- Artjoms (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The key pickup was very convenient and easy. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a separate children’s room, which was a big plus for us. There is a large grocery store right downstairs — literally just 10 steps from the building, which is extremely convenient. In the same building there is also a nice café where you can enjoy coffee. The apartment is located in the Alcalá area, which we believe is one of the most beautiful and attractive places. The ocean is only a 5–10 minute walk away. There are many different beaches nearby, and a promenade is also within walking distance (about 10–20 minutes). Overall, a great location and a very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

- Roberta (8/5): Great location. Good apartment - Well furnished. Great location. Easy to park The cleaning wasn’t great. We had to clean when we moved in and there were lots of ants. We understand it is a “tropical’ place but when a place is clean it doesn’t happen. Also I confirmed that I wanted to extend my stay over the phone with the host and the next day she took another booking because I didn’t agree to pay 70€ of cleaning fee extra just for 2 more days. Not very professional! And clearly it left us not in a good position. However overall was a good stay. Mostly for the location and it was well furnished

Supermarket downstairs in same building. It was unexpected to see camera in apartment, but later owner approved that they are disconnected.
