• Klinta (8/5): Tartu dzīvoklis - Dzīvoklis atrodas labā vietā, apkārt daudz veikalu. Pastaigas attālumā ir centrs. Labi, ka bija atstāti dažādi spilveni, lai var izvēlēties sev piemērotāko. Virtuve varēja būt tīrāka un būtu nepieciešami nelieli uzlabojumi dzīvokļa mēbelēm, lai tās neradītu apdraudējumu.

• philippe (6/5): Séjour à tartu - Appartement pas trop loin des commerces et du centre en voiture. Le rapport qualité prix. Appartement assez vétuste mais propre.
• Ala (10/5): - Tvarkingas nedidelis butas. Viskas kas būtina yra: popeoriniai rankšluosčiai virtuvėje, rankiai, kiaurasamtis (verdantiems makaronus pasiseks). Vonioje net dušo želė, kondicionierius, oro gaiviklis (retai kur pasitaiko). Lova didele ir patogi. Fenas, tiesinimo žnyplės, lygintuvas.

• Tavit (8/5): Very good - The apartment has great space but needs good renovation. The pillows are not very comfortable. The sink in the bathroom is not fit for the purpose (too small). The wallpaper at some places is peeling off. The place needs better cleaning too.

• Maria (10/5): A lovely apartment with everything you need for a stay - I loved this apartment. I travelled alone but there's a bunch of stuff like toys and pencils for kids, which is kind. I didn't want for anything, it's clean, in good repair, plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, things to cook with in the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. World's tiniest sink in the bathroom is funny but it works just fine and a bigger one would not fit there. I arrived on a dark and stormy night: to a nice, warm, clean apartment. Somehow there are enough people in the neighourhood to support three large supermarkets five minutes away on foot and a few more in a fifteen minute walking distance. I was fine with everything but since I have to fill this part in I would suggest a floor lamp in the living room to add some coziness. Ceiling lights are always on the harsh side.

• Rebecca (9/5): Nice stay - Great location, clean, good facilities including an oven which is unusual for a short stay apartment like this. Would go again Only improvement is to put a mat under the washing machine so it doesn't walk when turned on
• Sergei (10/5): Great one-bedroom apartment in Soviet area living apartment blocks - Did not exchange a single word with the owner nor saw him, yet contacless checkin and checkout were smooth. The owner sent a detailed and clear information regarding parking, keys etc the same day a few hours before the arrival. The keys are in the key locker attached to the alartment's entrance door. This is one bedroom apartment but there are at least 4 to 5 sleeping places. Bedroom bed was comfortable. The bath was big enough for two kids to enjoy themselves. Host provided all the anemnities and you could start living there with only needing to get to the shop. Four gricery shops around the corner Tv was the biggest surprise. Over 1000 free channels ranging from kids, sport, movies, adult theme etc. Although there is free parking in the inner yard, it is street parking for all the alartment block residents. Some hours can be challenging to find an empty spot closer to the apartment. Location is away from Tartu's downtown but 5 minutes drive away by car.
