• Aada (1/5): Vakavia hygieniaongelmia ja täysin puutteellinen asiakaspalvelu - Valitettavasti huonoin majoituskokemus, jonka olemme kokeneet. Asunto oli saavuttaessa erittäin likainen ja epähygieeninen eikä vastannut odotuksia tai ilmoituksen tasoa. Pinnoilla, lattioissa, seinissä ja kalusteissa oli runsaasti tahroja ja likaa. Myös sängyissä, tyynyissä ja lakanoissa oli tahroja sekä häpykarvoja. Sohva ja mikroaaltouuni olivat selvästi siivoamatta. Vessassa kaapin päällä oli käytettyjä hygieniatarvikkeita sekä lääkeruisku lääkkeineen. Ilmoitimme ongelmista hostille heti saavuttuamme ja toimitimme kuvia tilanteesta. Yritimme löytää ratkaisua joko siivouksen, hyvityksen tai varauksen peruuttamisen kautta, jotta olisimme voineet vaihtaa majoitusta. Host ei kuitenkaan tullut asiassa vastaan, ja viesteihin vastaamienn muuttui hyvin hitaaksi. Viimeisiin viesteihin emme saaneet enää lainkaan vastausta. Osa seurueestamme joutui varaamaan toisen majoituksen asunnon huonon kunnon vuoksi. Lisäksi TV-tasosta puuttui jalka ja taso kaatui helposti, mikä aiheutti myös turvallisuusriskin. Erityisen pettyneitä olimme siihen, ettei tilanteeseen tarjottu käytännössä mitään ratkaisua, koska hostin mukaan siitä “ei jäisi hänelle mitään”. Host siis halusi vain täyden hinnan majoituksesta, piittaamatta lainkaan majoittujien kokemuksesta. Lähes 500 € viikonloppuhintaan nähden kokemus oli todella huono emmekä saaneet mitään hyvitystä tai siivousta tilanteeseen. Kuvien perusteella odotimme aivan muuta majoitukselta.

• Andy (4/5): Deben mejorar las instalaciones - Alojamiento con mucho potencial para ser excelente, buena ubicación amplio y cálido, para lo que pague y con el desastre de apartamentos que me encontré Abajo dejó más describión sobre lo ocurrido Camas muy malas incómodas mucho ruido Sucio al máximo, el baño asqueroso mucho sucio moho y poca higiene el suelo igual etc etc. Las camas un desastre sucias viejas incómodas y hacen mucho ruido, la limpieza es horrible muy sucio sobre todo el baño, asqueroso totalmente he tenido que comprar lejía y detergente para poder limpiar a fondo ese apartamento, las camas colchones amarillos del sucio sábanas de colores con olor a sucio pelos y demás, el lavavajillas sucio olía mal
• Peter (8/5): Had a great stay, the location is quiet, near to tram stops and shops. 8/10 - Quiet location, sauna, The numbering of apartments was confusing, we entered the wrong block (at midnight) at first as all the outside doors have the same code. A photo of the outside door would be helpful. Only one towel per person which we thought was not enough for a week, particularly as there was a sauna. A note in the well written welcome pack about where the trash cans were would be helpful.

• Gubara Said (7/5): Overall, the apartment has great potential thanks to its fantastic location, but a few updates in terms of comfort and a - We recently stayed at this apartment and really appreciated its strategic location. It’s within walking distance to a large mall, the metro station, and the sea, and not far from the city center either. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings. The internet connection was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was a big plus. However, it’s not connected to the TV, so streaming or watching online content wasn’t possible directly on the screen. There are a few areas where the apartment could be improved. The electric stove only operates at one high setting (level 9), which made it difficult to cook without burning the food. The master bedroom beds were unfortunately very soft and lacked proper support, making it hard to get a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is open on both sides (toward the living room and kitchen) and doesn’t have a door, so it offers limited privacy. The sofa is quite small and may not be the most comfortable option for families with more than two people. Some of the ceiling lights hang quite low, which might be inconvenient for taller guests. The balcony is a nice touch but needs better table and chairs. Being on the ground floor, we also experienced quite a few mosquitoes coming in from the garden, and unfortunately, there are no mosquito nets. On warmer days, the apartment tends to get quite hot, and since there’s no fan or air conditioning, it can become a bit uncomfortable indoors.

• Sergey (10/5): Exceptional - A cozy apartment with a great location. Suitable even for four people. The apartment has everything you need, and the host responds instantly. What I especially liked was the location. A quiet place with a very beautiful waterfront. It’s just two metro stops away from the central station. The metro is easily accessible.

• Wiktoria (10/5): A very big recommendation for anyone who comes to Helsinki for a longer period of time. I’ll definitely be back at this - The location was very close to the tram station, which made travelling &’ going out very easy! Additionally, the apartment was very BIG &’ could from one person to possibly 5 more. Everything was available, from hair dryer to vacuum cleaner. Overall, very clean, comfortable &’ will for sure rebook it again! -
