• Karol (9/5): - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum a najblizsze otoczenie spokojne, blisko do kawiarni, restauracji, sklepów i komunikacji miejskiej. Przyjazna i pomocna obsługa, bez problemu mogliśmy się zameldować o wcześniejszej godzinie. Wyposażenie w zupełności wystarczające, mieszkanie czyste. Stosunek ceny do jakości wybitny, jeśli wybierałbym się ponownie do Rzymu to byłby to mój pierwszy wybór. Grzejnik wody nieco głośny w nocy ale to drobiazg.

• Patrick (8/5): Fijn verblijf met 2 tieners - De persoonlijke ontvangst en direct contact met de verhuurder. Schoon en opgeruimd appartement. Op een mooie locatie, tussen de locals. Huiselijk gevoel en fijne bedden. Onze 2 tiener jongens voelden zich hier meteen thuis en hebben heerlijk geslapen op een gedeelde kamer met elk een eigen bed. We hadden van te voren geen idee welk appartement we terecht kwamen. Uiteindelijk waren we heel blij met dit appartement maar was niet op nummer 11 of op de fotos te zien. Het is heel gehorig omdat je tussen de locals in zit. Savonds tv van de buurvrouw en boven ons muziek en gestamp. Wat meer voorzieningen in de keuken en kast ruimte was mooi geweest.

• Claudia (10/5): - La ubicación es ideal , cruzando el puente se está en el barrio Trastevere en 10 minutos caminando , lo hicimos todas las noches de nuestra estadía ya que es un barrio muy pintoresco y con mucha movida nocturna . El casco histórico está a unos 20 a 25 minutos caminando pero si lo prefiere puede tomar tranvía o buses que pasan a pocos metros , el barrio es muy agradable , seguro y concurrido . Son 6 departamentos en planta baja de un edificio con varios pisos con lo cual la luz natural es escasa pero si ventilan al pulmón del edificio. Nos tocó el depto 2 ,todo es nuevo , moderno y funcional , nuestro depto tenía 2 baños , no creo todos los tengan, lo que fue una ventaja adicional ya que eramos un matrimonio con 2 hijos adolescentes. Todo estaba muy limpio , las toallas muy buenas , tal vez agregaria almohadas extras porque las que están son muy finas .El anfitrión se comunica con antelación para dar las indicaciones del check-in. Resalto su buena predisposición ya que tuvimos la mala suerte se nos rompieran 2 copas y no quiso cobrarnos ningún cargo adicional. Todo me gustó

La ubicación también fue muy buena para moverse y conocer los principales puntos de interés. Además, justo abajo había una pizzería de barrio, Novo Mundo, muy copada, y también una heladería. Una experiencia muy recomendable.

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Mimo obawy o hałas w pokoju, okazało się być bardzo spokojnie. Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie poruszaliśmy się pieszo, do Watykanu jest naprawdę blisko, wystarczy przejść przez Zatybrze. Następnie fontanny, panteon, Koloseum, schody i 47000 kroków padło 😉 Brak szafki z półkami na ubrania. Był tylko wieszak, a tak ubrania trzeba trzymać w walizce.

Die ganze Abwicklung hat problemlos geklappt und wir sind super zufrieden. Wir können die Location auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Wände recht hellhörig, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sonst gibt es gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Not a complaint but it did say 1 bed appartment with 2 beds on the web site, so it gave me the impression it was 1 bedroom and separate living area. It is really a Studio appartment. As there was 3 adults and 1 teenager it would have been better to have the extra space. There was a counter and 4 high stools at the end of the beds and sink, cooker and fridge around the corner. As we were only staying the dew nights it worked out OK, clean, modern and reasonable price. I would still recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

• Miriam (8/5): Perfecto para visitar Roma!!! - La ubicación para ser Roma es excelente, puedes ir andando al centro histórico pero si lo prefieres puedes coger el bus que está pegado al apartamento. Dos noches saltó la alarma de incendio en la escalera del edificio. Bajo hay una pizzería y subió humo de la cocina por un patio cerrado. Menos mal que pudimos pararla ya que no se trabaja de ningún incendio (ni mucho menos) y el ruido a mitad de noche era horrible.

The location is excellent — in a nice and lively area (Testaccio), very close to Trastevere, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. It was very convenient to get around Rome. The host was very kind and responsive, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. We truly felt at home during our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! There was nothing major to complain about. Everything was as expected and we had a very pleasant stay.

Also there is the nicest "Forno ritorno" cafe and bakery on the opposite side of the building, which makes every morning better

La casa no es grande pero dispone de dos camas dobles y dos sofas camas en dos cuartos, un baño y una cocina. Hay 25 minutos andando al centro de Roma. Relacion precio/calidad muy bueno para Roma.

• Manuel (7/5): Volvería sin duda, lo recomiendo. - Tuvimos problemas con retrasos en el avión, al indicar que puede que el checking lo hiciéramos más tarde, la respuesta del alojamiento fue que si veníamos pasado la medianoche, había una penalización de 45 €, cuando el checking lo hacía uno mismo y no dependía de nadie más que me atendiera… es decir, una estancia que ya está pagada y el checking lo hace uno mismo, porque debe de tener una penalización si llegas más tarde de lo habitual? Me parece desafortunada esa respuesta,cuando has sufrido un retraso en tu avión de nueve horas. Afortunadamente llegamos antes y no tuvimos que pagar esta penalización.

• Gulchin (4/5): Overall, I would only recommend staying here if you have no better alternatives. - The main advantage of this place is its location, as it is relatively close to a couple of bus stops, and the main attractions. I stayed here with my family for three nights, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. This is not a self check-in property, so you need to inform the host of your arrival time, and someone will let you in. If you arrive after midnight, there is an extra charge of €45, which was not mentioned anywhere. When we arrived, the host seemed annoyed that he couldn’t reach me via WhatsApp (due to a wrongly entered phone number) which was confusing, especially since there is already a messaging function available on Booking. Another point to note is that the actual address differs from what the name might suggest. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that the place looked different from the photos on Booking (which contains so many different apartment pictures). While it was somewhat clean, it was not spotless. It was also quite noisy due to traffic outside. Many plugs and light switches didn’t work, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and the boiler made noticeable noise whenever someone showered, only stopping gradually afterward. Additionally, one of the bedroom doors didn’t close properly.

Cerca de Trastevere ( en frente ) y accesible a la toma de servicios de transportes publicos Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos!!! De todas modos hay cosas que deben mejorar: No tiene cosas elementales como microondas, tostadora, ni una cafetera universal (solo había de cápsulas). Tampoco había rollo de cocina y algun buen cuchillo. Y en nuestro caso, ni un repasador.

Dopo 4 ore il check-out, il proprietario ci ha accusati ingiustamente di aver rubato un telecomando che non è mai esistito. Interrompere tutti i nostri piani di viaggio. Alla fine, siamo dovuti tornare qui e chiamare i carabinieri. Servizio terribile, mancanza di onestà. Non prenotate assolutamente! || proprietario ha inventato un terzo telecomando di aria condizionata che non è mai esistito, ci hanno chiesto 150 euro di risarcimento.Non ha alcuna onestà. La proprietaria non ci ha fatto nessun favore per un check-in anticipato. Ci ha scritto dicendoci che non è presente in tutti gli orari, quindi ci ha invitati a fare il check-in dopo le ore 12. Siamo arrivati dopo le ore 12 come da sua indicazione, abbiamo effettuato il check-in e siamo usciti subito. Siamo rientrati nell’alloggio solamente alle ore 22 di sera, e la mattina successiva siamo partiti intorno alle ore 7:40. È impossibile che abbiamo danneggiato qualcosa o portato via qualsiasi oggetto suo. La proprietaria ha avuto un atteggiamento pessimo e ostile già prima del nostro arrivo. Subito al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la porta e il bagno erano già rotti. Se non avessimo segnalato tempestivamente questi danni, sicuramente avrebbe dato la colpa a noi e trovato un altro pretesto per farci pagare indebitamente. Per fortuna lo abbiamo avvisato subito. Eravamo tre famiglie con ragazzi venute a Roma per viaggiare, non per giocare con la sua porta! La preghiamo di capirlo bene. La prossima volta, se vuole inventare scuse per chiedere soldi indebitamente, ne scelga di più credibili. I ragazzi non hanno giocato con la porta, la porta non è un giocattolo! Incredibilmente, quattro ore dopo il nostro check-out, ci ha mandato un messaggio accusandoci falsamente di aver rubato un telecomando dell’aria condizionata che non è mai esistito. Ha rovinato totalmente il nostro viaggio, siamo stati costretti a tornare indietro e chiamare i carabinieri per confrontarla, ma non si è presentata affatto, forse per senso di colpa. Ha ancora un po' di coscienza? Come fa a dormire la notte mentendo e accusandoci falsamente? Non ha alcuna onestà, è piena di menzogne! Se vuole guadagnare di più, aumenti tranquillamente il prezzo dell’alloggio, invece di usare mezzi scorretti per chiedere soldi indebitamente.

• Francys Paula (10/5): Maravilhosa - Gostamos muito, tudo muito limpo. Cozinha completa, cama confortável. Estávamos em 4 adultos e nos acomodou muito bem. Proprietaria muito educada, e nos respondeu prontamente todas as vezes que precisamos. Voltaremos com certeza Tudo perfeito

• foucault (7/5): - La localisation en plein centre ville de Rome, et pour autant le calme de la résidence. L'appartement est bien équipé, et fonctionnel. Logement où on ressent l'humidité, malgré des travaux récents. Des penderies font défaut. Un toaster serait utile aussi.
