• Adrian (10/5): Sehr hübsches, sauberes Appartement an guter Lage. - Wir haben im Voraus kommuniziert, wann wir ungefähr eintreffen. Manuel war die ganze Zeit erreichbar und hat uns zudem über die Osterprozessionen informiert, die allenfalls die Anreise erschweren. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos, wir konnten die Koffer abgeben und bis zum beziehen des Appartements haben wir die Stadt erkundet. Die Wohnung ist sehr süss, sehr sauber und zum duschen, auf dem Sofa sitzen und schlafen war es perfekt. Kein direktes Sonnenlicht, aber bei der Hitze Sevillas ein Vorteil. Das Wasser war sehr chlorig, aber der Wasserstrahl sehr gut und wirklich, wir waren absolut happy und zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Wir haben manchmal leicht die Nachbarn gehört, und am Morgen und Abend natürlich die Menschen, die durch die Gasse gelaufen sind. Es war jedoch in absolut vertretbarem Ausmass, wenn man in einer Stadt übernachtet. Von der Wohnung aus ist man sehr zentral zur Altstadt, ca 10 min bis zur Kathedrale, ca. 20 min. zu Real Alcàzar, 10 min über den Fluss ins Quartier Triana, usw. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln, das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter Manuel sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Und es ist zentral gelegen in einem sehr angenehmen Quartier.

The sleeping room is just divided with a furniture. There's no actual sleeping room. The lighting in the apartment could be improved. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, zur Kathedrale oder Alcazar nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Und es gibt viele schöne Restaurants im nahen Umfeld.

Equipado con todo tipo de detalles. Limpio y unos anfitriones amables y muy atentos. Hubo problemas para poder ver la tele pero el anfitrión hizo lo posible para intentar solventarlo.

The location was fantastic - a very quiet street but central to everything and right near the river. Communication with the host was exceptional. The bed was a little small for my very tall partner and the air conditioning was a little weak. The sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable but we didn’t use it much.

Il quartiere Arenal è perfetto per esplorare la città, con molti ristoranti vicini e facilmente raggiungibili. Le informazioni sul check-in sono state molto dettagliate e chiare, e il padrone di casa si è dimostrato molto disponibile e cordiale, anche se non era presente di persona. Ha spiegato tutto con precisione, comprese le istruzioni per lasciare i bagagli. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato, con una cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, ferro da stiro e asse, e stendibiancheria. La zona è silenziosa, il che è stato un vantaggio per me. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia visitare Siviglia. È una base perfetta per esplorare la città e godersi la vita locale. • Katya McDearmon (10/5): Amazing location, apartment and host! - Everything was great: the location, the apartment, the host!! The location is perfect - it's on a quiet street but very central to many tourist sites, right next to a market with fresh bread, coffee, yummy meats, and amazing fruits and vegetables, bike rental place at the same market, and many great restaurants nearby. The host, Miguel, was amazing from the moment I booked and all the way throughout our stay. He went above and beyond and helped us find a tennis facility not too far that was not a private club and allowed non-members to play on their courts. Not only Miguel found this place by calling different facilities, but he also made a reservation for us and was incredibly helpful with this arrangement since we don't speak Spanish. The apartment is very livable and thought through. It was perfect for our 5 night stay. We loved the high ceilings, VERY comfortable bed, clean sheets and clean apartment overall, ample storage space, nice soap and towels, and a perfect hair drier (which is often my pain point in many rentals and hotels). The combined washer and dryer was a HUGE plus and was very helpful since we were in the middle of our trip through Spain and Portugal. We had an initial issue with WiFi and the host resolved it very quickly. Cherry on top was that there was a great solution at the checkout to store our bags for a couple more hours before we needed to leave for the airport. We definitely recommend this apartment! Water was leaking out of the shower to the bathroom floor no matter how much we tried to prevent it, so the floor towel was used for collecting the big puddle of water after every shower rather than for stepping out of the shower on it. You may want to look into this. However,this was a very minor thing compared to the positive experience with this stay overall.

In pieno centro, comodo per tutti gli spostamenti, non abbiamo mai preso un mezzo pubblico. Manuel host perfetto! Sempre disponibile e pronto a darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. • Andrew (9/5): Sizzling Seville. - Very Central Location. Great base for visiting all Sevilles attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was cleaned mudweek.. The coffee machine was a nice bonus! Air-conditioning also kept us cool during the high temperatures. We did not meet the owner Manuel but he was in contact several times during the week to check we were OK or if we needed anything. Also, instructions for entering the appartment were clear and easily understood. Galley Kitchen a bit small, but ample for our needs ( breakfast&lunch).

Private elevator to take you directly to your own apartment was a pleasant surprise. Overall it was a great stay! The bed was a bit smaller than other apartments we stayed in other cities so one of us slept on the sofa which was comfortable. A large wall hanging had cracks covered tightly in plastic wrap which made us wonder if it’ll fall down 😝

He offered us recommendations to restaurants and Flamenco shows which was appreciated. The apartment is very well situated to all major attractions and all from walking distance. A large picture frame was covered by plastic. If it was broken, I would remove it.

You could walk to the heart of the old town in less than 5 minutes, and yet the street was perfectly quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower amazing. Nice small studio, everything is in one room separated by furniture but looks like a bigger apartment. Good shower (great water pressure and temperature). Coffe machine, boiler, microwave, washing machine and smart TV. Bad smell in the apartment building staircase (but not in the apartment). The bed is 140cm. The floor and the furniture were a bit dusty (although it was fine for a few days).
• Chiara (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment fully furnished with everything you might need for your short stay. The host was amazing: helpful, kind and welcoming. The neighborhood is full of tapas bars and nice places to hang out but the apartment is very quiet. We had a great stay.

The check-in is very convenient, the owner didn't show up and everything was communicated via whatsapp. The room is clean. The only negative part of this apartment from my own experience was the noise from upper floor neighbour. I am a light sleeper and I can easily hear the floor noise from upper side occasionally during late night. Besides, I had overall good experience in other aspects.

The bed was great, and the huge couch in the living room was also amazingly comfortable when we needed some extra space to spread out. Loved Bruno’s attentiveness during our check-in process. He was also very easy to reach by WhatsApp. Well-stocked kitchenette, and the washing machine was a real bonus. Very good air conditioning and great bathroom facilities. It’s a bit of a walk to the historic sites in the city, but there are plenty of interesting bars and cafes on the way there!
