• Matt (2/5): Cheap for a reason. - Off street parking Overall, this was a very poor stay and far below expectations. On arrival, we were left waiting outside in the rain while the lockbox code was sent through. Entry was also frustrating, as the external fire door has no proper internal handle, making it difficult to use. The room was extremely basic. Only one towel was provided for the en-suite, with no hand towel, and the bath mat smelled strongly of urine, which made the whole room unpleasant. The listing states a “double bed (131–150 cm)”, however the bed provided was clearly much smaller (closer to a standard twin), and was uncomfortable with only a single pillow each. The shared kitchen was unhygienic. Cupboards contained expired food, empty containers and random items, worktops were dirty, and there appeared to be a leak with water patches around the units. The cooker was heavily soiled with grease and gave off a noticeable smell. The kettle was faulty and took a few attempts to get it to work, but there were no cups or coffee etc. The pots and pans seemed old and unusable. The bin was dirty and cleaning equipment, such as mops were left out unclean so gave off a strong odour also. House rules clearly state quiet hours between 22:00–08:00, yet these were not respected. Other guests were on loud phone calls late at night, and we were woken at 5am on a Sunday morning by banging and noise from the kitchen directly below. This stay did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort or management.

• Lionel (7/5): Overall it was ok for just 2 nights, but a bit pricy for what was offered. - The peace and quietness, and the room was a decent size room. Bathroom mat was dirty. For the price paid I expected a bit more customer service/convenience, such as tea/coffee and milk. Also the curtains couldn`t close properly, so there was a big gap for light to come through at night. Bed had a dip in the mattrass, which wasn`t comfortable.

• Lee (8/5): A nice, modern spacious room in a very convenient location for visiting Glenfield. - Great location and a warm, spacious room. The mattress was a bit uncomfotable and the front door lock/key was stiff, probably not helped by the cold temperature though.

• Simon (8/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay. - Check-in was nice and easy, with a detailed text message and email from the owner, regarding obtaining the keys from the lock-box, and general guidelines for my stay in the accommodation. The room was nice and clean, very spacious, the bed comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom making my stay more comfortable. The house is in a pleasant position in the cul-de-sac, and parking was not a problem on the road outside. There is a large living/dining room/kitchen on the ground floor, which I did not really use, however, as I was not at the property during the day or early evening. I also can't comment on the bedding or towels, as I always prefer to take my own when staying away from home. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the property, thank you. There is no kettle in the room, and I felt a little self-conscious when walking around the room late at night, or early morning, with another room just below mine, but I have no real issues with the room or the property - thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

• Lucretiu (9/5): Nice accommodation in Leicester - All you need from a place to sleep. Huge kitchen and living room. During the day I was out in the town but the evenings we’re comfortable. The property has four bedrooms so groups of people can stay. But I was alone, I like alone This is just a personal issue, the mattress was too soft, it affected my back the first night. I solved the problem with a well placed pillow, of which I had two.
• Melvyn (1/5): Don’t stay here. - I booked a private bathroom and did not get it. Manager tells me it’s Booking.coms fault and she “rang” them for 2.5 hours and said they would contact me but never did. I left early. Bathroom was filthy other guests seem unable to use flush. Very noisy house. 11pm one night manager rang me to ask who is smoking ganja in the house, I was asleep. There is parking but I never got a space. Uncomfortable bed with 1 rock pillow. Don’t stay here!

Parking space outside comfortable Private bathroom, as described, was instead at the ground floor and there was no mirror in it if you wanted to shave or to comb your hair.1 sigle bed too soft for my taste, no bed side lamp because, and this was the top, there were no electric plugs anywhere, so if you wanted to recharge your phone you had to drop it at the ground floor. I am suitable for minimalistic solution but in this case I didn t like that that I wasn't informed about all that. There were looking like deviant informations maybe because the other rooms were more comfortable and matching the descriptions. This i don t know in any case room n 3 is what I have described. I run away after the first night out of five reserved and payed, not even discussing with the manger the topic losing happily my money..i just wanted to escape the sooner

• Maria (1/5): Not even for free. - The any-time check in. The fact I couldn't park on the drive when I arrived as there were people staying there that shouldn't have been. The fact that within 3 minutes of getting to the place I had accidentally locked myself out of my room looking for the bathroom that was supposed to be ensuite but was actually shared and downstairs. The fact that when I called to get help, I was told I'd have to pay £40 cash for a taxi for the owner to come and let me into my room, with no demonstration that this was ever cost for such an eventuality. The fact that NONE of the doors are soft close and all the floors are hard, so the people up until 2am made sure I was awake with them to make my 5am start all the sweeter. The fact that people had been in my "ensuite" all night using it as a shared bathroom and toilet paper was left next to the bed, thus confirming I would probably need it. The fact that the mattress/bed was collapsing to the side, so I was basically sliding off all night. The fact there was no bedside lamp. The fact there was a massive bright landing light on ALL NIGHT. Other than that... the fact I couldn't even make use of the "refreshments" as they were in the kitchen that was being used for a TikTok party or whatever. Far far from somewhere I'd want to stay again, even if it was free. Quite clearly not advertised correctly and possibly even straight up false.
• Глория (8/5): Good value for the money. Definitely recommend it for short stay. - The room was clean, although it was small. My window was opened on my arrival and was bit chilly in the room, but when i closed it,the room got warm really quickly.The kitchen is spacious and clean,there are a comfy recliner sofa and chair, you could sit and relax, while watching TV Definitely would be back, if I need a stay in future... There should be more cutlery in the kitchen, probably if they place some garden furniture in the conservatory it would be great place for cup of coffee and cigarette.
