Am fost certat și amenințat ca voi fi taxat suplimentar pentru ca ca am întârziat în raport cu ora setată pe booking pentru checkin. Am fost pus în situația de a conduce peste limita de viteză și în totală nesiguranța pentru a nu rămâne afară. Foarte urat din partea personalului responsabil cu cazarea.

Удобное заселение и выселение. По вещам тоже есть все необходимое. Недалеко есть магазин, где можно купить сим карты, очень рекомендую К сожалению, во время прибывания не работало метро, о чем нас заранее не уведомили. Вместо 40 минут до центра пришлось добираться 1,5-2 часа в набитом автобусе, что очень сильно сказалось на восприятии Рима. Также хотелось бы, чтобы чуть лучше следили за состоянием квартиры, т.к. периодически что-нибудь отваливалось (розетка/переключатель воды и д.р), кровать тоже была ощутима подавлена

The owner, Jacoppo was super nice, gave us tips and made sure, we make it to our next trip in time to the airport. I would definitely come back to this appartment. There is nothing to dislike.

• Raluca (7/5): Great potential, decent price - The apartment location is really convenient, very close to metro (line C). There were buses as well, but we didn't use the options available on proximity, metro was enough to reach important places in the city center. Loved the apartment garden, as well as the AC during hot days (or nights). The building is quiet and we had plenty of sleep (even during the day). The place is equiped with most of the needed stuff for a short stay. Appreciate that we could pay the city tax by card (Revolut - we even got a one-night discount!). The seafood restaurant that is next to the apartment building is great, we had delicious dinner there. It is a bit crowded, but very fast in bringing in the food. The streets were safe for two girls to walk alone at night, a friendly neighbourhood and good place to get to know the local life. First, the conversation with the administrator: they asked us to send pictures of both our IDs and when I asked why, they threatened with calling the police. The owner reached out the next day to apologize. Expect to provide documents for all guests, it's Italian law. I would have appreciated physical presence to check the IDs, instead of sharing photos online. I understand this is an exception, as usually the administrator welcomes the guests in person. Second, the cleaning: the floor was very dirty (walked barefoot from bathroom to bed and my feet were black). The towels from the previous guests were still in the bathroom when we arrived. In all honesty, I think the cleaning person changed the bed sheets and provided clean towels only. They also arrived for cleaning before checkout times and questioned us about time of leaving. They did not kick us out, but I felt pressured to hurry, knowing they wait just outside the door. I recommend adding a bin in the bathroom as well and maybe check the shower water pressure (uncomfortably low for rinsing shampoo out of long hair).

• perestrelo (10/5): Nice apartment in quite neighbourhood away from the busy city centre with excellent food option. - Although initially concerned with the neighbourhood, it was unfounded. The bachelor apartment is new with modern finishing. Comfortable and clean. Has a small patio where you can enjoy a morning coffee in solitude. Host friendly and helped with any concerns raised. 2 excellent pizza places in the same building, 100meters a great fish restaurant and 1 speed service by the same name. Also a corner café to grab a sandwich or a coffee. Excellent food away from the tourist traps. The Metro line C "Torre Maura station" is about 300meters away. Transport was convenient, rode the metro every day into central Rome. Greatful to the hospitality of an Italian stranger "Stefano" as I was not able to get hold of the owner on the contact provided. Furthermore at the time did not have an European SIM so was not prepared with copies of passport to provide the owner, which caused a delay in obtaining the access code.

• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend it. Great contact with the owner. Tasty pizza next door, close to the metro. There is also a local cafe Forno Cafe Roma nearby, which is worth visiting, where you can drink good coffee and eat cheaply.

• Cynan (10/5): Ideal stay next to a metro station to get into all the main attractions and close to ciampino airport - The staff were SO helpful , I had major issues with public transport and arriving for check in they understandably also let me check out early due to early flight , the place was in a clean condition everything worked ideally and the bed was actually comfy , was very happy and great value for money That I wasn’t there for longer !
• Konrad (10/5): A cozy little studio for two person. - The studio is located on the ground floor of the building. Located close to the metro station. It is not close to the center but you can easily get there by metro (about 20 minutes). For our stay (4 nights) the size of the studio was completely sufficient. Combination of bedroom with kitchen and living room. In the bathroom a very spacious shower, toilet and bidet. There is also a wall-mounted heater in the bathroom (to heat the bathroom in winter and/or dry a towel). The air conditioning, which has a heating function, is sufficient on cold days to warm up the room. I thought it would be cold (early January) that the heating from the air conditioning would not be enough. However, it was completely sufficient.The studio also has a small enclosed (fenced) terrace. With a small table and chairs. There is also a tree. In the kitchen area there is a hidden washing machine (which also has a function for drying clothes). Oven and induction hob. The keys to the apartment were handed to us by a nice young guy. We were over an hour late (delayed flight) but he waited patiently for us for which we thank you again .I think that when we are in Rome again and the price is similar we will book this Studio again. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by car to get to Ciampino airport. A little more kitchen stuff would be useful. For example, a cutting board or a knife.(We bought a large knife and 2 small ones for spreading bread and 2 mugs because there were only tiny ones for espresso - it was not a big cost for us). A couple more plates small and large would also be useful. Maybe some more small low cabinet (for example, in the left corner by the window) to be able to put or hide your things.

• Laura (9/5): Very pleasant - The owners were super friendly and helpful! Our plane and train got delayed and they waited for us for a couple ours without any complains. There’s an excellent pizzeria (ask Martina) and coffee shop very near.
