- Afridy (10/5): - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team kept everything clean and fresh throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful for a relaxing rest. I especially loved the little details, like complimentary water bottles and a well-stocked coffee station. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Can’t wait to come back..

Room was full of cockroaches I had to go to the reception and ask for pest spray I was there to have some good time ended up killing cockroaches disgusting , bedsheet was full of dust, wash window was broken, no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided, no complimentary water bottles were given. Disgusting and dirty room won't recommend to anyone.

- Raja (2/5): It was not a comfortable stay at all. Even we check out early morning. - Staff behavior was good There was a hole in the roof, some tapes were stuck. Washroom wasn't attached, it was weird washroom. AC was full of annoying noise, whole night wasn't able to sleep bcz of it. Chapatti Doug wasn't fresh and too much expensive , chicken was not fresh. Pillow was not good. I have been visited many hotels but this was the pathetic one. City like guwahati, it shouldn't be like that.

- Manikaran (5/5): I got it for a little cheaper from others. Paid about 1.5k for a night but the stay was equal to the price. No better. - Location and parking area. There were no dustbins in the room at all. Not even in washroom. Toilet’s jet wasn’t working properly. The water was leaking from the pipe with pressure and it would get you completely wet. The bed had really sharp edges. You will hit them many times while walking. The mattress was too soft, you can fall from it. Lights in the room were really dim. No real light at all. The owner was helpful throughout the phone but one of the staff was really kind of rude and not willing to help at all. Maybe he had an argument with his family.

- Packiaseelan (1/5): Overpriced - Itchy Bed - Unfinished construction - The person at the reception was friendly and helpful. He tried his best to provide a good service. The bed was itchy and I kept waking up to hunt for bed bugs, there were none. The bedsheet / mattress & the blanket was not clean because of which it was itchy. There was a giant cockroach that crawled out of the side of the pillow. The room including the entire building is unfinished and looks like it's still under construction. There is no lift and my room was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom doesn't have hangers to hang towels or cloth. It had a geyser but it's not connected to electric supply, so one must take cold showers. They don't provide dental kit.
