- Dominika (8/5): Very good price/quality apartment with great location - Location in the city centre. 10 min walk from beach, 15 min walk to the castle, and bars and restaurant surrounding the apartment. Overall clean and modern-ish apartment with balcony which is a plus. AC was working just fine. Owner’s were very friendly. Have in mind that it’s a studio apartment which means it will be tighter and smaller. For me personally, I would recommend changing some kitchen supplies such as new cutting board, new plates and new pan because it’s visibly used and old. Also it would maybe be a great idea to put a normal bed for the 3rd person and a small armchair, not a couch. It was uncomfortable at first but it got managable.

- Keith (10/5): A large apartment in great location allowed for a wonderful experience - Large apartment and well equipped for our stay. Kitchen area with cooking equipment, large fridge & microwave also a small coffee machine. Excellent location to explore the city on foot and easy access to bars, restaurants, the beach and transport links. Great communication throughout and will definitely use again when revisiting Alicante 😘 Nothing everything you require was available, even for a longer stay.

- Silvia (8/5): Alicante in Centro - Appartamento molto grazioso e ben tenuto. La posizione è perfetta per arrivare al centro e alla spiaggia. davvero posizione ottima. L'host è veramente disponibile e ha sempre risposto ai miei messaggi. Nonostante in centro, la strada è rumorosa. Una cosa poco piacevole era la difficoltà ad usare la doccia e/o il lavandino: acqua ustionante e difficile da regolare con la fredda, che praticamente non aveva pressione sufficiente. Divano letto abbastanza scomodo.

- Rita (5/5): da migliorare - ottima posizione, l'host era disponibile e la stanza era piuttosto pulita, appartamento molto luminoso e pieno di finestre. eravamo al quarto piano e si stava bene, c'è anche l'ascensore disponibile i letti erano scomodi. una sera qualcuno ha provato ad entrare nel nostro appartamento, ma dato che eravamo all'interno li abbiamo mandati via sentendo il rumore, c'erano pochi utensili da cucina. la doccia è molto piccola e scomoda. la presa vicino al letto non funzionava

- Gabriella (5/5): - A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a középpontban van. Közel a tengerparti sétány, a"gomba" utca, a sétálóutcák, parkok... Bejutás a szállásra kódokkal történt, ami kényelmes / van lift is/. A szobában hideg volt / március/, volt egy kis elektromos fűtőtest, ami nem bírta kifűteni a szobát. Sajnos még takarópárna sem volt,csak lepedő. Kávégép volt, /de minek?/ kapszulát már nem kaptunk hozzá. /De a közelben nagyon jó kávézók vannak!/

Eravamo in due e abbiamo avuto solo due asciugamani per doccia, non pulitissimi. Niente bagnoschiuma, solo un sapone per le mani. Per lasciare le valigie qualche ora prima del check in ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di 30 euro e io avevo pagato una camera doppia 117 euro, non proprio economico!

A peine installés, le réceptionniste nous appris, sans aucune explication, que notre réservation était annulée ?!! Le réceptionniste nous a dit ensuite que la seule solution était de payer une autre réservation ( Fictive). Pendant que je dormais, le réceptionniste a "Soutiré" à ma compagne Angeles Soler un peu paniquée, un paiement supplémentaire de 98 € par carte bancaire Ceci est scandaleux et ressemble fortement à une supercherie Je ne sais toujours pas pourquoi ma réservation est apparue comme annulée alors que j'ai payé le séjour par carte bancaire débitée le 23 février, pour un montant de 145,80 € (Justificatif impossible à joindre en pièce jointe). j'exige un remboursement de 98 € en faveur de MMe Angeles Soler Martinez

Wszystko w jak największym porządku. To nie koniecznie coś wykluczającego obiekt ale brakowało mi możliwości sterowania klimatyzacją (brak pilota). Ale to drobiazg.

- Ścigacz (8/5): Stosunek cena jakoś był ok - Lokalizacja idealna, blisko do przystanków autobusowych. apartament był przestronny jak dla jednej osoby z dwójka dzieci. Na wyposażeniu wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy, mogliśmy wcześniej zostawić bagaże co dało komfort zwiedzania bez plecaków, a przylecieliśmy wcześnie rano. Warto żeby właściciel pomyślał nad remontem w łazience, trochę pleśni na pod prysznicem można znaleść. brak saszetek z cukrem czy solą oraz brak kapsułek do ekspresu do kawy, a ekspres był.

- Łukasz (10/5): Polecamy Kenzamin i Alicante 😎☀️ - Miły, pomocny właściciel ( personel ), szybki kontakt; jak brakowało ręczników czy żelazka - za chwilę zostały dostarczone bez żadnego problemu. Lokalizacja super, blisko promenady i plaży, centrum na wyciągnięcie ręki. Łatwość zameldowania, kluczyk w skrytce, czytelny opis, możliwość wcześniejszego zostawienia plecaków przed oddaniem pokoju, to są rzeczy które robią różnicę i zachęcają. Wszystko było ok, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, to nie jest czepianie się tylko drobna sugestia na przyszłość. Ilość sztućców czy też kubków, szklanek powinna być dostosowana do ilości zameldowanych osób. Miło byłoby również mieć kilka torebek herbaty czy też kawę, cukier, sól, pieprz, takie podstawowe rzeczy, które sprawiłyby że pobyt byłby jeszcze przyjemniejszy.

Místo super, jen je do apartmánu vše slyšet, a - Ubytovaní bylo pěkné, čisté i pohodlné. 1) Nebyla peřina, ale pouze prostěradlo. 2) Netekla teplá voda - ne úplně studena, ale pouze vlažná, nikoliv teplá !! 3) Byl ucpaný odpad u umývadla - téměř neodtékalo. 4) V koupelně by v tomto období bylo fajn si moci přitopit.

- marija (9/5): jefitno i na dobroj lokaciji - ovo je value for money smjestaj. basic je, ali ugodan. trebalo nam je vise rucnika i pokrivaca, no sve smo dobili vrlo brzo. nije bio u potpunosti spreman jer smo rezervirale 2 sata prije doslaska, ali je sve brzo nadomjesteno
- Enrique Claudio (7/5): Alicante es maravilla - La ubicación del apartamento es magnífica al lado del paseo marítimo, cerca de la playa y del casco histórico. Zona de marcha y mucho comercio. Lo bueno que tiene es que vas andando a cualquier lado pero eso sí, si vas a coger el coche para visitar los alrededores no vuelvas en hora punta porque te comes un atasco importante. Allí no se puede aparcar, pero hay un parking público muy cerca en el que puedes coger una plaza para toda la semana. El apartamento está bien para el precio pero hay que tener en cuenta que yo fui de lunes a viernes, que hay poca gente, y en noviembre. Está equipado con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Bajo mi punto de vista le faltan unos visillos porque tiene una cortina muy gruesa que apenas deja pasar la luz y persianas pero enfrente está la universidad y hay una sala de estudio que está llena de chavales y chavalas y no puedes abrir porque se ve todo. Con unos visillos dejas pasar la luz y no se ve dentro. También le hace falta una colcha porque hay dos mantas muy gordas que si te la pones pasas calor y si te la quitas frío. Las almohadas no las he probado porque viajo con la mía. La limpieza se puede mejorar pero también viajo con mi estropajo y mi bayeta y siempre hago una limpieza de las cosas que voy a usar. Se me olvidó tirar la basura cuando me fui. Volveré si lo vuelvo a encontrar a precio razonable porque no me hubiera importado ampliar 2 noches más pero el fin de semana costaba como toda la semana. Faltan unos visillos y una colcha. La tele no funcionaba aunque a mí tampoco me importó porque prefiero un buen libro.

- Archie (10/5): Superb apartment in a great location. - Superb apartment, good central location. Good communication with the hosts and easy to access. Big room, comfy bed, quiet street. We would happily stay there again. Minor point - a bedside reading light would be nice.

- Alessandra (8/5): Appartamento centrale e confortevole - La posizione è ottima e molto centrale; la comunicazione con l'host tramite whatsapp è stata rapida ed efficace. La cucina era un po' sprovvista di stoviglie e utensili; abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e nonostante una stufetta a disposizione l'appartamento era parecchio freddo.

Advertised as a one bedroom loft apt when it’s a studio loft apt , not ideal for 3 people .

- Einoras (9/5): Everything was really good for the price, just a bit bummed for the oven not being there and the tv is old - Perfect location near the beach, comfortable bed, quite good sound proofing, very nice staff, clean apartment. There was no oven (should have been as in the photos) and the tv is not smart, everything else is good

- María Del Mar (1/5): Penoso - Un apartamento de pena, los dueños unos sin vergüenzas Un apartamento de pena, los dueños unos sin vergüenzas, resulta que tenía un cartel puesto de corte de luz, y nos pasamos la noche a oscuras , muertos de frío, con mantas de vete tú a saber cuando se lavaron, sin luz sin ascensor bajando por escaleras un 4 sin ascensor con las maletas, sin poder ducharte , a 9 grados … booking se lava las manos, este hombre se queda con el dinero de la noche y todos contentos ole!
