• Andy (10/5): - The build and furnishings are all done to a good modern standard. Lovely bed and bathroom. Good facilities and great value. Not much. The location is obviously away from the coast but the village felt nice, traditional with convenient shops for food.

Pulitissimo, arredato con gusto, la posizione è strategica a 10 minuti dal centro di Rovigno, a 2 minuti dal supermercato. Nessun problema di parcheggio, direttamente davanti alla struttura, comodissimo per spostarsi e visitare le varie spiagge. Bellissimo! Nulla..tutto perfetto! Peccato non poter restare ancora!

• Goran (3/5): Unfinished and expensive - Living room, dining room, kitchen, overall design (will be excellent after they actually finish it). Uh... 7 nights, 7 sleepless nights... Upon our arrival, weather conditions were really hot and humid. There is only one AC, installed above the terrace doors. Second one, in the sleeping room hallway is not installed, only pipes sticking out of the wall. Our 1st sleepless night was full of sweat, as the temperature in the bedrooms was high. 2nd night, temperature wise was okay, but at a cost of freezing temperatures in the living area space ( I ended up with bronchitis and azithromycin because of this). Beds were another part of the problem. Cheap, floor level hard mattress, really cheap and uncomfortable pillows and covers. Really disappointed!!! We couldn't sleep, literally at all. For this price, especially for the location, this was totally unacceptable. The worst part of it, only the master bedroom had insect mesh on the windows, so all ended up with an apartment filled with mosquitos, so, again issue with the sleeping. The living area is oriented to the yard, which is shared with the owner, to ensure privacy, you must put on curtains, but only thick ones are mounted, so, living area was spent with lights on during the day. Internet is fiber, fast, but due to location, configuration and really thick walls, forget about it in the bedrooms (LTE/5G too). We were tired and unhappy with our choice. This building should be finished outdoors, bedrooms must be updated (although furniture is new) to be in accordance with the price (keep in mind this apartment is 10 km inland from Rovinj city and the beach). The surrounding area (nature) is beautiful.
• Ariana (10/5): Beautiful apartment, very clean, 10-15 min drive to the center of Rovinj! - The apartment was stunning, well equipped and extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly when greeting us, and were available at any time during our stay. The apartment is located very close to the center of Rovinj and to stores/ parks/ restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return in the near future.
