- Ashley (2/5): Don't bother - Locations, and beds were comfortable Balcony was not usable - full of dirt, bugs and it was filthy. Apartment was very dirty with dust everywhere, clogged toilet and susceptible stains on the lounge.
We did not get the apartment we booked, and we had hassles arriving to get a meet and greet late at night despite it being an advertised feature. Would not book again.
- Melanie (8/5): - Location was great, apartment clean, views lovely, outdoor pool cold but refreshing, indoor spa on 54th floor nice. Woolies and BWS right downstairs was handy. Confusing setup with checking in (two apartment tours, two lobbies) and very last minute instructions. We were a group checking in at different times which probably didn't help. Also, you have to do an orientation to use the pool/sauna area and get your fob coded to that zone but it was at 7:30pm (but we were told at checkin to be there at 7pm) so it ended up taking a chunk of time out of our first evening.
- Imogen (7/5): Nice apartment - Good lay out apartment with lots of windows. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in room. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Woolworths on bottom floor and nice surrounds. Staff are located off sight, no check in instructions on website or booking.com. Ensuite toilet doesn’t flush properly, and paint peeling in bathroom. No easily accessible parking.

- Megan (6/5): - Lovely apartment and location My main issue was the twenty builders looking through my window all day: private it was not. The building also started up early in the morning, I would wake up and put on my noise cancelling headphones. Unfortunately Melbourne was booked out for the weekend and I was unable to find another location to switch to.
- Sofia (9/5): - A very convenient accommodation for a family. Nice apartment, very clean and well equipped. Location is fairly good, walking distance to all central areas and The National Gallery, many tram stops. The host was lovely and helpful. To access the pool, you need to arrange an induction at a certain time with a building manager, which makes it slightly more complicated.
- Camila (5/5): Improve the management - The location We asked to the host for an early check in . He accepted our request before we made the booking. We arrived and Tamim (the person who was on charge ) told me the apartment will be ready around 12:30, because the cleaners were still there . We finally got in at 12:40 and the apartment was not even ready (the cleaners never where there )
We have to left our stuff there and going for a walk and the apartment was ready close by 5pm.
Really bad management
They offered me 30% discount for one night (really low compensation) and I am still waiting for that
- Cristina (8/5): nice place but should be managed better - The supermarket in the building and the 24/7 security I had a problem with the shower, I called the person in charge of the apartment and said that if maintanance came and they thought there wasn't a problem I had to pay something like 300$
Every time I washed my hair the bathroom got flooded and it was very unpleasant
the only thing that was done was to send me clean towels as I used them all to wipe the floor
The management of the building didn't care as it was a temporary rental.

- Andrew (7/5): Pretty nice place in a good location. Furnishing are on the cheaper end (all k-mart) so don’t expect luxury. For the pri - Location. Fairly well equipped albeit with cheap k-mart furniture. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Room gets too bright in the morning so hard to sleep past 6am. Have to do an induction with the building to access the facilities. This wasn’t explained to me during check in so only got to use facilities towards end of my stay.
- Kieran (10/5): Astra Apartments is ideal - Astra Apartments is in an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, & well-appointed. Having a good supermarket downstairs is very convenient. Nothing.

Michael was an excellent host — professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. His attention to detail and commitment to providing a high-quality experience were greatly appreciated. - Jenae Valk (9/5): Convenient with all the basics - Lovely location in terms of being able to easily walk down to the river and with easy access to the trams. The woolworths downstairs is super handy.
The apartment has all the essentials you'd need in terms of kitchen utensils etc. Everything is basic but perfectly functional.
Surprisingly quiet. Quite strong fragrance used in the public ares so if you are sensitive to that, this wouldn't be ideal for you.

- Robert (8/5): Very good - Great location and the apartment was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. It was only a 5 minute walk to the closest tram stop and 10 minutes to Crown.
There is a Woolworths downstairs which is very convenient. Nothing, we were very happy with our stay.
