• F (7/5): Well priced with potential, but needs improvement. - The apartment is a good size with an extra sofa bed in the lounge room. Has lots of potential as it’s clean and nicely decorated. About 15 min walk to town and the beach. Restaurants and shops nearby. The main bathroom had a strong sewage smell which spread through the apartment and made the bathroom unusable during our stay. It was uncomfortable sleeping on the 1st night as the whole place stank of sewerage.The second bathroom was a tiny room with shower and washing machine so it was not comfortable for a group of 6 not to have the 2 bathrooms. The owner attempted to clean and rid the smell on the 2nd day but we were only there for 2 nights so it didn’t really help. There were also many flights of stairs to reach the apartment which we were unaware of. It was difficult with luggage and for those not in top health.

• filippo (3/5): Esperienza da non ripetere - Posizione ottima Pulizia scadente , caldaia non funzionante, descrizione su booking non corrispondente, una delle due camere senza finestra e di dimensioni esageratamente piccole ( non c'era spazio per scendere dal letto ), bagno vecchissimo e poco pulito.

• mercedes (5/5): - El departamento era lindo pero esta mal mantenido 3 pisos por escalera qué no estaba aclarado en el anuncio muchas cosas rotas Mal olor en los desagües sillas rotas en balcón Antonio fue atento pero no se dan tiempo a revisar los detalles entre pasajeros lo peor las escaleras!!!
• di renzo (9/5): Un buon appartamento - L' appartamento era molto carino, centrale, pochi minuti ed eri al centro di Tropea. Servizi completi, non mancava nulla. L' amministratore, il sig. Antonio, gentilissimo e qualsiasi cosa chiedevi sempre disponibile.

• Sunder (7/5): Nice but can do better - Spacious The host was generous in providing essential on arrival that made it easy to settle in We stayed for almost 2 weeks. Not paying attention to details. Like replenishment of linen, towels, removal of garbage etc. The host is avyoungvpetson, couldn't be relied on to help in an urgent situation. Will respond only when it's convenient to reply. But by and large a nice host. Hopefully, with time he will develop to be a better host
• Tony (9/5): Superb - Everything was great overall including communication with the host. Not much except for the strange sewage smell in the unit at times and uncomfortable twin mattress placed on top of 2 single beds.
• Julie (7/5): Good - The property was spacious and well positioned, close to supermarkets and a short walk to Centro Storico and beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers was great! Water pressure not great in both showers and shower heads were cracked, which added to lack of water pressure. Occasional drainage odour was unpleasant.
