- Jack (9/5): Lovely converted accommodation in ideal location, would recommend and come back ourselves - Ideal location, close enough to Ambleside to feel easy (5 - 7 min drive) but secluded enough to not feel too busy even in peak season. Set in its own estate with lake access, walking routes and woods right on the doorstep for days you don't want to venture far Buildings have loads of character and have been converted for the purpose of holiday let's really nicely Very responsive Beds and bedding were OK from a comfort perspective, but not great
