Christian (8/5): We had a great time with our stay and we really enjoyed it. - We had had a great time There is not a lot of pots and pans and no chopping board and the tv in the masters bedroom didn’t work. But our stay was still overall great.
Scott (5/5): We did enjoy our day and we didn’t let the issues bother us. But we would not be comfortable using rebel or that house a - It’s was clean and in relatively good condition. We did have issues with a few of the property components. The spa was way over chlorinated and it was not usable for three or four days. The smoke detector was not working properly and beeped, we had to cover it and blankets and hide it in a spare bedroom. The washer and dryer were functioning but loud and sounded half broken. The dishwasher was maybe unused and smelt rancid. We contacted rebel rentals multiple times once on the phone and three times through email and we were never satisfied with the responses or the response time. They were going to send out a repair man on the second day and he never showed up. So we just had to live with the problems.
Danielle (5/5): Passable - The location was amazing. There is a coffee shop right around the corner and it is very close to downtown Scottsdale. There were no cooking pots or pans. The coffee maker is moldy, and all the dishes needed to be cleaned before they were used. The ceiling light was coming out of the ceiling and left crumbles of dirt and residue on the bedsheets. I called to have maintence come fix it, and they sent 2 individuals with new bed sheets. That obviously did not fix the issue since the issue was the broken light fixture. The pool was dirty and hadn't been tended to in weeks. The hot tub was covered in barnacles and required the water to be cleaned out over 36 days ago according to the screen. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked the house and it wasn't able to be used the first two days of our stay. They did send someone out to clean the pool and hot tub, but the weather wasn't warm enough to use the pool after the first two days. The house overall was clean, but the kitchen and back yard needed major scrubbing.
