our first couple of days in Ischia we wouldn’t have had the same perfect visit to Ischia. Everything from booking a scooter to finding the best restaurants were sorted out by Raimo. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ischia. And we will for sure be back.
• Simon (10/5): absolutely excellent and planning a return as soon as possible - tempted not to give this review at all as would like to keep this little piece of paradise hidden. but the truth is it’s location, location, location, secluded but convenient. you’ll feel very special here. magical. Rooms only about 10m from the sea, owners were very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, 100m from nearest seafront restaurant nothing really
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at Nelinda. The host Raimo was really attentive to make our stay more pleasant. Thanks to him for his very warm welcome. The location of the place is exceptional, with a house surrounded by the sea and an excellent breakfast made with local products. We highly recommend this place.
• Malik (10/5): Exceptional - a hidden gem in ischia what a paradise ! Raimo has transformed his grand father house into an exclusive 2 rooms b&b . we have travelled a lot and we can say that this is one of our best stay . first the place an amazing typical villa with all the comfort you can imagine beautiful decoration, private terrasse and amazing vue of the sea. you have a private access to the beach and thermal pools . no need to go to the maladive as the water is very clear . there is also a paddle available if you wish . then the breakfast raimo is going to the market every morning yo pick best local products , the mozarella will stay in my memory for long ! raimo and chiara also share with you best restaurants and activities on the island and arrange for you moto rental / boat trip . we look forward to come back thank you Raimo & Chiara !! everything was perfect !
