Muy amables las chicas, Mery y la chica de la tarde fueron excelentes de inicio a fin, atentas en todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. La señorita Diana muy cálida en todo sentido. Los gatitos Panchita y Cinto, las perritas maravillosas, hacen parte de la estadía. Cabe destacar que el desayuno que ofrecen es muy delicioso. Enamorada del tiempo que estuve allí. Quedó muy agradecida! Todo fue excelente.

Los animales domesticos ocupan espacios que no deberian, hay personas que no gustan de los animalitos en el comedor, por ejemplo. En Booking no aparace que la habitacion que reserve tenia baño compartido; sugiero, aclararlo en la pagína, no se debe asimir que el cliente lo sabe.

• Gilles (9/5): - La gentillesse du personnel : toutes les personnes présentes étaient très charmantes et prêtes à faire en sorte que mon voyage se déroule pour le mieux. Il est situé dans le Rodadero mais à l'écart(15 minutes a pied), ce qui permet de bénéficier de la tranquillité. La chambre que j'avais ne disposait pas de sa propre salle de bain (c'était indiqué mais je n'ai pas fait attention)

• Assya (6/5): - L’hôtel est sympathique et joli, dans une rue calme. La nourriture proposée est très bonne avec des options végétariennes. Il est impossible d’entrer et sortir de l’hôtel sans appeler le personnel, car aucune clef n’est donnée. Ce n’est pas très pratique. Par ailleurs, le personnel manque parfois de professionnalisme, ce qui ce remarque à travers différents services (oubli de donner des informations importantes, musique très forte le soir au bar de l’hôtel, salle de bain commune qui n’est pas nettoyée tous les jours et est utilisée par les clients du bar, etc.). Bien que l’endroit soit sympathique, on ne s’y sent donc pas très à l’aise
• Claire (8/5): - L'accueil était super ! La chambre est confortable : clim, literie, calme. L'extérieur est assez petit et donne sur la rue. Les bâches permettent une certaine intimité mais du coup il fait très chaud dessous.
• Glenn (10/5): Nos sentimos como en casa. - El desayuno muy variado y delicioso, a la vez que era saludable. Cerca está el restaurante con un delicioso menú. La ubicación nos gustó mucho, ya que está muy cerca a la playa y a la avenida principal donde puedes tomar trasporte público, también tiene cerca supermercados y droguerías. Le doy un 10/10, la atención tanto del personal como de la dueña fue de lo mejor, nos sentimos muy cómodos. Gracias Diana y a todo el Personal.

The hosts work very hard to make you feel at home. They are wonderful people—friendly, helpful, and hardworking. My sincere appreciation to Diana, Yulver (forgive my spelling), Mery, and Lina for making my stay so pleasant.
• Elin (10/5): Friendly, beautiful and clean hostel - The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay the best. Their cute and well-behaved animals were a big plus! The hostel is clean, the beds comfortable and the aircon great (and necessary). Delicious breakfast. Good wifi! Located in a calmer part of Santa Marta with fewer restaurants, although close to the beach. A bit noisy during the evenings due to the traffic outside. Ideal for people traveling in groups or in pairs.

• Anna (10/5): Stay here please! :) - The host were amazing. She runs the hostel herself with some other amazing emploies. There are dogs and cats there and it has an amazing atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was also good. There is some barking from the dogs in the street at unconvenient times. I dont think its possible to avoid in El Rodadero at street level though.

I highly recommend! The location wasn’t the best (still good) but definitely compensated by the staff.

The hosts, Pilar and Jorge treated us like family and it was a very nice environment to relax. The beach was very close and so were some restaurants and grocery stores. Large, comfy bed in the room with air conditioning, as well as a balcony. Would be nice to have a mirror and some hooks to hang things from in the room.

This attitude continued during our entire stay and I can't stress enough how much we appreciated their genuine interest and care for our wellbeing and for providing us with a truly unforgettable stay. Diana and her colleagues are incredible people and I sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to visit their extraordinary hotel again one day. The place is an oasis of hospitality, our room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable with a great private shower and an incredible bed. The food that the restaurant offers is very tasty and carefully prepared. I loved every single second of our 3 days stay! One (minor) thing I would like to mention is that I think it is a pity that our breakfast did not include any fruit or fresh juice.. two of the strongest pillars of the Colombian culinary experience, in my humble opinion. Maybe you would like to look into that..

• Tobias (9/5): A great option if you want to stay in the more calmer side of SM (with a nicer beach) - - Diana was a fantastic host, really helpful with all our needs and friendly - The breakfast was delicious. On one day, we had to leave before breakfast time and they even offered to make us something for take away - Our room was quiet, clean and rather minimalistic (but had everything you need, except for a trash bin) - It sometimes became clear that the hotel is still very new, and not all logistics are 100% figured out yet. For example, the staff needed a bit long with the food, and on one day there was no milk for the coffee. - You don’t get a key for the main door, which means that you always have to ask the staff to open the gate for you. If no one is aroun, you sometimes have to wait on the street for a while. The problem could be easily solved by installing a door bell.

The hostel is pretty close to playa Salguero one of the most beautiful beaches in Santa Marta and not that popular as the rest. Staff is super friendly and open to help you in anyway possible. The rooms are beautiful and well kept. Beds are super cozy and everything is immaculate. The hostel has restaurant service and let me tell you the gastronomic experience it will just blow your mind!!! I truly recommend this Hostel you can feel the love invested in every detail of your experience. Not being able to stay longer and try all the dishes.
