• Edgard (9/5): Muy Placentera, divertida, relajante. RECOMENDADO. - El hotel es muy agradable con vista espectacular, camas cómodas, el personal de asistencia también, Iker, Axell, Cristoper , Carlos y resto de personal hacen que uno se sienta bien, están pendiente de la comodidad del huésped y crean buena energía al sitio., No se olvide pedir un Helado, son exquisitos. La falta de claridad que tenía el área gerencial con mis dos reservaciones , llegando a considerar que debía pagar adicionales que obviamente no había razonamiento para eso. Finalmente la dama entendió y se aclaró el tema del cobro que se hizo en el momento.

• Rojas (7/5): Meseros lo mejor y los de recepción lo peor. - Los meseros son muy amables, están muy pendientes de los clientes, atienden muy bien, y la playa es muy bonita. Los de recepción no son tan amables y no explican muy bien todo. No te ofrecen la contraseña del wifi, cosas así. Podrían mejorar mucho en ese aspecto, porque es la primera impresión de hotel.

• Mairena (5/5): Discriminación - Me gusto la ubicación Mala bienvenida a los locales , nos recibieron mal porque ellos tuvieron un error en su sistema y en otras palabras nos humillaron no se estaban dando una habitación alejada donde no teníamos acceso a la piscina ni a la playa Al menos que nos cruzáramos la calle y al final me tocó pagar en total con lo ya depositado casi $600 para que nos pudieran dar la habitación donde teníamos acceso a la piscina y a la playa que se supone que era la que yo había cotizado con esto quiero dejar claro que seas nicaragüense o no sos un cliente más por ente deben de tratarte con igualdad

• Sarah Jane (10/5): Paradise - What an unbelievable view! Fantastic beach and pool views, absolutely friendly and lovely staff, reasonably priced. The front rooms overlooking the pool are so well appointed, comfortable and clean. Great value that includes breakfast and movement classes in an idyllic location. The pasta dishes need to be worked on (lots more sauce and cheese to appeal to Western palate, or remove and only offer Nicaraguan specialties). If the small rooms could be as beautifully designed as the large ones, even better!

• Hans (8/5): Very good - The place is located right on the beach and has a nice atmosphere. The very friendly staff makes you feel at home at arrival. Breakfast was fresh made and good.

• Tim (9/5): Fun spot right overlooking the beach with welcoming staff and great food. Kinda pricey. - Food is great with huge surfer portions and comes quick if you pre-order your meals at the start of the day. Common areas are super comfortable, overlooking the beach, and encourages chatting with the other guests but there's also areas to chill in a hammock, do yoga, or watch the surf and beach action. The young staff are very lively and welcoming. Our beginner surf lesson was awesome. A/C in the room worked very well and the sleep was quiet (except during the day when neighbours play music). Shared bathrooms were cleaned frequently. The price of the lessons, drinks, and accommodations was the highest we saw in 10 days touring the country even though our room was very basic and didn't have a private bathroom. Had to haggle and show repeated screen shots of my booking.com reservation that showed the room price for 3 people was much cheaper than what they wanted to charge me. They eventually honored the booking.com price, but not after making me really uncomfortable for the first while since they didn't admit that their internal system was wrong and instead offered to give me a reduced price of the much higher charges they offer on their website rather then just honoring the booking.com reservation right away. The room could use some paint and new sheets and they should invest in a solar hot water tank. The common areas area great though.
