• Imelda Crowley (8/5): - It was clean, the security guard at the gate was very nice. Had a washing machine. Safe parking. The fan in one bedroom was broken. It was very large and took up a lot of room. No bedside lighting. We only found out at the end that there was a place outside on the grounds to hang out our washing.

I loved everything about it, it was clean , aesthetically pleasing, smelled amazing and it was exactly what it looked like on the pictures. The place is close to the stores and everything. Absolutely amazing. The facilities were on point as well. No complaints, definitely worth the money!! nothing

• Thinane (8/5): Great stay - No applocable Location was perfect, only that the entire complex suffered a power cut and we had to relocate to a new place at our expense.

• Lepolesa (9/5): Great apartment, but poor location - The house was very clean, comfortable, and house utilities were quite easy to find. Almost all the facilities mentioned for the flat were available and ready for use. We arrived for sign-in late in the evening, and we couldn't meet with the agent by that time. However, the security guided us through the process, and to our flat, ensuring that we were able to settle in seamlessly. The agent was also quite responsive to enquiries on their phone, which was great. Another wonderful thing is that there's a Food Lovers store about 5 mins walk from the flat, which is great if you want to buy a few fruits and other things. The location of the flat was not ideal. I had initially assumed it was part of a short-term rental complex, but it turned out to consist of units leased on a monthly basis to long-term tenants. That said, this was not a major issue, as the environment remained relatively quiet, and the tenants largely kept to themselves, consistent with what one might expect in Cape Town. One notable downside was an unpleasant odor around the flats, accompanied by a significant number of flies. On our first morning, we opened the back window to ventilate the room. Unfortunately, this allowed several flies to enter, particularly while we were heating food in the microwave. This was both frustrating and, frankly, quite off-putting. Additionally, I had expected the flat to be equipped with a dryer, but it turned out that only a washing machine was available.

Beds were comfy Value for money The shower didn’t have a door and when one showered the whole toilet floor got wet The security was a bit rude

• Fay (4/5): - - Mooie badkamer en prima woonkamertje Prijs-kwaliteit is erg uit verhouding, daarnaast lag het op echt een onrustig punt, waarbij er drie dakloze op ons afkwamen toen we de koffers uit de taxi aan het halen waren voor het hek. Van buiten ziet het er heel ongezellig uit en zwembad zit vol met algen.
• Walter (10/5): - Everything was as described...only issue I had was the parking area allocated to us which was right next to the rubbish dumping area. The flies was all over and as soon as we opened the car doors they were in the car but other than that we were happy The parking area...that's all

• Roduner (9/5): - Hübsch eingerichtetes Appartement mit bequemen Betten. Gute Größe. Security war meistens anwesend. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Ich würde wieder kommen. Das Bad ist zwar renoviert aber wie schon beschrieben, wird der ganze Boden nass und sehr rutschig beim Duschen. Die Wohnung ist zwar mit Fans ausgestattet aber bei Hitze wird es sehr heiß im Appartement.

• Molina (8/5): The host was very warm and friendly, respectful and hospitable. The place is gated and the security man who worked that - Clean , close to CBD and reasonably priced Nothing really, but there were no eating places around it, which would have made it excellent.

• Asma (7/5): شقة نظيفة بسعر جيد - الشقة كانت نظيفة جدا مع انها في مستوى ثلاث نجوم ، و صاحبة العقار متعاونه والتجاوب سريع. النت سريع و الشقة والاسرة مريحة و الملاءات والفوط جدا نظيفة . تقع الشقه في الطابق الاول لها مدخل منفصل عبر سلالام. موقف السيارات بداخل المجمع السكني و هناك حارس امن على البوابه. مساحة الشقة صغيره ولكنها تناسب عائلة صغيرة ، لا يوجد شطاف للوضوء في الحمام، الحمام مجدد بالكامل ولكن السيراميك املس و مع الرطوبه يصبر زلق، يرجو الحدر، المطبخ صغير نسبيا و الطاولة تحتاج الى تجديد . السجادة في الصالة تحتاج الى تبديل.

• May (9/5): Great Valentine stay - Everything was neat and tidy, the place smelled great on arrival, the host communicated great before check in making sure it was smooth. The host was gracious with a later check out and that all the cleaning materials was at hand for me to clean up if needed. It was easy to move around in the area aswell as it was really close to the small things you need. The pool was easy to locate Security is super friendly. Just I was worried about my vehicle outside of the premises but the host has advised it is safe to do so. The pool wasn't clean but we swam regardless. Just a comment around the shower door not being to long in the length and the floor was continuously wet and we were force to use a towel. And just a clean mop would be great as well as we are clean freaks.
